So I'd like to raise Rodolfo's Tier from 0-4 to 0-3, and Rudi can upgrade to 1-1++ (Rudi was always meant to be a weaker form).

I would also like Rodolfo/Rudi's Focus willpower to be increased. Rudi would be Adept -> Advanced, and Rodolfo would be Advanced -> Master.

Is that acceptable?
