(Open)Bend it like drogba

"Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep" sounded the alarm clock that was set to go off at 7:30 A.M. so that Seitan had enough time to get to the park before any of the annoying children who usually cause him to leave angry and stressed. As he threw his hand down upon the alarm clock for the third time, he would find the button labeled "snooze" and pause for a moment before pressing down upon it so that the alarm would turn off. He sat upright with his back to the wall before opening his eyes to the sight of his bedroom located in his small apartment. A pair of vans and some pants that were laying on the ground would be placed upon the respective parts of the body before Seitan hopped out of bed. "Maybe today I'll get lucky and find someone that I can play with" Seitan said as he grabbed a soccer ball before walking outside. The wind hitting his chest made him realize that he had somehow forgotten to put on a shirt. It wouldn't be long before he would appear outside of his apartment smelling like honey while wearing a t-shirt with several band names on it. Trees swaying, green grass, and pink flowers are some of the things Seitan saw as he made his way down two flights of stairs only to land on a rock slab filled with cracks. With a smile on his face and a little swagger in his step he would begin his walk towards the park in hopes of finding some one to play with.

It would only take him ten minutes to walk from his apartment complex to one of the largest parks in the city of Karakura. He would spot an empty soccer field with which he would travel towards with haste. Soccer was his favorite sport out of them all. Wither it was because of the way it felt to score a goal, or the thought of over fifty thousand people chanting and screaming was something that he himself couldn't say for sure. It's just that out of the rest of the sports he felt like he had more control despite the fact that the usage of hands was illegal. A couple of stretches later he would be kicking the ball with fierce concentration around while imagining himself playing in the finals of the Champions League. *Elliot Neville is passing it to Seitan Jaryutan.* *Seitan Jaryutan has ran past a defender only to run into a sticky situation.* *I wonder how he will get out of this one.**What a great display of his dribbling skills!* *I just cannot say this enough, Seitan Jaryutan continues to amaze us each and every game.* *Now it is just him and the goalkeeper* *He takes the shot.* *It's in! * *It's in!* *The referee has blown the whistle.* *Seitan Jaryutan scored the winning goal!* After watching the ball go into the goal with a bit of satisfaction he would take the time out to bask in the sun and reflect about how much his life has changed since the incident.

Zero waked up in his apartment as always at early time of 7:00 am for work. But today was his day off and he had nothing better to do. So he decided it was a nice day to take a walk in the park he lived near by.After he got dressed and ate,he was ready to go for the walk. When he arrived at the park the sun was just rising into the sky and it was a dark red and orange. The sky was nice and clear too,barely anyone was there at this time of day. Which was great for him anyway cause he liked the peace and quiet of the morning.

After about and half a hour of walking and jogging,he noticed someone one on the soccer field playing it alone. This made Zero remember that he enjoyed soccer a lot and wonder if he could play a game with him. He was great at stealing the ball and scoring from far away also. he wondered what this person would be good at doing. Also if they were actually a real soccer player cause that would make things more interesting for him then. So he started to approach the soccer field at a jogging pace and now the sun was a lot brighter now and higher in the sky telling him he has been here for awhile now.

"Hello." he said to the person.

Seitan was concentrating to the point where he didn't notice that someone was there watching him until he turned around. Who he saw was a boy with black hair and green eyes who seemed to be around the age of sixteen. Seitan walked over to the boy with a smile on his face and his hand out stretched to declare his good intentions.

"Hello my name is Seitan, but you can just call me Sei" he said once they were close enough for the two of them to converse comfortably.Several things that he noticed was that he boy was a tab bit shorter than he was, along with the fact that he didn't seem like some one who was athletic at all. The second thought that would come to mind is what would a boy this young be doing in a park? When he was a teen the last place he would ever been seen was a park, mostly because him and his friends usually played soccer in a back yard somewhere. As he looked the boy over he would notice a trinket near one of his wrists that looked like the shape of a cross. "Well if that is what I think it is, then this will be very interesting" he thought to himself while hoping that the kid hadn't noticed where his eyes had gone.

Zero did notice him but decided not say anything about it right now. Through it was strange, did this person know about quinces or was this person also one. But that would have to wait til later also. He was bored and had nothing to do since it was his day off from work. This person gave him his name so he should start of by giving his name in return. Then he could ask this person if he would play a game against him. If he says yes than this will be a great day if not then he would start asking questions now.

"I'm Zero and that is my only name. also would you play a game of soccer with me." he said to Sei.

Even through Zero didn't look like a athlete, he did have speed and that one of major things you need in soccer that and stamina. Which also had too through out his Quincy training. Even through he doesn't look like it means that he isn't it. He was wearing all the right things for soccer also. He had on Sports shoes and shorts so he was set for it already.

"You really don't know how nice it is to finally get to meet some one who wants to play soccer" he said with enthusiasm dripping from his voice. He would turn around and head back to the field in order to pick up his soccer ball while humming a rap song to himself in a nonchalant manner. If his idea was correct then he would be in for a fun time. Although he didn't look like it Seitan had over a centuries worth of experience when it came to certain beings and the ways they identify themselves. It wouldn't take long for him to pick up the ball from where it was sitting, and then walk to the middle of the field only to place it down upon the ground so that they could begin playing once Zero took his place on the other side.

With a smile on his face as big as the sun, he would close his eyes and begin to picture the first time he ever encountered those with a cross. He remembered how fast they moved, and how they could go on for what seemed like forever. Seitan wanted to test the kid, but he had to figure out how to go about it without tipping him off. After several ideas he would finally pick two that seemed to be the best options available. Now it was only a matter of time before he would see if his hunch was correct, or if he was just imagining things.

Zero was happy that they would get to play this game of soccer. He really didn't interact much with people in the city and this was his first time in a year he has played soccer but he still remember how the game goes and everything else. He watched as Seitan went to go get the ball and bring it to the center of the field. While he did that he went to the other side of the field ready to play this game. This made him very happy now, there was even a smile on his face right now,he was that happy right now.

When the soccer ball got to the center of the field and Seitan went to other side of the field Zero would say ready and he would say ready back. Then they could begin this game. He knew that he would probably get to the ball first but he would have to keep it away from Sei and score the goal also. But that didn't worry him to much. Then he saw that Seitan was on the other side and it was time to say that he was ready to start the game.

"I'm ready, are you!" he yelled at Seitan.

Seitan sprinted towards the ball as a way to declare his readiness. He had a simple plan that involved getting as much distance as possible from Zero so that he could set up a shot. Seitan liked to play as a Centre Forward, but was more suited to be an attacking midfielder or a winger. Because of this he has to use his skill at dribbling in order to get some space between him and the defender. Despite the fact that it was one on one, he knew that Zero if given a chance could steal the ball and score. If things got tough he could always kick up the pace, although he didn't want to simply because it wouldn't be fair to do so.

As he was closing in on the ball he decided on toying with Zero first by showing him a skill or two before driving it home. Seitan had a decent long range shot, but when it came down to close range he was almost guaranteed to score. As the adrenaline started to kick in, he started to visualize himself going up against one of the best soccer players in the world. The crowd cheering, the big lights, and a rush that cannot be described in any other way but exhilarating.
