The Return of Madness {Part 2}

Trinity Asthavon and Eric's henchmen had used the sacrificial incantation in order to restore Eric's Zarathos putting him back into his new body. They used powerful sacrifices to restore Eric's body and then performing a ritual hoping the body would reclaim the soul back. As the red light shot from the mad demon's mouth hitting the endless soul plane it was energized the mad demon's soul. But something was wrong deep down the mad demon was defeated still his body was broken but alive the mad demon was dreaming but this was impossible. How could he be dreaming if he was dead but it didn't maybe time one dream before dying still wondering for revenge. The mad demon was chained to the soul tombs fading away this is where all demons come after their soul is removed away and taken

Within the soul plane, Eric's soul was hit by a red light energized the soul because within the mad demon was chained into demonic wall and he wasn't breathing. Then the mad demon was hit by red electricity this restoring his body as undoing the chains but the mad demon was trapped within the soul plane and powerless the mad demon was afraid his powers were gone. But the mad demon was alive what the fuck happened how the hell is he alive his loyal henchmen those wonderful soldiers brought him back. The mad demon was in dimensional state within the soul plane now powerless the mad demon needed to get out of here but how. Only one way to escape this place was defeating the soul guardian who keeps the souls calm quieting any chaos but without powers this was going to be difficult truly. The soul guardian resides within a castle and the big bastard had four minions which resided at a soul tower well it was obvious defeat the minions then the guardian but not naked. As the mad demon found some torn clothing on the ground feeling a bit better as the mad demon started journeying up some mountain heading towards the first tower was the first minion was there with an axe. He was waiting for a fight as the ugly creature toss the mad demon a sword it seemed like a broadsword but it will have to do for now. The first minion seemed like a demon of honor waiting for a fight still the mad demon just wanted to get the fuck outta here and back home. If he dies that's it he's done his henchmen had revived him but the soul guardian allowing the mad demon to leave this place but his minions needed to be cut down.

"You're the mad demon, Eric Zarathos what are you doing alive??? What fool and fowl skunk ass thing has brought you back???? If you die here then it all over..."

"Yeah...I'm back but not completely. I want out so are we going to do this or you can go read some fucking comic books and let me go"

"My master will not let you go you need four keys in order to do so you idiot and I hold one of them defeat me and you'll get it. Be warned, NO ONE HAS EVER BEATEN ME for this"

"Enough of this shit.....LET'S GO"

All of his demon powers were gone the best thing the mad demon could rely on was his strength and speed depending on how strong his enemy is. The minion attacked Eric hard with a few thrusts of his weapon then the mad demon began to realize how strong the monster really was all the best he could do was block and dodge. He couldn't believe the strength on this minion still if he dies here then it all over but the mad demon was afraid the demon couldn't defeat this foe. The mad demon kept blocking the minion's attacks this wasn't like him the mad demon needed to calm down for a second. Think about his enemy's movements the bastard was strong still the mad demon needed to find the monster's weak point and attack it hard and so many times. Still, Minion managed to cut Eric's back because of that last attack still the mad demon didn't have time to come up with a strategy it was either do it or die as the mad demon waited.

The minions was attacking with the axe and at the same time the mad demon blocks and attacks with a elbow attack shocking the minion. He never been hit before like this getting angry the minions started attacking viciously as the mad demon was hit a few times with some slashes but leaving some cuts and wounds.

Eric realized the enemy's moves were getting sluggish the mad demon was waiting though bleeding the mad one was studying his prey waiting to strike. The minion had tried for a roundhouse kick which the mad demon ducked and attack hard hitting the monster stabbing him in the head as the bitch roared in pain holding his wound. Eric finally went on the offensive this was his very life on the line their was no fucking time to be friendly this was a fight to the death. With hard punches, Eric hit the guy with everything he had punches and uppercuts beating the bastard to an bloody pulp the mad demon couldn't let up or he'll die from the next axe attempt. The minion managed to kick the mad demon off him but the guy couldn't see after removing the sword from his leg and dropping his axe. Some blood and pulp got caught into eye starting to sting, Eric's chance was to grab the axe and cut the minion throat as the mad one started running. This was his very existence to return back and become the mad one again everything was riding on this attack as the mad demon grabbed the axe and started charging at the minion. Eric started yelling as the minion was wiping his eye beginning to turn around as the mad demon took a huge leap in the air "I'M TAKING MY LIFE BACK AND NOR ANYONE ELSE IS GOING TO STOP ME. I WANT MY REVENGE AND I WILL GET IT STARTING BY FINISHING YOU" With that, Eric managed one hard slash from the axe cutting the minion's throat as the bitch was smiling going stronger as the mad demon saw energy emitting from the bitch's neck.

