★ There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is nominate someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

Please try to avoid nominating something that is already nominated. Since Gamma already nominated Shatari, she doesn't need a second one. It's fine to start voting for the same person once the finals are done, but for nominations we need to make sure we get three nominees at least.

This is probably biased based on my heavy interaction with Nemain, but I'm going to toss my Character of The Month nomination to her. The reason for it is because I enjoyed the intense interaction between her and Cirno. It seems like she is sticking to her colors as an antag and it's a nice contrast between her and Cirno in their combat thread.
