Under Attack! [Event]
Sat Jun 26, 2010 1:20 am
The entry tunnels were under attack. A few sensors had gone off recently and alerted Nikilo as well as several other Null about the invasion. Stadt Makellos was a fairly hidden complex, so it was a wonder anyone even knew of it's existence. The entry tunnels were quite spacious, carved deep within the earth. Quite moist, it was very humid and wet because of the water leaking through the walls. Speaking of the walls, crystals littered them. Topaz, Gemstones, Rubies, Emeralds, and even diamonds glittered back at Nikilo Flamme.
Speaking of the alchemist, Nikilo Flamme stood defiantly a few hundred meters inside of the tunnel mouth. In his right hand was a large bow, roughly four feet, made of spiritual energy, the black reishi making it up glowing oddly, reflecting off of the glittering gemstones. His left hand held the "string" of the bow, pulled back slightly, the beginning of an arrow forming. As he stared at the entrance, he decided a bit more help might be necessary. Whispering the words "It's Morphin' time!", his clothes changed.
From his white t-shirt burst a massive torso of shining steel. From his black beige trousers burst leggings matching the torso, with sharp boots ending over his feet. Speaking of his feet, something black was under them. A flat platform made itself obvious as it rose slightly, lifting Nikilo with it. As he floated along the monolith, a large helm covered his skull.
The helm was stainless steel, the same as his armor, and had massive, curved horns ejecting from the top. Peering out through the visor, nothing moved in the blackness. Yet. He had deliberately left the lights off so movement was clearer for him. Besides, he hated the light.
Tightening his grip on the bow and arrow, his arms and hands became encased in the armor as well, finally completing his knight-esque armor, giving him some added resistance to the oncoming wave of..whatever it was. As an afterthought, he slowly took his hand off the arrow and inscribed a sigil on the chest of his armor with liquid reiatsu, it leaking through his armor as was supposed to. Whispering the word "Burst", the entire armor became encased in lightning. This was his technique, Zitteraal-Schicht, one of the only enchantments he could do. It was useful though.
Placing his hand back on the bow, he drew back a full arrow. It was time. He could feel energy seeping into the cavern. Looking with sharp eyes, his breath tightened in his chest. He was ready. He was determined. His arm holding strong, he knew these arrows were quite deadly, and would give the invaders quite a sting if hit!

What was going on? He had been walking by his mentors side and then all of sudden a loud alarm went off. His mentor quickly disappeared out of sight. Zack looked around as a few people went a certain way and others had a look of panic on their face. The fifteen year old boy decided that he would ask somebody. He glanced around and saw a man leaning against a building with a calm look on his face. Zack jogged over to the man and asked what was going on. The man told him about how the entrance tunnels were under attack. That most have been where Nikilo went. Then Zack asked how to get there and the man pointed. Zack started to jog the way the man had pointed. after taking a few steps he turned, looked back at the man, and nodded as a sign of thanks. Zack sprinted towards the entrance tunnels. He stopped when he saw his mentor and smiled. He was glad that he had caught up.
The boy looked at the tunnel around him. There were many crystals and gemstones. Zack ran his hand along a small part of the wall before getting back to the task at hand. He then heard his mentor say "It's Morphin' time!". This made Zack make a soft chuckle. That phrase sounded a little silly but his brown eyes widened after he saw what happened because of the phrase. Armor. Neat. Zack then ran to the side of his mentor. He wondered if Nikilo had knew he was there all along. He shrugged it off and took off what appeared to be his belt. It was a three meter chain that he used as a belt. This was his Null tool/weapon. He had only done this once before as a test so he hoped that it worked again. If it did work he probably wouldn't be able to use it for long due to not having practiced with it yet. Then again this was a pretty good time to practice and see some of his mentors skills.
Zack focused his reiatsu into the tool the chain grew blood red reiastu spikes on it and two scythes made of blood red reiastu appeared at each end of the chain making it look like a Kusarigama. The handle of each scythe was about a meter long and the scythes blades were two meters long. The first time Zack had use this weapon he found out that it could cut through most things that a zanpaktou was said it could cut through. He held the handles tightly and looked up at his mentor. "Now before you say it's too dangerous and I'm not ready I feel like I have to do this. One, to test myself right now and two because if something happened to you then-" he said but stopped himself. What was he saying? If something happened to Nikilo. That was highly unlikely. If anything were to happen to somebody it would most likely be him. He came because he was the one that needed protection and he felt like his mentor could protect him from whatever was attacking. He smiled as he got in a battle stance as he waited for the invaders just like his mentor did.

[James Flamme]
One of the few times the Flamme brothers where somewhere outside their shop. One of the few times the brothers went out to do some shopping. And what happend? Well, first, they lost each other - GREAT start. Then he had to convince someone he was NOT the little kid he looked to be, but actually older than the young Null, be pulling out an old german passport. And third... now the alarm was going off, Null running away in fear - and someone with a suitcase running towards it. If there was trouble, Nikilo would be close. And that apprentice of his, too. Jamie himself wouldn't take a student, too much effort involved. Also, he had his hands full with getting his brother out of trouble.
While running against the people, getting annoyed, Jamie snapped open the suitcase. Seconds later, he bursted up into the air, flying over the mass on people till they twindled to nobody, and he flew down again - in his hand the custom-made weapon his brother designed. A gunblade.
"Now before you say it's too dangerous and I'm not ready I feel like I have to do this. One, to test myself right now and two because if something happened to you then-" This voice clearly belonged to a certain apprentice. Bringing his fast Monolith to a sudden stop right besides him, he raised his Gunblade, pointing at the darkness. Something was there for sure... Letting his liquid Reiatsu run through the special tunnels of the handle, into his Null Tool, the magazine.
"Calm down, Zack. Just do exactly what you did training with my brother, and you will be allright." Looking at the quite strange looking armor of his brother, he still didn't get how someone could focus on making stuff like that.
"Want a quick enchantment on your bow, Nii-chan?" The young boy looking Null asked, now without taking his eyes from the dark tunnel. "We may have some seconds for that before hell breaks loose here." His magazine was already filled with elemental bullets - one half fire, one half lightning. Would surely give more sight and be a painful surprise for enemies, like always.
