[Poll] Healing Division~ ?

Hi! I'm fairly new to this community! I was told to bring the idea of having a Healing Division or Corps up! I think this would grant users some new opportunities to RP. It would also give my character a job ^//^! So if you wanna see a healing division put up, you should totally vote yes! (Yay for healing and FREE massages)

I believe the Gotei Thirteen was reformed due to lack of activity to fill all the positions which is why they made it with much less. I don't support what you're suggesting. Instead I support the idea that we mix Divisions 4 and 12 together so they are both Medical and Research and Development. This would cut down on the amount of squads being ignored and the like which would allow for the division to have a dual purpose.

So if this idea is being supported to mix divisions together I am fine with that since it keeps roles and lowers the amount of positions in total. Although I don't support the idea of a single division being made just for healing, it is such a small duty which could be absorbed by the Kido Corps that maybe if given the dual purpose of advancement and healing it might be more logical to why it would be a stand alone since I personally see the lack of a Division 12 really annoying and stupid, why give up the one's who advance tech and work towards understanding things not to mention what happens to that poor guy Mayuri and those like him.

No I agree that the Kido Corps can pretty much encompass the Healing Division. But healing doesn't neccessarily always mean just using kido to heal injuries. If there is even just a special sub-division under the kido corps that focuses on medical care and healing practices, that would help the entirety of Soul Society. Imagine if we had a group working to better the patient care of all inhabitants of the Soul Society. Less deaths and better standard of living.

I'm not neccessarily saying strictly ONE whole division dedicated to healing, but we should allow for specification. I agree that Medical, Research and Development should be encompassed together. I think that would be a wonderful idea... I also think it would help with our rudimentary healing facilities!

Pointless, the organization is inactive as it is. Adding more positions would only make it look even sadder. In the past 5 years, the majority of attempts at adding more positions to orgs not named Shadowfall have ended in failure due to inactivity and disinterest. This case doesn't seem any different.

Maybe consider just fitting your character into an already existing division, would only take you like 5 minutes lol.

He's right to be honest, with the Kokuryuteshi doing nothing event-wise due to Kin apparently biding his time for something there is very little interest in them. The Yayjuu is also being ignored quite a bit since the lack of Ziamichi characters. Same with the Vizard Corps, Monsuta and Iramasha Clan... they are all just doing nothing at all.

In reality the only two active orgs are Vanguard and Shadow Fall since demons and hollows (and arracar) are so popular that no one really wants anything else. It could also be due to the fact that Vanguard and Shadow fall are the only really big organisations which are doing events.

That's...not true either lol. Arrancar isn't popular as a race, and the Monsuta is currently recruiting and doesn't operate together as an org, each member has free reign to do as they please. Vanguard isn't any more active than any other org, their membership is very low. As far as orgs go, the issue is that over the years less people have joined groups and are more interested in keeping their characters rogue.

Hmmm. That does probably make more sense than my assumption, so I will drop this topic now though simply because it is straying way past what the purpose of the thread is though.
