There hadn't been any doubt in Sasha's mind about how dangerous her little "plan" really was. Since she had first got the idea in her head to bring Shi before Kamui, Sasha had planned for the very real possibility of Kamui's answer being no. While she had not gotten the opportunity to see the full extent of what Kamui was willing to do for his plan, she had definitely gotten a idea of what exactly the man was capable of when they had met. He was powerful. Very much so. There was something different.. strange.. off, even, about the strength Kamui commanded. By all accounts, it didn't make sense. But that was one of the many reasons why Sasha was so keen to keep him around. The mystery. The strength. The clandescence.. it was simply another trait of his that enraptured her. She knew he wouldn't be an easy sell, but she also knew that if she
could sell him.. then the rewards for having done so would be all the sweeter. Sasha knew that if Kamui didn't perceive Shi as "worthy", then Sasha herself would more than likely be in a big deal of trouble herself for creating a leak.. so the pressure was on, in all senses of the word.
When the doors first opened, Sasha waited a long moment as Shi made her way toward Kamui, her body that was still propped against the back of the Sugiuran Prince's own sensing for any immediate changes in his posture to try and get a read on how he was feeling. However, as usual Kamui seemed to have no intention of betraying his true thoughts through his body language, and what was coursing through his head was anyone's guess. Well, for the most part. The only words that initially escaped Kamui's lips gave away at least one line of thought he was potentially following. This particular reaction was not surprising in the least, given the way Kamui acted the
first time in Sasha's memory his eyes came to rest on a nurse's uniform. What happened next, however, was nothing like Sasha had expected to occur during this exchange.
It started out promisingly, with Kamui accepting the hand that had been offered to shake with little ceremony, presumably at least a little impressed with what he could see or feel to actually wish to show that level of comraderie to someone he had just met, even if Shi had initiated the gesture. But Kamui was full of surprises, it seemed, and as he used the position with his hand on Shi's to roughly yank the arrancar directly onto his lap atop the bed, Sasha found herself freezing in place as she watched, helpless. It all happened so fast that Sasha couldn't have stopped it even if she had tried. Milliseconds after having seized the Arrancar in his grip, Kamui planted an intense and intimate kiss onto the soft lips that Sasha had come to know so well in her 'meeting' with Shi prior to this moment.
The way Kamui spoke, it sounded like it was simply a test for Shi.. but that was only half true, right? A fire lit behind Sasha's eyes the likes of which very few could've ever claimed to have seen. For a moment.. just for a singular moment as her close partner in life and crime aggressively shoved his tongue down her newfound lover's throat.. Sasha Zinoviya's demeanor crumbled entirely. Gone was the facade that she had spent eons perfecting, that cool and confident charisma. The Rakshasa of Lust's mouth had twisted into a furious grimace as long and deadly-sharp nails dug mercilessly into the girl's palms, her eyes locked onto the two like a laser from behind Kamui's person as the arrancar would begin to be racked by the pangs of growing and scaling pleasure that Kamui had just in essence 'cursed' her with. This.. rage she felt. This jealousy. This.. need to be in control that surged through her. At least in Sasha's head, it seemed as if this was more a test for
both of them. Shi through having to endure whatever Kamui had just done to her system (something Sasha felt might have been the same thing he did to her during their encounter), and Sasha though having to endure watching two people whom she loved (and felt a certain degree of.. possessiveness for) tongue-wrestling. The strangest thing about it was that normally, Sasha was not the jealous type. The things she did with the sheer
volume of people she did it with didn't usually allow for such a mindset. But with these two.. it was different. With these two, the demon was two seconds from losing her mind entirely.
However, saving Sasha seemingly from herself, Kamui snapped Sasha out of her trance as his head began to turn, the ominous statement accompanying this motion enough to bring Sasha back into herself somewhat. The Hell Guardian did her best to hold it together, closing her eyes for a moment to recenter herself before reopening them, her calm and 'in-charge' demeanor in relation to her proposition returning as her eyes met Kamui's when the sugiuran turned. A present? For her? Sasha's head tilted inquisitively, the sensation of curiousity and anxious energy only intensifying as the Prince of Deceit lifted the bag, practically taunting Sasha with it as he reached inside. Right as he had her by the metaphysical cajones with this supposed gift.. the bag fell to the bed, leaving Kamui holding the contents.
Sasha stared for a long moment. Her violet gaze staring directly into the dull and lifeless eyes that hung before her. In that moment, it was clear that what Sasha was feeling was a mix of so many things all at once that it had caused a sensory overload that kept her from immediately realizing the true weight of what she was being shown. Locked in a state of apparent disbelief, Sasha reached up, shaking hands taking hold of the grotesque souveneir her beloved had brought her from his time on the moon. The demon felt all at once like the wind had been taken from her. She sat back, hard, on the mattress behind her, practically falling back from Kamui's person as she uncerimoniously flopped onto her backside, looking down at the severed head she held in her lap. From this initial reaction, one might've suspected that Sasha was grieving, even mourning, over the loss of her former lover. From the shaking hands, to her seemingly defeated slump, to the empty gaze. However.. as Sasha's senses came back to her.. as the slowly-widening eyes of the demon replaced shock with the dawning brilliance of realization.. Sasha Zinoviya smiled.
"Aha.." The demon's lips curled into a sadistic and twisted shell of a smile, the toothy deviance of it stretching from ear to ear on the Rakshasa's face as the quiet laugh began to escape her lips.
"Ahaha.. Ahahahahah..." As the laughter began to grow louder and harsher, The Rakshasa's fingers curled against the still-warm skin of Kamui's victim, her nails digging viciously into Azure's cheeks as she did so, only managing not to draw blood due to his already being deceased.
"HAHAHAHAH!" What had been understated giggling quickly and entirely devolved into manic cackling as the Rakshasa fell backwards onto her back on the bed, pressing the forehead of Azure's severed head against her own even as bits of loose viscera fell from the trophy and onto Sasha's shirt, almost assuredly ruining said shirt but not particularly caring as her entire body was caught up in the fit of victorious lunacy.
"Oh this is RICH! I can't believe you're dead! You sanctimonious MORON!" Sasha scolded the defiled piece of her ex-lover's corpse like it could actually hear her, her laughing having ceased as her gaze turned from manic to malicious, a calm and sadistic method of expressing her current smug attitude taking over as the initial surprise of the moment began to wear off. Sasha pulled her fingernails out of Azure's skin, dropping her left hand dramatically to her forehead as she held the skull high above herself in her right hand like a prop in a middle-school stage production as her tone turned deadly serious.
"Alas, poor fuckwit. For all your trials and tribulations, for all your self-righteousness and sacrifice.. you failed. Chiyoki is alone, Shadow Fall is no less powerful than they were yesterday, and your legacy will burn alongside your precious Vanguard." Sasha sighed contently as she sat back up from where she had fallen back, lifting herself onto her knees once more and lightly kissing Kamui on top of the head before standing up beside the bed, walking over to the nightstand and lightly resting Azure's head atop it.
"Thank you for the gift, dear. It was exactly what I've always wanted." With another sadistic chuckle, Sasha slid herself back onto the bed, moving so that she was seated next to Kamui as opposed to behind him as he checked on Shi, having to expend extra effort toward keeping her composure as the tinge of jealousy that flared through her at seeing Kamui's finger upon Shi's lips threatened to undo the phenomenal mood that present had just put her in. Now it was time to see how long Shi was going to last, to see if all of this had been for naught, or if Kamui and Sasha would be introducing this little arrancar to a world unlike anything she could've ever fathomed.
