She is mentally unstable and holds a power beyond anything. If seen, notify 0 Division immeditly for retaliation.

Estimated with his sister, or with Midori Sugiura whom is location unknown as well. If seen, notify the Generals of the Gotei 13, Onmitsukido, Kidou Corps, and 0 Division for tactical capture.

This POI is unlikely to instigate attacks, due to previous feelings for Shinigami. However, he is not to be taken lightly. He has a large-scale, high-end defense, and is rumored to be capable of transcending bankai. Approach with caution, and do not fight one-on-one.

Previous rumors have changed, and he is supposedly capable of surviving attacks that would kill most Shinigami, with little-to-no damage occurring. Do NOT let his casual demeanor fool you; although he is now apparently aligned with our allies, the Sugiura, do not be so sure of his ways.

Reason: Kimimaro Kaguya is the personal bodyguard of the Cero Espada Ashlei Clixx. He has been encountered several times, and each time he has wiped out those that have met him; Has killed several seated members, along with capturing several Shinigami.

2013 Rebuild
I actually wish more Organisations did this. However, due to its 'out of datedness' it would be easier to make a new one.
