Exploring the Park (Open)

The day was mostly calm, there was a light breeze rolling in from the East, and the sun was shining brightly. There were obvious signs of a heavy rain the night before, puddles throughout the ground as well as noticeable mud. There were trails in the mud from woodland critters running about, as well as some footprints from children running about and playing. As with footprints of children, there were numerous little ones running around, yelling and carrying on.

Aeyo was walking casually through the park, his brother probably somewhere nearby. He ran through the trees, enjoying the day, he had no cares at the moment, he had eaten recently. Although his clothes were tattered, rips and tears in his shirt and pants, it seemed not to effect him. He was happy to be alive, happy to be able to run around and explore to his hearts content. He continued his stroll through the trees, looking as critters ran about, stopping to investigate him before fleeing at the slightest sound of his movement. He couldn't help but chuckle at the animals, there silliness had always intrigued him. He looked behind him, wondering where his brother had gotten off to. He walked towards a tree, resting his back on it and looking towards the way he came, he sighed.
"Where could he have gotten to now...", he muttered to himself as he kept a watch out, expecting his brother to show up.

"Argh..I am tired.." He said as he was walking through the park with a face of discomfort since the sun was shining in his face, causing him to cover his eyes halfway. He stopped in the middle of the park, placing his hands on his waist while wondering where his brother was so then he walked over by the water fountain to wash his face when suddenly, he sees his brother in the distance. Being excited, he would scream out, "Hey bro!" he started to run towards him with a smile on his face and then he stopped in front of him, placing his hands on his knees as he bent over a little bit since he was trying to catch his breath from running so fast.

Aeyo happily looked towards his brother, smiling joyously as he shouted out to him, "Yo!" He motioned for Haru to follow him before running off, a slooshing sound constantly being heard with every step as mud spattered his legs through the holes in his pants. He have to find a way to clean up at some point, but he didn't care, he was having fun. He ran between the trees, nearly running into a low hanging branch as he ducked, narrowly avoiding it. He stopped running at that point, not sure where he had gotten to. He looked at the branch, it was too thick, but it looked sturdy. He decided he'd wait for Haru to catch up on it. He grasped the branch and began pulling himself up, a loud SNAP could be heard through the forest as the tree's dead branch gave way.

Aeyo was tired from running, and this was something he did not expect, he thought the tree was just missing its leaves. As he came down to the ground, he brought the branch crashing down on his head. A loud moan escaped him as he fell backwards, a small gash appearing on the top of his head. He laid there, unconscious, as squirrels scampered over his body as he slept.

Haru smiled at him as he took off running again. His lungs were aching but he didn't care as long as he was having a good time with his brother so then he took off running behind his brother while laughing and screaming since the mud was splashing up onto his jeans and going through the holes in his shoes but this did not affect him at all! It was a every day thing to him. His lungs started to hurt more since he was running at such a fast pace so he stopped in the middle of the forest as he saw his brother just running and ducking the trees that would be in his way. He gripped his waist as he started to walk through the tree filled area, slowly crouching to go under the trees that would be in his way when suddenly, his head raised up in alert as he heard a loud snap and then thud so then he screamed out, " AEYO? AEYO?!?! He started to run through the forest dodging the trees that were in front of him then he stopped, only to see his brother on the floor with a gash on his head. A sharp pain would go through his chest as he crouched down next to the body of his unconscious brother, trying to wake him up.

The breeze was but a comfort to Arata as the glorious fresh air arose in his nasal passages. He loved every moment of it. The feel of the branch under him, on trees were one of his favorite places to be, so to relax and escape the world for a bit. In the distance, Arata heard some yelling, he looked down like a hawk and observed what was below him. What came to view was two brothers, they seemed to be playing. Arata smirked. It was nice to see things like that, humans getting along... Ah, those were the days.

As Arata turned his head to look up at the clouds and scenery once more, a loud snap caught his attention. His eyes widened and he looked down quick as a flash. A painful moan arose in his ears when he scanned the area. Arata then saw a boy laying down, a large gash in his head. He wondered if he was dead. Just as he was about to swing down off his branch to go to the boy, the other came running and screaming his name. He crouched down next to his brother, it was a heart-wrenching site. Arata could hardly bare it. Instinctively, he threw himself off the tree branch and landed on his feet with a loud thud. Slowly, he walked forward to the two males, under him smaall dead tree branches crunched. He hoped not to startle the poor boy, he tstayed as silent as he possibly could as he soldiered on.

