Members can add their own equipment to the list, request equipment and otherwise keep track of all the different equipment/tools/resources that are assoicated with the vanguard armory.

In order to add equipment, just throw a link in the thread and say who designed it or is contributing it.

If you want to request equipment? Just request it and link it to the character you are requesting. Also be sure to state their current rank as well in your post.