Eric thought one more slash should do it and then the minions started to transform which wasn't good as it took the form of some demon bull. But the shocking part his neck was healed it must have something to do with his transformation the mad demon didn't like it but now wasn't the time to think just action here. He started backing away as the demon started charging hitting the mad demon almost like a rag doll as the mad one thought he couldn't take another hit like that or he's dead meat. Slowly, Eric made it back to his feet wondering how the hell the demon was going to kill this minion thinking about when he charges again the demon should jump and attack. He thought this might work but the mad demon wasn't all too sure about as the demon bull charged and then the mad one leaps into the air and with a super thrust chopped off the bull's head. But the demon bull's body slaps him in the face hard still it felt bad but the thing was dead as the mad one gets back to his feet.

He witnesses a strange power was emitting from the monster's eyeball and then the mad one study it and tries removing it from the eye. It was a green key seeing that his arms and legs had chain locks on them the mad demon was looking for the color lock seeing that it was on his right ankle lock as the mad demon puts the key in. Magically, It becomes no more as the mad demon feels a surge in power something was back inside of him the mad demon could feel it. His zoa koa was back the key to his power structure the mad demon could actually feel it still the demon couldn't use it the soul guardian holds the fucking leash still three more keys and then defeating him who else.

The mad demon needed to rest because of the pain if he doesn't make it and survive the mad demon might be trapped here forever. He couldn't give up his very existence was on the line the fight for getting out of this place was worth it everything he knew was gone now. But what happens when the mad demon comes back home what then more importantly was his clone alright because they might now what that heroic bastard is up to. "Rejoining, Shadowfall isn't my cup of tea but if I do get out of this perhaps maybe joining them won't be all that bad but the moment I'm returned. Khala, I will not be joining your cult do whatever you want with me but your cult no frigging way"

His arm was damaged but in order to get out of here the mad demon would have to ignore it for now still it was a bitch. Eric needed to move forward or his ass might remain here forever bloody and tired the mad demon kept pressing forward in pain though. It might take a while before reaching the next minion the mad demon needed to rest but the madness inside didn't want to hear it telling him keep going.

A hour rest and then the mad demon gets back to his feet moving forward to the next minion tower feeling very different than before a strange feeling. It feels like his zoa koa wants to come back but it can't something was preventing it producing the energy back within him but still the mad demon could feel it wanting to return. As he was approaching the tower but nobody was here and it was strange because it was all quiet something was wrong inside the demon sees a mirror thinking this was a joke. But the mad demon couldn't fucking believe this either the only way of moving forward was discovering the mystery of the mirror and finding the asshole.

Eric started looking at the mirror and then began touching the glass and it started pulsating the mad demon didn't like this knowing full well he'll have to go inside which he does as the demon was teleported. He hated it as the mad demon landed onto some bushes teleporting into unknown bible belt world wondering where he was seeing a trail leading to a mansion but the entrance was locked. With his strength, Eric tried breaking the lock but the mad demon couldn't do it and then bash at t a few times before stopping and then looks at another trail and starts following it. He hides in the bushes seeing an infected man walking somewhere as the mad demon follows the dude noticing that he'd disappeared somewhere but it didn't matter.

The journey takes him into an old house and the mad demon searches inside the home finding old furniture and rotting food with nasty bugs. Stuff that would make humans puke but the mad demon leaves the kitchen heading upstairs seeing that nobody was here at all this was maddening. How was he going to leave??? Unless the mad demon which he believes that he must solve something however it would nice to find the bastard and kill the minion obtaining the key and move on. Still nothing out of the ordinary until the mad demon saw something under the chimney a chain within it and he pulls it which opens a secret compartment within the living room making the most creepy sound. Eric enters inside the compartment and heads down a ladder which the demon sees a flashlight inside and picks it up. Heading down some long ass basement seeing a human corpse floating as the demon makes it to the basement and opens it seeing someone locked in a cage but it was chained and locked. He wasn't much of a do-gooder that much given his mad dark reputation but to get out of here finding some bolt cutters and breaks the chain opening the door. Eric goes over the bed trying to wake up the human woman as she started waking up hoping to get some questions from her of who did this to her. She was coming around wondering who the demon was but more importantly does she know how to get out of this place.

