Information: With the ever expanding forces of the Vastime nation, the growing following Hayden is gaining in Africa it was time to assemble a team of people to act as his 'agents.' The Nation is growing at a alarming rate and to prevent it from collapsing or losing it's momentum Hayden has called for those who wish to prove their merit and worth to ally themselves to his nation to provide a future for it's people and bring stable longstanding piece to Africa while unifying it under one banner.

The task of Task Force: 141 is simply to be the most elite and trustworthy agents of the Vastime nation having access to it's resources and through merit followed by hard work earn a place among the mover and shakers. Be it Arrancar or Shinigami, Demon or Iramasha- anyone willing to work to bring a once dying breed of people to their former glory through growth and prosperity, while not infringing upon it's neighbors.
