Dull
Drab.
Fuccccccccccccccccccccccccccccking boring.
The days that passed in 2417 were nothing but a cesspool of grayness for The Queen of Demons. So maddening un-eventful were these days for her. In her mind, one couldn't help but wonder if The Royal Demon's point of perception was reaching a point of total rupture. Maybe she had ascended to the point of complete insanity that robbed her of all emotion; but not a god damn thing seemed to give her a tick, an itch or a flare to make her want to lift a single whimsical finger after her stunt in the slums of Chicago's Zombie infested city.
All of her subjects failed to entertain her, those within the Asthavaon family drew nothing of comfort to her corrupted spirit, the powers of a goddess at her fingertips did nothing to excite her and not even the changing landscape on sweet, sweet mother earth drew nothing of a spark. It was like someone broke in her house, smashed up the place and didn't have the courtesy to at least leave the kitchen sink in place. What a jerk, right?
Anyway, with everything stolen from within herself, what else was a Queen to do but go through the motions? As the demonic screech of her alarm clock went off within the distance of her dimly lit room, the sullen bags under the pale skinned ruler's eyes darkened, and a sense of brooding irritation eased its hot hand up her pants. So, in response to this MOST unwanted stimuli, Ol' Queenie let out a screech capable of waking John F Kenedy from his cold dirt slumber and vaporized everything within her chambers to ash.
As the entire Asthavon family compound shook, the grounds became unnerved as there was no telling how this woman was going to react once her mind pulled itself out of the abyss of its slumber. Was she going to be chipper? Was she going to be furious? Was she going to do anything at all? There was a lot for them to lose and there was enough sweat behind their balls to feed a whole African village with how much uncertainty her unruly behavior brought.
But to her -- what difference did it make?
As the woman levitated above the ruins of what was once her cozy lil' den of depravity, it wasn't as if she couldn't just use her magic to construct something better. So, with all this excess ability at her disposal, what was there to lose? Or, for that matter, what was there to gain? Everything was so absurdly boring after having so close to her "pinnacle" of power. Something which was a joke to her at this point as it seemed like there was nothing left to achieve. Twas' fuckin' absurd, but she was a being of improbabilities and madness. So, par for the course.
Thus, her gem green eyes leered itself toward the direction which gleamed the distant allure of the Central Nation of Demon World. And what difference did even that make? Of all these billions of creatures, 99% of them couldn't even seek to fulfill this ever growing void within herself. So, to that degree, her body reacted to this deep rooted ache and made her vomit coffee-shaded blood all over her face; dripping down to her oversized robe and drenching it's once seamless darkness with its rancid hue. All the while, her skin started to chip and shatter like glass as numerous cracks started to open up across her once ghost white skin.
And as the whites within her eyes began to become filled with cloud of gray, this foul started to leak out of her and it wasn't a wonder to herself if she was decaying or not. The Queen could not quite figure out a remedy to relieve this, so she figured it was a consequence of her powers and the heavy price they require to function. Always searching for the next thing, hungering for the next scene of destruction and looking to always further her game; these things were becoming increasingly harder to satisfy as her reach, influence and power eclipsed the cosmos itself it seemed.
So, as she gave a vacant stare towards the blackened sun above the ashen skies above her, a laugh escaped her rotting lips. It still possessed that same jovial glee she was known for, but there was a roughness to it that made it sound all too painful as this crippling sense of decay filled her physical, spiritual and mental essence.
"Fu...I'm tired. Ain't got a manic bone in my body to jig to today, S'ug."

Arianda yawned softly as she simply slept, and not in the bed of the Queen; no, Arianda likely had spent a little bit too much time away from Mana. Possibly. Regardless, Arianda slept soundly in her own palace; small in comparison to Mana's. Of course, she could have keep sleeping the day away until she felt the earth shake and a most unpleasant, or was it pleasant, screech reach her ears. Arianda groaned as she lifted her head from her pillow, her eyes half open as she stared towards the wall behind her bed. She groaned once more time as she reached down to her stomach and rubbed her fingers over her Eris Seal. Arianda had a general idea who the screeching was coming from; especially if she could feel it from Flow City. Then again, her Eris Seal was also pulsing with vast amounts of boredom; at least Arianda believed it to be doing so.
