Who Could Love a Monster? (Private)

Sireshi Kitanzen
"How pathetic you humans can be."
A man could be seen walking down the streets of Downtown Karakura, a man in a black, skin tight shirt, baggy black jeans, and a long flowing black cloak that caught the breeze nicely. The cloak's red trim was elegant, disguising the commoner nature of the person within quite nicely. The cloak's hood was up, hiding the face underneath, save for the man inside's mouth, which could be plainly seen and was formed in a neutral sort of scowl. Like an arrogant bishop amongst his servants, he saw himself as high above the humans who surrounded him. His modified combat boots, made to be equal in attack power and style, but lighter and faster than regular combat boots, were doing their job nicely, making little to no sound as they hit the ground one after another.
The man turned a quick corner, narrowly avoiding running into a group of people before turning once more, into an alleyway this time. He progressed, walking down the length of the alley to a large cluster of dumpsters at the end of it. He looked around, this is where they were supposed to be, he thought...
He turned around quickly, sensing several presences behind him. His senses didn't fail him, there stood four humans, all equal in height, all equal in looking like hammered shit, and all equal in being the very scum of the earth. They approached the man, all of them with the same sneer on their faces. The first and second taking position to the direct left and right of the cloaked man, although about 6 inches ahead on either side. The third and fourth stood side by side behind them, effectively blocking the way out.
"Tell us where you hid it!" The first one demanded, "Yeah!" The second one interjected, "or we'll tell the boss! He won't be happy with you, punk!"
The third and fourth stood there, arms crossed in a pathetic attempt to be menacing. The cloaked man smirked, pulling the hood down to reveal a handsome face, appearing to be in his twenties or so. His shoulder-length, red-tinted black hair, now set free from the hood, was blowing softly in the afternoon breeze. His eyes had been closed the entire meeting from under the hood, and now that the hood was off, they snapped open, revealing stunning icy-blue eyes.
"Oh?" The man started softly, walking in between the first two thugs, suddenly turning to the one on the left, grabbing the thug by the arm, twisting his own body for momentum as he hurled the thug into the one on the right. He grinned, "I have no boss, I don't work with you people, and I didn't hide anything. I just love to kill pathetic scum like you humans, and your group were the best scum I could find." He laughed a little before stepping over to where the two men lay unconscious, reaching down with both hands and feeling behind their heads until he found their necks. "Ah, here we are." He said softly before jerking both hands suddenly to the right, snapping the necks of both men. He looked up, dusting off his hands on his jeans before glancing at the two remaining men. They were awestruck, frozen with fear in the alley.
The cloaked man stepped forward, "It's ok, it'll be all over soon." He smiled softly before slipping his hands into his cloak, quickly pulling them out again, one of his daggers in each hand. He smirked widely, jumping forward and stabbing both men through the head. He sighed, retrieving his daggers and piling all the bodies on top of each other. He quickly looked around before continuing, "Kokoro No Henka: First Stage. 30%" He said softly, quickly forming a ball of ice in his hand and dropping it on the bodies before resealing his powers, effectively cutting off the transformation. The cloaked man, Sireshi, turned, walking out of the alley and pulling his hood back up. No one would be able to trace that sudden blast of power to him..
And no one would be able to link the burning bodies in the alley to him, there was no evidence, save some water on the ground.
Would they?
Who possibly could?

Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
Rosalind yawned loudly, it echoed outside. She fell asleep on her window sill with it open. She does that a lot, she often wonders when someone will notice and try to kidnap her, she thought she should stop doing that. Rosalind lifted her arms and stretched, yawning once more. She looked out over the land and the sun was still up, but setting a bit. It was dusk. She smiled widely. Now it was her time.Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
- Spoiler:
Quickly and quietly she arose and crouched on the window sill, looking around, making sure no one was watching her. She threw herself off rather dramatically and landed with a loud thump that echoed a few times over the hushed horizon. Rosalina looked around again and began walking around, her daily routine. The demon girl loved to walk, and night was when she loved to roam and cause chaos sometimes. Plus, night was when she could find some really strange and cool playmates, people are boring in the day, but so lively at night. She sniffed the air, breathing in the nice fresh breeze that tickled her face. Her eyes twinkled in delight.
She turned a corner and something seemed wrong. Rosalind sniffed the air. Was that... smoke she smelled? It couldn't be. Who would be burning something outside at this time, that seemed rather risky. She followed the odor until she found a pile of what appeared to be burnt bodies. They were clumping together and the smell of burnt flesh attacked her nasal passages. She wondered what could have possibly happened to end up like this? She dared not walk closer to get a better look in case she was to be blamed for it. Rosalind began to walk away when something else felt wrong to her. But, was it 'wrong'? Rosalind stopped and listened for anyone around, nothing. What was going on. Suddenly it hit her like a bus, it wasn't anything human at all... it was spiritual energy! With her human-like appearance she could eaily find the culprit without him or her knowing she was a demon at all! This would be perfect, another play mate... Or, she hoped. Rosalind walked forward, making sure not to release any spiritual energy so she would not be noticed as anything more than a human girl taking a walk.
Rosalind formed a plan in her head for when she met the mysterious being. But decided to just go with the flow for now. She kept her eyes peeled the whole way, holding back her wide and bright smile, she hoped it was a male. She loved male friends, they were so much more interesting than females. But then again, she would take what she could get. Her heart raced in her chest like a really hyper kid in gym class waiting to be picked and go nuts. In the distance, Rosalind saw a rather tall looking person wearing a cloak. The energy seemed to be coming from him. She began to walk faster without meaning to, but her excitement was getting to her. Rosalind's eyes stayed focused on the alley ahead of her as she pretended like he wasn't there - as most humans could not see him. This man looked mysterious, he reminded her of some sort of brooding Byronical hero. She hoped he was playful, then again, she ought to be careful. She laughed in her head, she always forgot about her powers and knew she could use them if anything happened. Plus, who would attack such a pretty girl? she smirked in her head at her own joke. She drew closer, she was about 3 feet from him, he was bound to hear her footsteps by now, and if he didn't, she could always pretend to not see him and bump into him, she awaited a response.

Sireshi Kitanzen
"How pathetic you humans can be."
Sireshi walked calmly, why shouldn't he? There was no one out at this time of night. With the occasional left or right glance from his icy blue eyes, he proceeded down the street. This existence of his was a lonely one, he thought. Staring down at the sidewalk, he couldn't help but realize how alone he really was. Sure he had a commander position, sure he had thousands of humans around, but it wasn't what he needed. He needed someone who understood, he needed someone who could really be on his level.. Problem was.. he didn't even know what his level was anymore.
His step quickened, combat boots hitting the ground heavier than usual. He breathed in, the pungent tang of alcohol, death, and depression that is Karakura at night hitting his nose. He sighed, was this really his fate? Murdering and burning random drug dealers on the streets? Was he really destined to roam the city alone at night? There had to be something more.. What was he missing?
Sireshi didn't know, but was it just him or had his footsteps begun echoing? He stopped walking, a realization hitting him. He was being followed. He checked to make sure his hood was on correctly. At least he had the benefit of knowing they couldn't see his face, whoever they were.
Sireshi turned around quickly, immediately losing the air in his lungs as his hood fell off.
Standing in front of him was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. What sorcery was this? Why would this woman be following him on a night like this. He suddenly realized his hood had fallen off, exposing his face to her, but he didn't care. He tilted his head, speaking softly as though this were a dream. "Tell me.. what is your name? And why are you following me?"

Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
She continued walking and noticed a change in his pattern, had he noticed her? She waited patiently, still pretending like she did not see him - suddenly, he turned around. His hood which he hid his face had slid off by mistake, and he made no effort to fix it, this was unusual for a man like him. He seemed so distracted like he was in a daze, what was wrong with him, was this remorse for the bodies he burned. Then again, she could not be certain that HE did that, but she had a strong feeling he did. Who else was around to do it? She hesitated to respond, wondering what she ought to say. She could not keep pretending she didn't see him, because she was now looking at him, he caught her eye with his different appearance. She just could not seem to look away. Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.

Finally, Rosalind gave up and opened her mouth to speak. As she did so, a slight breeze blew from her left side and danced around in her hair, sweeping over her forehead. Her bangs covered the little bit of her forehead that could be seen with her hat, and her hat covered most of her jet black hair. Her emerald eyes slid over him before they shot up to his amazing blue ones. "My name is Rosalind Haruka, and I was found a pile of burnt bodies, and your spiritual energy was all over the place. I followed the energy to find the source, and here we are." She said calmly like burning bodies and events like this happened every day, or something she would bring up at the dinner table. She blinked and lifted her hand to scratch behind her left ear and let it fall to her side calmly and gracefully. "I am sorry to have bothered you, I was simply... Curious, is all. Rosalind explained in a rather childish tone. "I should go, I didn't mean to intrude" she cut into the silence that seemed to be so thick she could use a knife. She turned her back to him and fixed her shirt collar that messed up in the wind and began walking away slowly.

