I did fix or remove everything in question, the things were addressed as asked. I did not see that a post was requested. I thought tagging would be enough so that is my bad in that sense.

Alright, there were two major things that still need to be addressed -

First, what is the expenditure of Jaeden's Speed Clone? How much does it exhaust him to do this for say, a post? Or how long can he keep up at it before needing to rest?

Second, Tokihanachumasu:
- How is this move a counter? As in, how does it actually begin to function? An example would work well here.
- How does it draw back/exhaust Jaeden to use?
- 500 is excessive, it should have a max of 100 hits.

Once those are addressed, everything should be in good order.

Speed Clone: These are solid clones and thus he can take damage from what they take. But also he is able to only perform this for two posts only.

Example for Tokihanachimasu:: When use has begun the user will have slashed at him using a sword or Hakuda technique. Using this moment he'll cast an Utsusemi with highly precise movements. Activating this is tiring on his senses and body making him only use it once per thread. Due to the labor of usage and timing issue. He won't always be able to make it work in effect.

Comments/Notes:
His General Speed should be changed to Master, in accordance with the guidelines for the new scaling list.

Master's should similarly be reclassified as Elite.

Hazard Ratings: I felt that his power is indeed A class, but considering he is not currently affiliated with any organization, his resources and influence are dependent upon his own family. Also, considering his laid-back personality, it seems unlikely he would have strong ties that he would be able to leverage outside of his own family.
