Status update on Ceal's activity

Hey guys. Starting today I'm going to be putting Ceal on something of a limited mode, pulling her from any current or future threads that do not involve Arianda, Mana, or are a mission/event thread. It is unclear when, or If, this will change/be lifted.

As such, she'll only be in solo threads, story threads, missions, events, or character development with mana and arianda
