Kagegan: explain the drunken/dizziness thing, though the effect is fine there needs more justification or background on it; as is, there's no clue as to why it does this, and without more detail on it, it'd essentially be an absolute besides the sole clause of "make direct contact with the target". It's the same degree of absolute as Aizen's zanpakuto, with its sole clause of "see him drawing his zanpakuto", which is also entirely an absolute. Aside from trying not to be touched by one of the fastest arrancar alive, there's no even potential counterplay since there's no more info beyond that.

Banido: Even vaguely, how does he go about doing this uber-boost? Finer spiritual energy control to contain the sound and form that finer control, better enhance the speed of his traditional sonido? Also, there's no foreseeable drawbacks or limitations on this ability, so as it's described, for all i know he can infinispam Banido. I'd need significantly more information ont his ability to even grasp what would be fair, and what suggestions i could make on general limitations or elements of control on this ability

Multi-Layered Fiber Plate Hierro: Change the part of spiritual energies not working on the plate-layer to "near completely ineffective". That's an absolute, and based on that description, even a powered force of Death Energy from the primordial source itself wouldn't do anything to Nagato. I'm alraedy assuming if entirely improbable situation happened in a thread, you wouldn't actually make him energy-wise absolutely impervious to death, but that also needs to be detailed here as well.

Repulse/Attract: Only thing this is really missing is parametres on range. I know how long Nagato can use this ability, the repetition for it, the costs for it which are adjustable dependent on what they're used to attract/repulse, but i have no idea where he can use this or to what extent he can attract things. This especially needs to be defined considering save for the 5 second intervals of usage, there's as listed literally no downsides and therefore no manner of approach besides trying to catch the insanely fast Nagato off guard between the mere 5 seconds; either that or straight brute-forcing through the ability which can even serve to significantly slow peer-level opponents, with nothing but physical energy exertion and taxation.

Field of Vision: Remove the "not possible" part to severing their communication. You can definitely specify means that will not work to further ensure the difficulty to near absolute inability to conflict with their communication, such as specify mind-targeting abilities or energy-derived abilities aren't able to incapacitate their connection, but as is it is by definition an absolute, which obviously wouldn't be acceptable.

Deva Path: There must be some balancing effect to the Deva Path's physical attributes. As described, it's not only faster than base Nagato, one of the fastest Arrancar ever, he's also stronger than Nagato--the sole physical bare vulnerability to him--and retains, rather has even stronger hierro than his base "nigh impenetrable" hierro, on top of being only 1 of 6 applications of his ressureccion, of which have different strengths that whilst used in tandem through the borderline impossible means to inhibit their communication, it's literally several 0-2 tier or below characters pushed into one, with melded strengths to nearly achieve a pseudo all-round specialty without suffering the drawback of lacking specialisation. Since, they do specialise, and it's not far from a character just having New Masters or even higher all across the board in every skill sheet. Something of which is generally reserved for event-level NPCs that are used exclusively in events.

Asura Path: there needs to be justifications, and i'm namely referring to his metal body being impervious to traditional metal-weakening effects. it'd be fine to have that attribute--if it were explained. As far as its mechanical body goes, have some scales written up so that it's not just left at him being capable of unliterally using all these resources, abilities, and applications in perpetuity. For the spiritual-energy based applications, you can justify and explain that it obviously takes his energy to perform, and therefore continually uses up his reserves the more often and constantly her performs those abilities.

Human Path: There must be an explanation on the manner of execution regarding his special ability; as is, I have no clue how it's implemented, other than the effective range is within 500 yards, and that it's limited to one person at a time. Is the effect lasting, does he not have to maintain focus to fully corrupt a person for those 6-posts (or less)? Can he use it once on a person, and immediately move on to using it to another preson in the same post, which though he can't use it on multiple people at once, bouncing from person to person in rapid succession (with no understanding of how it's performed) is to the highest degree, god-mod save for a character's willpower determining how they might endure the near absolute and entirely arbitrary effects. That said, there's no way even characters of a grandmaster in willpower would be degraded (besides the off-mention of being able to endure it) in a mere six posts.

