» Why: Mostly because she is wholly deserving of it in terms of character. To summarize, Naomi's strength is in her physical power, and she has no special abilities besides those that assist her physical fighting style. Her powers prevent her from learning special techniques or abilities but state that she can improve her strength.

IE: Her power is the power of being strong, and that's why I feel she deserves that level of Strength.

» Extra: As potential payment for the upgrade, there were a number of fighting threads I made with Naomi before I left site last time. I could pull them up if you need them. Just tell me.

[adm]I'm going to deny this on the grounds that there hasn't been sufficient progression. I understand what her power is, but that alone isn't enough to warrant GM. I'd suggest having her take part in more events, beginning to fight near, equal or stronger opponents and developing her story more and having a list of story + compelling reason for her to upgrade other than "she's just strong and has an ability" [/adm]
