Vandenreich: New Dawn(QUINCY APP BURST EVENT)

• Who can join?
  

  Anyone that is interested in making a Quincy and will make them a decently active character on their roster.

• What do I have to do?
  

  CALLING ALL QUINCY
  
  I wish to bring some activity to this seemingly dead race and bring the Vandenreich back into the ring in terms of powerful organizations. Currently they aren't an organization! However, this might give some people some encouragement to do something with the race!
  
  You are being given two weeks to create a character. The starting day will be today, 10/11/2016, and will end 10/25/2016. You must create a character that is either of the Quincy or Hohl Arquero Race. They are not required to join the Vandenreich, but there will be additional rewards for the characters that do choose to do so. You will have until 10/31/2016 to begin the thread to claim these additional rewards for RPing your joining with the Vandenreich. Unless your character was already in the Vandenreich priorly, then it will just be a social thread with either me or Shizuo and our Quincy.

• Rewards:
  

  Rewards will be based on the same aspects that we grade apps and give tier. Thus, tier will result in the reward.
  

  • As a base 10,000,000 yen will be awarded to all participants.
    
  • An additional 3,000,000 yen will be awarded for joining the Vandenreich.
  • Approved applications with tiers 5 through 3 will receive an additional 3,000,000 yen.(Can be higher if the app is created with low tier intentions but is of a high caliber in content/creativity.)
    
  • Approved applications with tier 2 will receive an additional 5,000,000 yen.
    
  • Approved applications with tier 1 will receive an additional 10,000,000 yen.
    
  • Approved applications with tier 0 will receive an additional 20,000,000 yen.

  
  
  CPKallday will be the judge of how the rewards will be handed out as he will likely be the one grading the application and will have a good knowledge of what is deserved.
  
  When accepted, post your application below. Also post the first post in your joining the Vandenreich thread if you wish to do so, also. The rewards will then be dispersed once the proper calculations have been made. Additional yen is not guaranteed, but can be granted based on creativity and content of the application.

ONCE THIS EVENT IS OVER, ANOTHER BURST EVENT FOR EVERYONE WILL BE AVAILABLE. IT WILL BE EMPHASIZED OVER HAVING THESE CHARACTERS JOIN/FIND SOME PLOT.
