«STAFF MEMBERBASE MEETING»

Ho'kay, happening June 9th is going to be our site memberbase member.

You are probably asking yourself: "what in THE YOSEMITE HELL is that?"

Well, I'll be happy to answer.

This meeting is going to cover where we believe the site is going, where we want to take the site and what do members think about it. Therefore, we'll want to know where do the members want the site to go, what input they have on it's progression and then what will happen with that input. We'll also be asking how staff can improve mechanically, guideline-wise, activity wise and other ways to improve the site.

We'll be doing the meeting on discord, but we'll have a text-channel up on discord a limited time and have an optional VC with the stipulation that someone from staff will be transcribing our conversations. We will also only have one person at a time speak to staff during this period as we don't want a voice call with 23904238432904832908432 people in it speaking at once as that would be annoying as all sin.

Once that is done, we'll consolidate the results of the Voice Call and text-channel, the main questions and the decisions we've come to, onto the site in another newsletter.

NOW, with all of that said, the question I have for you is this: what is a good time during the day to do the meeting? All morning times are NOT available because staff's morning are precious. Please remember that in the poll all times are in CST so use a timezone converter like the one below:
