2-1 ----> 1-5, 1-5+ if possible, due to the events that occurred during the event.

» Why: By using an extreme large portion of his energy, Henrex assisted in purifying the Rukongai of the Black World's essence. Not only that, but his he also helped with taking out some of the Saca Dila that were spawning from the Black World. The tier for 1-5 was approved, but after some thought, I was wondering if he could get 1-5+ from further thought of the events that happened.
