The Strength Within

Early to rise, Sophia casually watched the sunrise. She sat in front the mirror and casually brushed the long curls of her golden-blonde hair straight. A knock on her door, caused Sophia catch word of a young man's demonstration to the combat division. She casually poured her morning tea and shared it with her subordinates. Sophia looked around the room, "I think I'm going to go to the combat compounds today." Her subordinates were murmuring in frustration and suprise, "Asamiya-Taichou! You know that's bad news... No one there takes us very seriously and often we get the brunt of their insults..." Sophia's eyebrows twitched in irritation. For a moment the room sat in silence, after the pause she gently put down her cup and smiled brightly at her division. She said sternly but with a sense of grace, "I will be attending an event. I'm NOT asking you to come with." Sophia stood and bowed at her subordinates, "I'm going to provide any aid that they potentially need. What did I say is our motto?" They responded with such vigor and passion it shook the room,
"To help EVERYONE any means possible and To eliminate any threat that could be brought to our patients!"
Sophia smiled and fixed her kimono, "Very good... We don't know what could potentially happen during this demonstration, so it's better to have hands on deck than no one."
Little did her division know, that she ached for battle. She did her best to keep her sadistic side hidden from her allies and those around her. She wanted to see and observe the fighting styles that would be displayed at this event. In a moment, she went to her room prepared her things. She tied her long-golden hair into a high chignon and wore a tighter fitting pink kimono, underneath her Director of the Healing Operations Coat. Sophia stopped to look in the mirror. She gazed at herself and her body, curvaceous and smooth. She thought to herself, "Maybe I'll get to have some action today... I haven't had fun in a while..." Sophia eye'd her Zanpakutō resting near her bedside. She tied a sash around her waist, cinching her body even more, revealing more of her curves. Sophia then slowly slid her katana through the sash on her waist through the back and then bit her lip slowly. She paced slowly throughout the Kido Corps and enjoyed the warm weather. Stopping quickly by the labs to attain bandages, numbing agents, and other healing supplies that could potentially be useful.
Sophia's intrigue brought her immediately to the training grounds. The Director of Healing Operations had been spectating since the start of the event. Her legs crossed as she sat down on a chair, a parasol guarding her from the rays of sun. She sat there observing every movement and finite skill displayed. Sophia's ability allowed her to feel the reishi and the spiritual particles in the air, to an extreme degree. The young man seemed to use a mix of Hakuda and spiritual particles to fuel his strikes. She'd never been a fan of Hakuda but realized that it better fit certain situations. She'd never seen this form of Hakuda or hand-to-hand fighting. Sophia brought her hand up, closed her eyes and breathed in. Slowly particles of spirit energy danced around her hand. She thought to herself, "It's like using healing kido. But instead of rejuvenating energies, you she bend the energy around your hand." She marveled at each of their movements, being a doctor she noticed their muscles tightening and shifting. Noticing especially the smaller shinigami who said her name was Yuki. She admired that this small shinigami shared a wolf-like spiritual energy, much similar to hers. Sophia smiled and nodded her head in approval. Suddenly, the smaller shinigami appeared in front of the young man and swung her blade across her body. She was impressed with the speed and precision of the young girl. She was even more impressed with the reaction of the young man. One motion. It seemed as if the young boy moved in one singular motion. Hitting her wrist, it was as if he took a knee to reach her eye-level. Sophia gasped. Both of their spiritual energies fluctuated, she saw their energies dancing together. Her legs began to quiver with excitement, their energies rushing together and slowing within and throughout the area. Slowly her pink-tails of glittering energy began to sprout behind her. But it was in that instant, the young fox-girl was caught off guard. Sophia subtly clapped to herself. As much as she didn't like anyone being hurt or dying, the excitement of battle made her heart flutter with excitement.
As each of the shinigami that trained finished, Sophia noticed were strong but were very stiff and seemed one dimensional. After each person's training session was finished, she handed them a water bottle and smiled, "Hi I'm Sophia with the Healing Division! Make sure to stay hydrated, we wouldn't want any heat exhaustion strokes or over-exertion!" Following handing them a water bottle, she'd gently place her hand on their body and a surge of reishi would fill their body, rejuvenating them and recovering any minor injuries. She continued to watch the event. The small fox-like female was quick and agile, much more dexterous than her comrades. As the leader of the exercises grabbed her hands and practiced the "Sticky Hands" exercise she marveled at how smooth they moved. It wasn't about speed it was about the feel. They slowly began to settle in with each other, the fox-girl and the young man worked together. Soon got closer and sat together, the young man drawing something Sophia couldn't make out so far away. In frustration she clopped up and began to walk closer to see the drawing. As she neared she assessed that the young fox girl had received minor injuries. Without acknowledging either of them, Sophia fell to her knees besides Yuki. After, gently placing her hands near Yuki's stomach and on her back and her hands begin to glow with a soft pink light. The pink tails of reishi that danced behind her slowly faded away as the energies surged to Sophia's hands. The energies Yuki would feel coursing through her body, could only be described as utter pleasure. Bathing in a warm bath and feeling her muscles loosen under the calm of the soapy water or soaked in rays of warm sunlight as you hear the waves crashing by near your feet. Whichever was more pleasurable for her, is what she would feel.
Realizing what she had just done, Sophia opened her eyes in embarrassment and gently bowed her head blushing slightly. She immediately shot up, her body bouncing up in surprise, she bowed to the two warriors and managed, "I am Sophia Asamiya, Director of Healing Operations of the Kido Corps. I went here to oversee this event and make sure any injuries were taken care of... personally." She looked up at the both of them, coyly smiling. There was a sense of sweetness in her voice, with just a hint of excitement. She looked in her bag and handed each other them a glass bottle of ice-cold water. Sophia licked her lips as she handed the waters to them, "I hope this could be of use to the both of you!" She placed her hands behind her head and admired the drawing, "That kind of looks like me!" Sophia giggled quietly, "But... I think something's just a bit off.." She bent down in front of them and dragged her finger gently in the dirt. Sophia casually increased the cup size of the stick to better match hers. Blinking in excitement, her golden eyes twinkled as she looked at both of them and realized it wasn't her at all. That it was actually a representation of Yuki, Sophia's face fell flush and her mouth slowly opened, "I... I'm sorry, I think I've extended my welcome." She bowed again politely and escorted herself out. Turning back quickly, she exclaimed, "I really hope I wasn't a bother!"