"Hey Ma'am Please wake up....You were locked up here like a criminal who owns the house??? Please wake up do you know who you are? I have many questions about your imprisonment here we can talk on the way"

"Where am I??? Who are you??? What are you doing here??? Did anybody see you???"

"No.....But there was some dude with glasses"

"WE HAVE TO GO NOW"

"Alright, Calm down we're going please I want to help you and maybe then you can help me hoping it not impossible but we should leave. But you seriously need to chill out well no one not even you should have been locked up."

"Those fuckers are cannibals infected with a vicious virus don't get too close to them or they'll infect you badly. But there is someone else here too something very powerful which maybe the source of the virus and somehow thanks to my evil deeds my soul was sent directly here. I'm wondering if this is hell but we can't worry about that now we need to leave this house immediately before the infected family comes back. Let's go....."

The two started making their way out of the basement but the mad demon notices the woman was freaking out a lot. Why wouldn't she??? This family run by a bunch of fucking cannibals they better get the fuck outta her before they come back without his powers couldn't do anything but something else was wrong. The woman was getting sick coughing blood the mad demon didn't want to believe it but she was infected telling the demon to stay away from her or he'll get infected too. That just what he needs right someone infecting him even though he's powerless to stop the infection whatever it is. Luckily, Eric finds a gas mask and puts it on as the woman bashes a door in leading upstairs as the demon travels onward to the bathroom. This is not good because the other doors weren't opening and the mad demon needed to calm down thinking this might be a evil spirit. Another thought was if this evil spirit was locked up here maybe they didn't want her getting out that maybe another question as well. The mad demon didn't see any other choice heading back down the basement hearing an banshee yelling it was woman crawling up the stairs with an butcher's cleaver as weird energy was coming from her mouth. She tried attacking with the cleaver but the mad demon actually manages to throw her into a mirror bashing her head a few times. The woman grabs Eric's shirt getting ready to infect her but the mad demon actually started wrestling her hand to remove the cleaver from her smacking her face. She manages to fight whatever was controlling her but it was too strong as she was banging her head until it starts bleeding and finally knocks herself out. Falling unconscious upon the ground the mad demon was wondering what this virus was maybe the mad demon had to solve the mystery of the virus. Still the two doors won't open at all returning back to the woman's body as she gets back up throwing the mad demon into a room destroying the door. He hates being powerless but the mad demon then again this is some sort of revenge of all the bad deeds in the past as the woman was getting the cleaver again. The mad demon needed to find a weapon fast or he's dead looking at a pair of antique swords near a dead fish grabbing it immediately as she charged at him trying to kill him. He just saved her life from that prison still the woman was infected with an unknown virus as the two were fighting as the mad demon manages to deliver a killing blow.

If he was Kade Hiroshima right now the demon would feel immense regret for what he's done but right now the demon needs to escape this dimension. After defeating the infected woman, Eric was tired about to take off the gas mask until the telephone starts ringing their weren't any telephone wires around the house. Then again this might be someone very important as then after calming down the mad demon thought something else too his mad rage was gone too. He picks up the telephone and finally the mad demon had the person he wanted on the other line and it was about fucking time too.

"Hello, Eric I want to play a game. All your mad deeds are coming back to haunt you luckily you managed not to get infected. I've underestimated how resourceful you can be finding things that will help you. Yes....I'm the second minion to the soul guardian. The key you're looking for is inside the mansion but the Kasady family split it into three pieces meaning you'll have to find all three of them. The mask you're wearing is your lifeline it comes off you die the filter had long lasting because this virus effect demons that mask is your safety point it comes off you die and my master wins your soul"

"MUTHAFUCKA YOU'RE NOT JIGSAW OR HOFFMAN THOSE WERE ACTORS. YOUR BITCH ASS IS MINE ONCE I FIND YOU"

"I and the Kasady family look forward to it. They would love you for dinner"

He slams the phone on the ground thinking how well he going to kill the second minion but the mad demon needed to calm down finding the key was top priority. Still, Eric felt his body been revived but the demon is trapped here as the mad demon hears of a door being unlocked about to leave the demon notice that the woman was gone what kind of shit is this. He knows he cuts her with that sword what kind of regenerative powers does this virus have still the mad demon needed to continue on finding the broken the only problem was psycho bitch isn't dead. The demon needed to be extremely careful about this because luck been on his side so far as the demon opens the door leading him back to the hallway as he starts hiding. Seeing the woman acting almost like a zombie woman walking into the kitchen this was too fucking weird as the demon didn't know if he should follow her or not then seeing the attic ladder was being lower down. A sound of something alerted him that the woman was getting ready to kill him with...a chainsaw where this bitch get that from as the mad demon started running to the attic. She started chasing after him wanting to see blood as the mad demon that he wasn't a coward but the demon dropped his weapon while running a big ass mistake on his part figuring out what to do. Going around the corner the crazed woman loses her new victim of torture almost taunting her friend while the mad demon waited around the second corner hoping she wouldn't come here.