For reference, let's compare this to what grandmaster in Hierro means to Nagato. Of course, people in grand master will always vary in power since it's a pseudo-uncapped skill level, and Nagato would be at the peak in regards to his Hierro's grand master, but it would still apply since from the current explanation there's no regard to these variations. Now, with Nagato's godlike defenses, he's been capable of coming out unscathed against other characters explicitly known for their strength at the highest of tiers and levels, to the point of fighting Radioactive without receiving bodly harm. Meaning, in a bout against other Grand Masters, although with radio it was as you described "short". As Nagato's known to be at the peak of Grand Masters for Hierro, Radio is known to be at the peak of Grand Masters for Strength, this is a further testament to the levels of durability he has. This in mind, how would it be fair for a Ress ability, one of six entirely separate in application, theme, and usage at Ress, to arbitrarily offer such detriment to a character with Grand Master of all things.

Namely, what I need for this ability is explanation on how it's used and the method of execution, especially so the people you're RPing with understand what's happening to their characters and that it's not done whimsically (I trust you wouldn't, but I still need it on the app as well), as well as something defining how it works in duration, whether he requires to stay on the subject for however long necessary to complete the task, as well as limitations, preferably even a cooldown on usage or something that spaces out the usage of this ability. Causing someone to revert into using their shikai as if just barely attained would be an immense impact to opponents on his level, and there's--with the information currently on hand--literally no counterplay aside from staying outside of his 500 yard range.

Atomos: As one of Nagato's literal plethora of completely different powersets in Ress, Atomos as only one of them, being a gargantuan boss-level fiend, being capable of decimating an entire city in a mere 3-4 posts is too much. Increase this to some 6-10 posts depending on size of the city and any external inhibitors preventing it.

Gogoroth: It's fine to specifically define what manners in which this creature is undetectable, but stating "is undetectable regardless of sensory or detection abilities" is by default an absolute. Like the other abilities, you can define what it lacks in presence to specify how it would be undetectable to a myriad of methods, techniques, and abilities dedicated to perception and sensory, but that's pretty much it.

Nakara Path: Limit the production of a new body to one each, or six bodies in total if the same one ends up killed off repetitively; mix-and-match as you please, it's your bear to build kappa. Especially since, as you stated, this is an absolutely immense amount of energy consumed, such that I'd say going beyond the six maximum would throw Nagato out of his ress. Additionally, something as powerful as putting potentially another 0-2 tier combatant into combat would require some time to get done, considering the description on how this is performed. I'd say, similar to the Preta Path, a good drawback to this ability is leaving the Nakara Path vulnerable as he produces a new body, which sounds like something that should take anywhere between 3-5 posts depending on which Path is reborn. Furthermore, because of that level of energy consumption, I'd say each time a new body is formed, the duration of Nagato's Ress would appropriately be cut down by 1/6.

Segunda Etapa Physical Traits: I know that Nagato's meant to be a final boss-type character, and I respect that and the work you've put in and done to make this character and have him stand where he is today, especially with his purpose and significance surrounding him. That said, I don't want to infringe on that, but at the same time his Segunda Etapa isn't just powerful in the same sense as most final-form characters are, but rather there's no discernable weaknesses in any regard. Especially when it comes to his physical traits. He's physically stronger than his Asura Path, fast to the point of being near indiscernible with outright teleportation, and exceeds even higher levels of defense than prior, which was already to the point of being enormously difficult to contend with even with grand master skills--something which denotes reaching the zenith of that respective area. I'm not even sure how to approach how to get his physical traits balanced out, and I think it necessitates that we talk about it in a call or something more personally.


Shin Suenju: Make note that even just using this ability and maintaining control over Shin Suenju requires immense focus. Something that large, particularly without external help to mentally support him, would mentally drain even Zin--known for his mental endurance all across the board--absolutely necessitate the use of the Yuudeshi Network to support him for any extensive duration of time when it comes to maintaining absolute control of something on this magnitude. Come up with a scale or duration for how long this ability can be maintained regarding acute control, especially of the thousands of hands, with excessively acute and minute instances of control naturally usurping that much more mental energy, and more simplistic and general movements and commands being easier to conduct.

Just attend to the issues addressed with the application, and when you can, get into contact with me so we can hash out the rest of this app together, and more specifically address some of the issues in the application that I think need more of a personalised approach, especially with physically balancing his Segunda Etapa, as well as his Ressureccion's Deva Path and it's multi-faceted capabilities that are almost all at insane levels.

[mod]After discussing with Gin and getting the abilities addressed fixed up, this character is a damn powerful one, but not out of the realm of feasibility regarding characters of his level.