The demon shrugged and, quite literally, flopped out of bed. Arianda being how she was, she was in her True Appearance and wearing no more than panties; not like she cared about the rest while sleeping. Her clothes appeared on her being quickly in a dusting of crimson energy that faded nearly as quickly as it appeared. Arianda fixed the likely stereotypical sailor outfit on her body, as well as the metal that was covering most of her legs and her arms. She yawned loudly and then quickly exited her little palace, knowing that going to Mana would be a piece of cake; afterwards would be... interesting.
Arianda soon appeared near the Asthavon Palace; a place she was certainly familiar with due to being one of Mana's wives and her pet. She looked around and could easily spot her Queen above what looked to be the ruins of the room that Mana slept in. Arianda sighed at that, repair would be easier than hell, but, it was still a sad sight to see. For a moment. The sadder sight was that of her Queen in what looked to be another fit of boredom from her overdose of power.
Arianda looked on as Mana vomited blood on herself; and it was clear something was the matter more than what happened in Chicago. This blood that Mana was vomiting was brown; not green, brown. Arianda frowned, knowing that Mana was certainly overdosing herself greatly. However, this time, it wasn't just the normal Chaos over dose; it was simply boredom greater than before. Arianda shook her head softly and quickly, likely being noticed, appeared behind her Queen and pulled the Demon Queen into her arms; something that likely would not be received well. However, Arianda was already in her True Form, so, the possibility of her being maimed were lower than normal, but, it was still possible with Mana being so horribly lethargic.
Arianda caressed Mana's face softly and quickly wiped off some of the coffee colored blood. While doing so with her left hand, Arianda moved her right hand to Mana's back and attempted to pierce her flesh. She probably wouldn't be met with too much resistance, or maybe tons worth of it, but, if she wasn't met with all that much resistance, Arianda would make her hand fly through Mana's back and quickly, and gently, grasp Mana's heart. Reason why? Besides Arianda and Mana having a very strange relationship, it was a good way for Arianda to tell exactly how well Mana was fairing without delving into the depths of her mind; which was a bad idea. And, if Arianda was able to get to Mana's heart, she would likely feel a heartbeat akin to that of someone who is either near death, old, or simply bored out of her ever living Queeny mind. Arianda kissed Mana's cheek softly and held onto her tightly.
"Hey Mana~ I coulda sworn I took care of this boredom in Chicago~ I guess I shouldn't be too surprised after all, it's not like things are rather boring here; oh wait, it kinda has been, hasn't it? We could possibly blow up some stuff~! But, how bout this; tell me what ails you, my Queen. And then maybe blow up stuff!"
Arianda grinned widely as her right hand, which was in Mana, caressed her heart softly just as her left hand caressed Mana's face; both actions that would likely mean nothing to the demon Queen as she felt no sense of "love" for Arianda; or at least very little. Sure, Arianda felt love for her Queen/husband/whateverthefuckManais. Arianda softly bit into Mana's neck for only a few moments before she simply did a bit of what she did before to help Mana. Obviously, this boredom would not be cured with her powers over Conflict; that would be hard to do without the latent energy within Mana likely consuming Arianda or driving her to be even nuttier than she currently is. No, instead, Arianda simply resorted to using her powers over conflict to simply influence; to help and not harm. Over all, she was trying to help with Mana's boredom and her current state without trying to tap directly into her mind. After all, this wasn't an overdose of chaos like last time, it was simply an excessive amount of boredom that likely could leave Mana feeling Lethargic even during WWIV. She sighed softly and chewed on Mana's neck softly as she let a few soft words escape her mouth.
"You should know I am always willing to help you in your excessive amounts of boredom, Mana."