The demon didn't even have a weapon to defend himself with what the hell was he going to do when she comes with a chainsaw looking around finding only a screwdriver it wasn't much but what was wrong with her. This could be easily dealt with if the demon had his powers but no just a screwdriver well the demon will have only one shot at this so margin for error here the chainsaw sounds were close by.

She started screaming for the demon to come out and die by the hands of the devil so she can be saved it was only way to contain herself before that sicko family finds here. It was getting louder she was coming around the first corner as the mad demon was preparing herself as she was screaming for him come out and die. The damn moment that she turns with the chainsaw the mad demon stabs her in the eye and then wrestles the chainsaw fighting for control with all his strength. Eric managed to take away the chainsaw as she grabs a fireplace poker it was stupid bringing a knife to a leatherface fight as the demon was waiting for the crazed bitch to make a move. She tried to stab every time an attempt was made the made the mad demon would block it for the chainsaw still the guy didn't want to harm but she was fucking crazy right now what can he do. Only other option was waiting for her to drop her guard and knocking her out with a hard cross but she was quite the stabber at the moment then the mad demon waited as she was distracted by a door opening. Eric charged punching the woman right in the face as the bitch was knockout and the mad demon puts the chainsaw on the ground thinking what the hell was she infected with anyway.

The mad demon should just leave until somebody was behind breathing putting on some brass knuckles getting ready. Eric turns around and someone was there and old man with a bear wearing glasses as the dude was very angry but happy at the same time licking his lips.

"Just in time, The main course we need to get you ready for dinner because after that pig and horse appetizers we need to get you ready for dinner. Hmmm Mmmmm, I can't wait to have some demon and a powerless one at that just like that guy said you would be delicious"

The old man knocks Eric out cold as the mad demon falls to the ground it was strange the demon felt human somewhat. These jerkholes were preparing him for dinner as soon the old man took both the demon and woman to the mansion as the mad one was being dragged in the rain too. The Kasady family as the mad demon was placed onto the some demonic platter in the kitchen the woman was preparing him putting enough sick seasonings on him. Luckily, Eric was tied down the mad demon couldn't do anything the fucking bunch of cannibals that ate demons this wasn't good.

But the mad demon saw something that caught his attention each family member had a part of the key that he needed to get out of here. Each of them had it but the mad demon needed to be crafty about this they were going to eat him for some main course so maybe if this works the mad demon can obtain the key as a sort of last request. He needed to know if this was going to work hopefully luck and saving his ass was on his side something he never thought of doing giving a performance for his life.

"Wait.....Wait, Please I mean do I get a last request before you and the rest of your family have the most wonderful of demon cuisine you ever had. You beaten me and I can't believe it but before you dine on my body please honor a small request"

"Shut up dickweed"

"Fuck you, John this meal has a last request we should honor it given our slaughtering nature. I'm quite interested in hearing this last request this great demon cuisine has for us. Go one whatever do you want my dinner because you have 30 minutes before you go inside becoming a part of our bodies. Don't be shy.....What do you want????"

"I want you show all a magic trick but those key pieces will be need for the magic trick because it's a show stealer."

"Alrighty that's seemed like a honorable last request.....GIVE HIM YA KEY PIECES"

Eric had very little time reassembling the key but the demon was released from the table allowing him time for one trick though. He quickly started with whistling bringing some hope and faith for the trick reassembling it as each part was reconnecting. The three pieces were coming together forming a large blue key with a note on it as the mad demon started reading it which killed the cannibals. The mad demon was wondering what the hell happen then the second minion started attacking which the mad demon knew what to do jamming the key into the minion's stomach killing him. Eric thought that was a place that he never wants to see again then started unlocking his arm chain on his left hand with the blue key feeling his abilities coming back into his body still two more to go.

The soul guardian had the freedom leash still the mad demon had two more locks to get off of him before confronting the soul guardian defeating him and go home. Still the mad demon didn't know who else was next still powerless but little by little the mad demon was regaining his powers by defeating a minion it felt good though. Eric couldn't use them until the soul guardian was finally defeated as the demon of madness makes it to the third tower. It was a long climb too but the place was heavily guarded still the mad demon couldn't wait his very life about ten guards guarding the front but something was wrong. After close inspection, He noticed that each guards had a something wiggling one their necks something like a parasite they were being controlled.

