Again the character I nominated, Shatari's a pretty cool character and she is really brought out well in the Sector E thread and she is definitely one of my favourites. She is one of those characters which are not the strongest since I believe Shatari's only 3-1 or something yet she is still capable of messing up some higher tiers. The character design is great and kudos to Frost for her creation.
