I feel like the point of a "OTM" is to show appreciation and honor someone whose accomplishments are not always in the limelight. Staff is, by nature, always under a spotlight. Its meaning is diminished when you're always honored for your accomplishments to begin with.

Except Darkfunnel, I don't know what he does.

Based on the feedback I got from PM's, I figure bringing back the SOTM's will be alright. The reason for this is because the only reason I really got rid of it was because there was only two other staff members beside myself at the time I got rid of it and I thought it was pointless since I also wasn't able to be voted in at the time.

Therefore, now that staff is increasing a little bit, I feel alright with bringing it back because there will be more to cycle around as well. I could also see it being a quarterly event that is held every 3 months to space it out more or a bi-monthly event. I don't see the harm in it because it's just giving props to staff members who have put in the work for that month.

So, in short, I'm voting yes because I see no reason not to bring it back now that staff is getitng more populated.
