How It Works

The Celesetial Orb Of Oath is an Aether Stone that is absorbed by the body of Ichika. Once it is absorbed, she will be bound to the contract that she made with Cirno to forever keep her oath to remain true to the path of herosim, light and goodwill. Therefore, Cirno's own blessing as an angel will be bestowed upon her and it's the Aether of Cirno herself that is empowering these effects through her energy being used as the medium to induce them.

Functions

One Promise At A Time: Due to Ichika's limited power mentally and physically, this Aether Stone is capable of only keeping two functions active at a time. That means she can only keep two enhancement active in her current stage. This may extend to three once she reaches advanced willpower, four when she reaches master and five at grand master. As this function of her gem seems to feed off of her willpower more than anything else.

Time Limit: The Celestial Orb Of Oath is only capable of keeping a function active for two to three post at an adept level of willpower. When she reaches advanced, this will expand to four to five post. After advanced, when she becomes master, this will increase to six to seven post. And lastly, at grand master, there is the potential for these effects to last for eight to ten post.

Enhancement: To be more precise, these enhancements are NOT done to her skill sheet or tier. Instead, they are done to the potency of her attacks. For example: Ichika could make a promise to Cirno to use her power to protect a village from being destroyed by a powerful Holy. Once Cirno's Aether observes the sitaution and determines if hte values are compitable with her magic, this enhancement will activate and could double the potency of her attack to increase something like a thirty meter range attack to have double the length and double the attack damage to an opponent to make it more lethal.

While, at the same time, she could make a second promise to Cirno to find the strength to remain strong and increase the potency of her body's durability by two times. This could come in the form of Cirno's Aether outright forming a shield around her body and creating a durable shield that can stand up to more powerful attacks by a master level Aether Magic spell protecting her remotely.

With that said, these enhancements can eat away at the energy inside of the sphere. It contains a high volume of Cirno's 0-2++ energy (around enough to be considered half of her power), but it is not an infinite source of power. If Ichika abuses it, it can run out on her rather quickly. Additionally, since this requires willpower, it can be taxing on her mind and exhaust her mentally. This usually occurs after using a heavy ability and may sometimes require a 1-2 post cooldown before being able to be used again.

Furthermore, physical enhancements can also cause muscle train, damage and pain if abused too often or rapidly. The same can apply to the metaphysical and make it harder to summon attacks due to exhaustion after pushing herself beyond her limits too many times. So it forces her to be cautious of when she uses it, but allows her leeway to stand up to stronger opponents if the sitaution calls for it.