The tears were running down his flushed cheeks while the boogers were going into his mouth as he had his head laid down on his unconscious brother's chest, thinking that he was dead. He heard the footsteps of another being coming, quickly raising his head up to see if it was wild animal but to his surprise, it was just another human. His knees were shaking as he pushed himself up from the ground, screaming towards the man saying, "I need help! can you go get some help!?!" He started to use his dirty sleeve to wipe the tears from his face as he stood over his brother unconscious body.

As he neared closer, his eyes lit up. He was expecting more of a violent reaction... but this... This was something else. Slightly thrown off by this, he blinked in confusion. Being in the middle of the forst, Arata knew not where to go for help. he looked around him, he realized that the cut would need water. In an instant, without a word to the boy, he ran off and picked up a rather large leaf, larger than his hand. With this leaf, he planned to soak it in cool water and apply it to the wound, hoping it would work. In the distance, he heard a little brook, he walked forward and crouched down to it. Placing the leaf under, he cupped it and pulled out a good amount of water.

Walking back quickly, but carefully to not spill any water, he returned to the boy. Without a word, he bent down and poured a little on his hand and rubbed it carefully on the gash of the unconscious one. Even more gently, he placed the leaf onto his forehead and let it rest there to cool him off. He glanced over at the boy. Arata knew he was not of much help, but he had no idea what he could do. he could only hope the boy would not be angry with him. he did try, afterall.

Aeyo woke briefly, a searing pain rushed through his head. He noticed the strange figure bending over him, drifting quickly back into unconsciousness. His eyes flashed over as the stranger touched the gash on his head, "Ughhhh" is all he managed as the he squeezed the ground in pain, digging into his with his fingers as dirt slid beneath his nails. He grumbled nonsense before drifting back out. His sense of reality was blank as he entered his dreams, imagining the happy times he had spent with his brother long before they had fled the wretches of society. He groaned in his sleep, hoping that the stranger would take care of his brother if he did not make it through this ordeal.

Haru had his hands over his eyes, crying heavily as he saw the man looking towards them. He crouched back down next to his brother unconscious body only to see the man darting off to get large leaf from the ground and then he saw him running deeper into the forest. A little anger started to raise inside of Haru as he saw the man running off from the scene which cause Haru to believe that he was abandoning them. He rested his head onto his brother's chest again, only to see the man come back again with water! His face started to glow and a large smile came across his face as the man was tending his brother's wound which caused a sense of relief to go through Haru's body. Suddenly, Haru yelped out of Joy as he heard his brother make a little moan as if he was coming back to conscious. The tears were drying up on his face as he was saying, "Come on Aeyo..wake up!..wake up!" but the relief went away as he saw his brother slip back into unconscious.

Ballstick tumbled down the hill in a black overcoat. She was excited to undergo 48s' first assignment. she had a brief case, she was in search for a human, and she was wandering Karakura city for 2 hours in search, but she decided to start looking in the ever so popular fuma park for humans without the will to live. 48 followed behind her gracefull running down the hill instead of tumbling like his bumbling partner. When they both landed onto the flat surface at the end, 48 looked at her with disappointment, though he was wearing a mask , ballstick could tell immediately that he was disappointed.

"Give me a break Nathan, Try telling a girl to go down a hill while wearing high hills and see just how many of them land as gracefully on the bottom as you did." she said standing herself up and whipping off the dirt from her jacket. She still held onto the briefcase even after her rolling journey which was a plus in 48s' eyes. 48 suddenly twitched his left eye and looked towards the east, Ballstick looked alarmed at her partners alertness and quickly followed suit.

"What is it Nathan?" She said concerned. "We have a few humans, one of them are injured. I can smell his blood from all the way over here." He said before he started running towards the group of kids. Ballstick knew that this was one of the perks of running with the Coven, being able to smell blood from quite a distance.