"How pathetic you humans can be."
Sireshi tilted his head as the woman spoke. He loved her voice, the sound of it was vaguely reminiscent of something from his past that he couldn't recall.
He slowly walked towards her as she spoke, responding in kind. "A pile of burnt bodies? I see. I left my mess lying around, it seems." He shook his head softly, sighing, "I figured someone might trace the burst of spiritual energy back to me, but it's my own fault for being careless." He spoke softly, "D.. Do you hate me for what I did?"
He shook his head, stammering as he worked his way around her to stop her leaving. He couldn't permit this woman to leave his presence yet, he had just met her after all. "No, no. Not at all." He smiled charmingly, "No bother at all, I understand curiosity." He smiled, "No intrusion, please, stay and talk with me." he offered kindly, motioning to a bench not too far from their current location. He began walking towards it, a thousand thoughts rushing through his head at one time. He sat down, glancing back to see if she had followed him.

Rosalind was almost tempted to ask him why he burned the bodies in the first place, but decided against it. It was his buisness. She thought about it as she was walking away, then heard him speak and stopped to listen. She was surprised at his question, she turned around slowly to answer him, her green orbs gazing in his blue crystals. "Surprised, maybe," she said calmly, "but hate you? No, I do not hate you. Besides, it takes awhile for me to hate someone, I usually have to figure them out before I have any reason to hate someone. Seeing as I just met you, I can't say I hate you yet, unless you give me reason to." Rosalina told him truthfully with a small laugh that produced a certain warmth inside others.Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
- Spoiler:
The man then walked over to a bench, he was really gentlemanly and polite. Not something she was used to with a man who looked like this. Was this how he acted all the time, or was this some sort of ruse, maybe it was an off day. She could not be certain. He wore a rather goofy grin that did not fit on his face, he looked like a lovestruck child. She kept herself from questioning it and walked forward to join him, the heels of her sandals clacked quietly under her with each step. Rosalind smiled at him and sat down beside him, she rested her small hands on her lap and fixed her feet comfortably and looked around her. Rosalind wondered what he wanted to talk about, so she decided to prompt him. "The sky is so beautiful around this time, the pinks and purples and yellows and blues all mix together and slowly fade to black. Rather cool how the colors mix as the worlds go to sleep." Rosalind said rather randomly, realising this was not much of a prompt. "So, what do you want to talk about?" she finally asked with her irresistable laugh.

Sireshi Kitanzen
"How pathetic you humans can be."
Sireshi looked at the stars calmly, putting his hands behind his head and gazing upward. They were beautiful, just as the woman had described. The bright of the day was giving way to the dark of the night, and the excitement of the rush that came with day was going with it. What remained was a serene city of peace. A nice sight, to be sure.
He looked over at the woman next to him, his face an unreadable mask, she was definitely a nice sight herself. How she had come to meet him this night, the circumstances of that, had to be fate. That or a cruel joke, Sireshi didn't want to think about it.
Sireshi glanced over as she asked him what he wanted to talk about. In truth, he didn't want to talk about a specific subject, he just wanted to talk to her. He'd think of something though,
He rubbed his chin with his finger for a second before speaking, "Hmm, how about we talk about ourselves for a little while?" He smiles softly, chuckling, "I guess I'll start, since you don't know much about me, or anything really." He gazed at the sky, biting his lip a bit as he composed his thoughts, then he spoke. "My name is Sireshi Kitanzen. I am what they call a Krusnik. I was one of the first humans on one of the first colonization missions sent to Mars. I was the only one in my group to make it back." He sighed, not wanting to say that the reason he made it back was because he had killed the others in his group. "I work for an organization that makes a business of having me cause fear and dismay. Hence the random burned bodies. They were drug dealers, so it's not like it matters too much." He shrugged, turning and smiling at the woman, "What about you?"

Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
Rosalind looked up at the stars and smiled, they were amazing, they twinkled in her glossy green orbs. They seemed to be dancing around her pupils, it was almost perfectly the way the light hit her. She seeemed to be at peace. Rosalind continued looking up at the sky, and did not look at him right away, though she soaked in his every word, making sure she heard it all. She was very curious about the man, but played it so she was only half interested, she was good at these mind games. Almost immediately, with the way he said it, and how it was pronounced, she loved the name, she wanted to say it aloud. The name had a certain magic to it, it fueled her with powerful feelings that she loved. "Sireshi Kitanzen... she said dreamily as her eyes spared with excitement, the magic could almost be seen in the air as his name rolled off her tongue and slipped out from behind her pink veletine lips. Roslind finally looked away from the stars and over to him, she turned herself slightly by a few degrees to look at him better because of her hat. "That is a name I cannot describe... but I can tell you that it is powerful, I like the way it tastes." she said rather mysteriously and poetically.Sounds interesting... I accept your challenge.
- Spoiler:
Rosalind then began to answer his question after getting his name out of her mouth. It hung there in the air, and danced proudly, it was a name that she seemed to love right away, this was new to her. She liked it. "Well, I do not know if I can top how cool THAT is," Rosalind said with a quiet giggle. "But, really, I am just an ordinary girl living in a small apartment that a man gave me moments after his death. I hardly knew him, but he did not want the place going to waste, he was stabbed by some drug dealers, the man was probably an addict, I almost feel sorry for him. Anyway, I live there and avoid the bad people who sometimes come near me. Not so much now, most know not to come into my place..." she trailed off, almost going into how she was a demon, but decided to prompt him into saying what HE was. "It is said that there have been random attacks on drug dealers, I suppose you avenged that mans death that gave me a house, so justice was served. I suppose it all equals out in the end, depending on how your burnt them, or do you wish to keep that to yourself?" she added sneakily, secretly grinning widely in her head, her face masked the emotion of honest curiosity, which, infact was actual curiosity; such irony.

"How pathetic you humans can be."
Sireshi looked at her, drinking in her every word. She spoke of his name as if it was the most amazing thing in the world. He didn't know what was so special about it.. it was just a name.
Sireshi sighed as she asked the million dollar question, how he had burnt the drug dealers. He smiled softly at her, "To explain that would require a bit of backstory. Let me begin." He bit his lip again, a curious habit of his, as he once again gathered his thoughts.
"Ok, well I was on an expedition with a crew of three others. One other man, and two other women. We were convicts, prison fodder, sent to Mars to head the colonization effort. You may or may not have heard of it." He shrugged, continuing, "Well, we were given a box, the box contained four needles, all filled with a substance that looked vaguely like mercury." He sighed, "I was the outcast of the group, so I was chosen as the guinea pig. They knocked me down before I could do anything, and they injected me. I blacked out." His hands were shaking now, a tear falling from his icy blue eyes and hitting his leg, "I.. I woke up.. I don't know how long later and.. and they had put me in a body bag.. they thought I had died... I got mad and all I remember was screaming and burning and then they were... dead." He let out a small sob before wiping his face with his hand, it would do no good to cry now.
"I learned to control my power, over time." He nodded, regaining his composure, "And now I can use it very effectively. It releases in stages. Thirty percent, fifty percent, ninety percent, and one hundred percent power." He smiled brightly, "If you would like a demonstration, please, just ask."

Rosalind listened to his story and felt how hurt he was, he was choking on the words, on the story, on the emotions themselves. She wanted to comfort him, but had no idea how. Tears fell from his blue crystals like diamonds, or stars in a meteor shower. She could not help but feel bad for him. "So, you did not die..." she trailed off and could not see any sign of a zanpakuto, so she decided to take a wild guess or shot in the dark. Rosalind was slightly shocked that he could control fire like that. He was a lot like her, which she thought was interesting. She only hoped he would be her playmate or friend.
"No, I believe you, that is not necessary. If those victims truely are yours I can only imagine you are strong." She laughed a bit. "Well, confession time I suppose, since you did a bit of revealing yourself, it is only fair and polite. I am a demon, and from what i gather, you are too. I control fire as you do, but I have a slight feeling you do not only control fire, just a hunch." Rosalind said rather quickly but to the point, and in the same conversational tone. Admitting something this important was risky, but she felt she could trust him, and hoped he knew this and would NOT take advantage of her. "If YOU would like to see a DEMON-station, I would be more than happy to oblidge." She told him, laughing cheerfully at her own joke.