The mad demon was about to search some but he was getting tired the guy wasn't with his powers anymore without even a day of sleep. Feeling the signs of fatigue but the mad demon tried to convince himself to keep himself awake it was hard without any water or nutrients to chow down or drink. Squinting his eyes helped a lot at reaching the fiber of his being to help him even though his body wanting to shutting down and sleep. His body was shaking but the mad demon force himself to move as then finally his body was ready to go after everything is done he'll need something to eat here but really surviving is the most important.

Shaking his head as the guards were looking around then the mad demon hides getting ready and observing the guard movements waiting for the right moment to attack them hard and fast. One of the guards was coming his way then the mad demon like a tiger was waiting for his prey as the guard stops and then looks about to alert the others. Eric quickly grabs the guy and just yank him away trying to render the guard unconscious as his strength started overpower the guard but the dude was trying to scream which the demon didn't want happening. Trying to cover his mouth, Eric managed to do that then finally the guard was weakening but the weirdest thing his neck something was moving around is must be the parasite in there. Afraid that it might hurt him; He grabbed the guard's knife trying to cut the parasite out hoping to help the guard but as he did the thing started taking over the guard in a rage. Started attacking the demon this dude was strong the mad demon was shocked at his power right now but this needed to stop before his friends will be alerted putting the guard into a headlock. The idea here was to choke the hell outta of the parasite guard before the dude tries to infect him then about minutes later the guard start losing consciousness going to fucking sleep. Eric couldn't believe this shit it took all that to finally defeat the guy but the demon couldn't take them all but no one can help this was his own journey and survival.

However, Eric sees a gun maybe this could work after all but the dude had little ammo so ever though the mad demon didn't like guns. He needed to survive and every shot from this gun would have to be a headshot but it depends on this gun and his accuracy to use it. The demon had six rounds and about 11 guards left but hold on there was also a knife that can be used for killing the guards too but the demon would have to be silent in his actions. Unless, He could kill another guard and steal his ammo but the demon would have wait again like a beast and prey again wondering when another guard would be coming his way but it about waiting and be patience. The third minion noticed one of the guards were gone and she wanted a full search of the grounds to find the guard or even hunt down the murderer and be done with it.

Eric waited seeing another guard coming his way it seemed the minion boss was looking for one of her guards it seems like she wanted her protection not liking her chances. She knew this might the end and of course it was going to be once the mad demon finishes off the guards still waiting for the right time to strike one of the guards was about to take a break. Who knew what was these parasites were doing to the guards anyway??? Screwing up their minds for one still the mad demon needed some time as the dark guard was coming his way and then started to look at him. The guard was about to alert his buddies until the mad demon got his ass on the ground and muffle and gunshot so his friends didn't hear it but the sound was to a small balloon popping. Still, Eric systematically waited for the right time to take down the guards even if it took minutes or hours the mad demon took them down one by one waiting then attacking.

Then after taking down the guards the mad demon was making up the third tower and then the mad demon sees the third guardian in some bathroom this didn't seem right but the demon needed that key. He didn't see it was either defeat him or dying and the second choice wasn't an option at least this way the mad demon should finish her off and be done with it. Eric just wanted to sleep but the mad demon couldn't the guy needed to survive at any cost as the demon grabbed the knife and got ready. He started walking slowly as the third minion was reading a book the mad demon was making just short steps trying not to make a sound alerting that he was here but something was wrong. He hides near the clock seeing her tongue turning the page reading a book then the mad demon started remembering what kind of monster this was an akaname woman. Among the stories in the demon world the demon woman can use her very tongue to read even control the minds of their victims making them do anything the akaname wants. One lick or tongue slap from their tongues was all it took so the mad demon had to be extremely careful here or else he's screwed. The woman was reading a novel book as the mad demon slowly got close and then started putting the gun to her head and then she stops. Putting the book down congratulating the mad demon for getting this far nobody human has even ever made it this far thinking the guy was special. Eric was ready to pull the trigger but she wanted to talk to him first she had no reason to fight him it a rare opportunity to talk to this breed of demon before who was powerless. She knew with his strength along that he won't be able to survive here without even a fight the woman gave him her key in exchange for her own life. Normally, Eric wouldn't do this killing the woman without a mere thought and taking the key by force but the woman was giving it to him and surrendering to him this was a first again. He was approaching her and then as she gave him the key she gave him a tongue lick then the mad demon couldn't feel her in his mind. That was too stupid the demon should have never kept his ground down almost believing the woman maybe it because his demon rage was gone from him. The demon didn't want to become a slave to this anymore becoming nothing more than a mere zombie to someone else holding his controls not again not ever. He needed to fight this as somehow his madness was slowly coming back started getting a massive headache feeling his thoughts and past been almost hacked and read inside his brain. It was very painful without his demon power almost submitting himself but with his demonic willpower the mad demon managed to fight off the mental submission powers of the akaname. Still, He still felt her lurking words still in his mind but then the mad demon figured out a way to stop her making her believe she'd won as the mad demon submitted to her. She couldn't believe it she actually defeated the mad demon oh her master was going to be so pleased with her now this mad journey of his was ending.

