The missions for the Gotei 13 are the usual ones that you will find, mainly since they get paid every so often that doesn't matter for them and they get that salary so missions that are smaller are just apart of their job, what really matters is this thread.

People of Interest, this is mainly to state what the ones that you should be aware of, each of them has basically a 'price' on its head, being that if its mainly just bringing them in, dead or alive then you will be awarded with money as well if you do enough missions then you will get enough for either a tier rise or something of that sort, the 'bounty' will be posted in the POI (Person of Interest) thread, with all of the other stuff it will be posted in this thread, meaning this thread states how many missions you will need to get a tier rise, etc.
