Archival Questions

1. During the mass archiving are you going to post "archived" in all the threads?
Answer: No. There will not be any spamming of PH.

2. So, are you going to archive finished powers and equipment, or only the WIP stuff?
Answer: Finished as well, yes. This is why we want you to make a list of everything you guys will need unarchived.

3. Does this include role-play threads and IC stuff or just OOC Applications and power upgrades?
Answer: No. The role play sections will not be touched. Anything you see listed in the letter is what you’ll have to collect for your list.

4. If there is an unused piece of equipment or power that is used to reference it's superior brother technique, do you want that unarchived as well?
Answer: No. We only want active threads to be moved back. The archive is still going to be there for reference and can be used for things like this.

5. If I want a, b, c, etc (depending on number) of things I archived for a character, they’re to be listed separately for each character?
Answer: If it is an active piece for your character, yes. It should be listed for unarchival.

6. Apps that are still do for grading. Will they get graded with the new system?
Answer: Any app graded at this point will be graded with the new balance in mind. Anything graded from this day and on will not need to be regraded.

7. We have a template to follow for sending our lists?
Answer: No. Just submit your list of links and that's fine. Nothing fancy.

8. So, should I list any past trackers I may have had? Like for bursts and the like?
Answer: If you've already gotten the rewards, you don't need to bring them out again. It's ones that are currently active that need to be handled.

9. An 0-5 character (for example) approved as that upon creation, but which later through battles got to say, 0-3. Upon regrading it’s decided he is 1-5. What happens to all the ic progress?
Answer: Any actual plot is not being messed with at all. Any outcomes for fights and training still occurred. The power-scale is what is being adjusted for the sake of re-balancing the site. IC progress will be taken into account when re-grading. The re-grading is of their currently-approved Tier.

10. How are 0-tier characters being changed? Does this effect other tiers?
Answer: Staff is currently in the process of creating a write up to explain how things are going to be reanalyzed. When it is finished, how things are going to change will be presented.

11. What was wrong with the current skill sheets?
Answer: There were many arguments presented over the skill sheets. The gist of it is there are many people on this site and many characters to go with it. By adding more skill levels, it allows for a wider comparison between the mass amount of characters instead of sticking with the main four and the grandmaster that is meant to be extremely difficult to obtain. We're hoping to give people the chance to keep developing their characters instead of maxing them out. We want our members to strive for more.

12. Do we have to list threads we're in, or are those not being archived?
Answer: RP threads are not being archived.

13. If we have everything we want to keep, do we wait until it's all archived to send our lists?
Answer: You can send it when it's complete. We do highly recommend taking your time with it and checking everywhere you can think of for what is yours. We also recommend keeping a copy of your list in order to make sure that if anything is lost later, you do not have to redo do it.

14. What if I don’t want a certain character and her stuff unarchived. Can everything still be unarchived at a later date if I do wish?
Answer: After February 16th, when everything is going to be considered inactive, all apps and the accompanying upgrades/equipment/etc. will need to be re-submitted for a new approval. After the 16th, we're starting everything else off with a blank slate. This does not include site or character plot/lore. Apps and things that go with them are included.
