Upgrade Request for Saisei

» Upgrading: Currently, I'd like to request three separate things for the Solo thread I've completed for Saisei regarding Haruki, an NPC. Those three things are the creation as a main stay in Saisei's App for Haruki (Sort of like a spirit, despite not actually existing), an ability from Haruki's Power Set (From Azure's Past) and any tier up if you think one is deserved (this isn't really a request, this is your two cents.)

» Why: This thread and NPC are the first in a series of threads and characters that will become hallucinations within Saisei's mind until his reawakening as Azure Iramasha. With this being the case, I'd like to continue the trend of his powers and memories returning from his past life through these solo threads and other threads with other characters. Creating specific sections for these characters within Saisei's app will allow me to keep it organized and interesting for his application, as well as giving people extra information. For the power, I find it fitting that the first power he received through his memories would be one of Haruki's due to their simple concept. If staff decide otherwise, that's fine, but I'd like to continue with this concept and idea for Saisei's plot and future.

Below is the ability I requested from Haruki's powerset.

Smoke Dispersion

Though Saisei has no recollection of gaining such an ability, the boy has seemed to exhibit the power to release Smoke from his pores. By focusing Chi Energy throughout his body, this smoke would flow outward, enveloping an area of fifteen meters in all directions from its origin. Though the smoke itself is obnoxious for one's vision, it happens to carry multiple traits alongside the ability to ruin an opponent's vision. Alongside this, Saisei's smoke will cause an opponent's senses as a whole to begin to dull. What this means is that their ability to feel touch begins to slowly become numb while their hearing also begins lack in its ability. As a final trait associated with this smoke, Saisei is able to sense a majority of things within its reach, causing his reaction timing and ability to find targets to become enhanced. The smoke itself lasts two full rounds of posting before dissipating in which it cant be used again in the thread for another three rounds of posting.
