Character Of The Month Contest Nominations 2 (VOTE) Img-thing?

It's the time of the month already. It's time, once again, for another Character Of The Month Contest thread. So, like the last thread, I'd like some nominees so I can know who to put on this next poll. Just give me the name of the character and your reasonings on why they should be on the list to become character of the month for November. If possible, give me a link to their application.

The winner will receive a prize of having their characters name and link to application put up on the sidebar, 1,000,000 Yen and a tier upgrade or new form. The runner up will receive 100,000 yen, an honorary mention and an upgrade on one of their skills. And finally, last place will receive 10,000 Yen, an honorary mention and up to a 5,000 Yen store credit in any store on the site.

So, just like in the other thread, give me the people you want on the poll. I'll only allow up to six to ten people.

Also, your character cannot enter this contest after you have won any position for up to 4 months.
