» Item Description: Kadō Shitate was spawned by the thoughts of a certain young female Captain. It takes the form of a small metallic bar. This can be shaped into any small form, such as a necklace charm, an earring, or it can be spread out and made into a tattoo. By focusing one's Reiatsu into it, the Kadō Shitate will replace the current clothing the user is wearing with a standard Shihakushou. If the user is a Captain, this includes their Haori. If the user has modified their Shihakushou or their Haori, it will carry over those modifications. Each one is tuned to a specific user, and they are given out to anyone who is accepted into a Division. It does not affect any spiritually-charged clothing. The concept for this could be modified for other uniform types, but it currently is only used by the Gotei.
