Purpose

Light and positivity are in short supply in the world that Cirno lives in. So the Seal of Heroism is meant to be a means to pass down her own inner light into others. Effectively, when someone is marked with The Seal of Heroism, they are materializing their own ideal world and sense of heroism into existence. As it feeds off a person's mental image, produces a new effect into reality and bonds with that vision as it progresses and advances.

Therefore, the major stipulation to receive this seal is that one must have intentions which are defined as "pure" by the subjective oversight of Cirno's personal sense of righteous judgement. The following are critetia which would make it easy for The Seal to bound with a host:

- A person who has noble thoughts of protecting others can qualify for this seal.

- Someone seeking to purge death, decay, chaos and damage to life and property could also fit the bill.

- Or just someone wanting to change the world for the better.

The Seal will send this information to Cirno's mind, she will overview it and her will shall determine if the person is able to accept the seal properply or not. As she has the capacity to feel spiritual wavelength and will see if the seal can be passed on. The same can be applied to the person giving The Seal as well as it can be passed on by those who are marked with it.


Main Effects

Actualized Heroism: The Seal of Heroism does not have one effect. Rather, it will be up to the user themselves to develop the Seal. This is an immaterial power that feeds off the inner vision of a person's mind when it comes to their image of heroism. Therefore, The Seal of Heroism seeks to extract that and produce a power from it that will assist them in some shape or form.

To make things clear: if someone had the mental vision of their sense of heroism being based around helping others who need it, then it is possible for Actualized Heroism to create one new power that will assist them with it. This will then also be based on their personality, so if this person was determined to assist others who are hurt, then it can potentially form into some type of healing power. If this person wanted to help people, but actually be a part of the action of cleaning up the planet, then it may result in them gaining the power to purge toxic elements from the world.

Therefore, Actualized Herosim takes ACTIVE effort on a person's part to think about how they can connect their sense of heroism into a power which goes with their character's theme. If this power fails to align with their sense of heroism or theme, then the seal will reject it and cause the person to become injured in the form of it imploding and causing bodily harm that may have them vomit, bleed or lose chunks of their energy as a result of not following The Seal's protocol.

It is limited to only forming one new power and this power must be actively called upon. As, in other words, the person needs to keep a strong imprint of their heroism marked on The Seal when trying to use this power. So it is best to align it to be related to other powers they may have. Which means that if a person was a fire user, perhaps they could summon purifying fire which releases a fold of gold flames to seal away toxins like diseases when it comes into contact with element they want to purge.

Hence, this power is ultimately up to YOUR imagination. Just make sure it fits in with a heroic theme.

OTHER EFFECTS

Increased Will: Those who bare this seal will often see some type of increase in their overall willpower. Even if it does not result in an increased skill level in the mental skill sheet, the person will have positive effects such as feeling more assured in themselves, having the resolve needed to finish what needs to be done and having a more positive sense of direction in life.

As, in essence, The Seal of Heroism will try to ease the cynism of a person mind and help bring out more brighter qualities in their personality. So they could also get a sense of character development by allowing this seal to alter their persona to help ease mental burdens or progress beyond whatever pain they may be enduring.

Enhancements: When the seal is activated, the person may see a two times increase in their overall body traits. Speed, strength, durability and volume of energy may increase. This is typically active for a duration of five post or so before there is a three post cooldown. So long as the seal is active, it will reactivate these traits automatically without the user needing to think too heavily; outside of keeping their mental vision of heroism in tact.

(Note: this is not to be stacked and it will not activate if there is already another enhancement technique that is activated outside of a persons release form.)

Holy Protection: Anyone who has the Seal of Heroism will be connected to Cirno and The Guild of Heroes. Therefore, they have her blessings and this can prove useful as they can summon different types of barriers to help ease negative influence from different types of demons, hollows or those with foul intent as defined by Cirno's subjective heroism. For instance: a person could activate Holy Protection in order to summon a small shield around themselves to help reduce or seal away the potency of a demon's magic against them.

Cirno is a 0 tier angel, so it stands to reason that her potency is at a master level and could withstand a variety of different foul effects that it will come into contact with. However, it is not a save-all-be-all. This seal feeds it's power from the host, so if their body or focus happens to take damage, then it's effect tend to lower throughout body. So, their Holy Protection is strongest at the start of a battle, but weakens as a person drains more stamina throughout the battle.

Good Will Exchange: Good Will Exchange is a special ability that will allow those who have The Seal of Heroism to spread the seal's power to others. In essence, Cirno wanted to be able to help out the world with this ability, so it stands to reason that it would gain power by expanding it's reach to those in need. So, for example, it would be possible to activate The Seal to try and heal someone who is heavily injured. Or, in another case, they could produce shields across a variety of different people who are marked as needing saving.

It really depends on how the user wants to use Good Will Exchange, but it cannot benefit themselves. It has to, in some way/shape/form, benefit soley others around them and improve the world around them. If it does not fall under that category, then Good Will Exchange will not work and they will end up getting burnt by the seal and taking damage. It's also worth noting that each usage of this abiltiy will drain the seal of energy and it's something to keep in mind in terms of stamina.