Eric bowed to her waiting for her to drop her guard then the mad demon stabs her as she was in complete shock her mind control powers finally stopped entering his mind. Noticing the real key was on her finger all along as he snatches it removing the lock off his other hand then his death energy surged back into his body. But the mad one was still powerless still one more to go and then the soul guardian the mad demon was tired haven't even slept at all but as painful as that was.

Eric needed to keep going his very existence was at stake here and the mad demon wasn't one to give up so easily despite all his powers gone one thing kept him going. The thought of returning back to his family, his allies and his friends that was enough to help him move forward even though the mad demon feels empty. That one thing was enough for him the demon calms down his body wanted to stop but the demon needed to do this for himself and his revenge. Shadowfall was an ally but never will the mad demon submit to that farce of a religion known as Khalaism they can do whatever they want to him. But the demon of madness had two rule the first don't ever put religion and madness together and the second don't mess with a man ahem demon's family.

The final minion to that damn soul guardian was next the mad demon couldn't rest still his mind was fully focused upon how the hell was he going to get out of here. Eric didn't care anymore as the final minion was scare his teammates were dead and he was next the mad demon was focused on finding who the hell this soul guardian and no one was going to stop him. The third minion's tower had a lot of weapons and guns to choose from the demon was looking for something to make him a supreme killing machine finding the right weapon for the job. Grabbing a warhammer from the weapons room and then started to leave the tower moving forward no matter how tired he was nobody was going to stop him from leaving this damn place. Determine to fight and survive, Eric started climbing up mountains rushing up reach the highest point finally reaching the top seeing an army waiting for him looking at the warriors they fear was apparent. The mad demon didn't even care anymore this was about survival either they die or he dies and no way was second option acceptable to him as he started charging in a rage. Attacking guard and beating them to death with the warhammer and then seeing the others trying to escape but no one escapes his wrath. The mad demon started remembering the glory of war pushing himself forward to achieve great victory all these thoughts were returning back to him as he was fighting for his very life. The mad one was attacking and killing the army until their leader remained the fourth minion with a vicious attack the demon struck the minion hard in the head as he fell down. The mad demon grabbed the final key and removing the final lock then falling down on the ground now powerless the mad demon had nothing left all his willpower kept him going for so long. Now his body was shutting down, Eric didn't want this to be the end telling his very body to move again no matter how hard it was this was important to him and he didn't want to die. Everybody was counting on him this couldn't be the end not like this the soul guardian felt something strong from this person what kind of resolve did this demon have anyway. But the thing was their was nothing the mad demon could do just wait for the soul guardian to just kill him and win really how can the demon win now. He couldn't move this always happens the demon hated losing always seemed like a endless pattern which the demon of madness can't break at all always being overpowered and failing bad. What was this anyway??? Some kind of holy omen which a demon can't destroy the mad demon didn't like this then something deep down started talking to him it been a long time ago. The mad demon went to asleep waking up in a dreamlike state and he got back to his feet and started walking around feeling somewhat better but tired. Then he sees them and they approach him:

The soul guardian couldn't believe all of his minions dead but the worse seems to be over the mad demon was lying there. All the guardian had to do was chop off his head and then it would be all over as he grabbed his axe and then gave a mighty swing. All the sudden, Eric caught the blade coming at his neck and waking up feeling a lot better bashing a rock at the soul guardian's head and started attacking the sonuvabitch this was it. Defeat this man and maybe he'll return back to his loved ones and all his friends even allies but the mad demon must make his final stand "I'M TAKING MY LIFE BACK AND I'M NOT BACKING DOWN ANYMORE....I WILL WIN, I WILL SURVIVE BY DEFEATING YOU AND THEN GOING HOME"
