THE FORCEFUL KING
AZURE IRAMASHA
あきれたフォース
あきれたフォース
Sigh.
Shallow breath escaped Azure Iramasha's lips as he looked to the blistering sun. The day had finally come it seemed. Just like a moth to a flame, Azure Iramasha has begun to trek throughout the continent of Africa in order to help the people of it's countries. Of course, there was a snag here or there as there always will be, but his plan seemed to be following some type of natural thought process or even a well defined solution. None knew what was floating inside the Iramasha's skull, not for the time being at least. That being said however, today's country of choice was the Central African Republic. Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, to be specific.
"It feels as if the sun is cooking me from the inside. I don't know how these people handle so much heat." The Vanguard leader swept away the sweat from his brow and stretched. Here in Bangui, things had changed over the hundreds of years that passed during its first rebellion. Azure didn't know much about the capital of the Central African Republic, nothing more than the fact it used to be a french outpost when things like that mattered in the world. Of course, Azure was here to impose a Vanguard Civil Outpost in the country in order to help it, but one could say it was similar to a french outpost.
The ninety degree weather only climbed as he flicked at the empty air. Azure lingered around what seemed to be the main street of Bangui, the hustle and bustle of the small city seemed. The Vanguard Leader came alone, as usual, to the country in order to talk to the representatives of its parliament. Despite that being the case, Azure didn't actually know who he was meeting to be perfectly honest. His right hand scratched at the top of his head, Azure letting out a soft huff at the confusion.
"How annoying. I just wanted to be in and out like that last two. Bleh." Bringing his hand back to his pocket, the vanguard leader looked back to the busy street and smiled. All that really mattered was that in the end, Azure would do his best to help the people of the Central African Republic, as he was for the others of Africa. His mission was only know to him, the people of The Vanguard only knowing they would be doing their best to help the countries he began to make terms with. Nevertheless, he was at a loss for words about his meeting arrangements. Stepping under a nearby alcove, his eyes met with those of the passing public. Soon enough, things would be better for them. He promised.
Nothing would stop his mission. Nothing.

There was something about the people of Africa that made Hayden pick this location to start rebuilding his people. Between the war torn landscape and barely surviving populace he saw this as a chance of rebirth for both them and his people, along with an unparalleled tactical advantage should they chose to go to full blown war with shadowfall. So of course once he managed to rebuild Ethiopia and Somalia with some help from his Yuudeshi friend and ally- he was able to extend his influence across Africa as someone who did what they said he would. Besides, the first step was making them want to join him.
So when he sent a missionary to the parliament of Central Africa Republic they responded quickly expressing interest to what he could be able to do with them, provided he be willing to attend a meeting. It seemed simple enough to set up so with some scheduling he was inbound to CAR within the day, it was all apart of the plan. It was amazing what money could do when placed in the hands of a competent worker and visionary, with what he was given he had re-established Somalia and Ethiopia as hubs for trade and commerce- even trying to perhaps get tourism to kick off in it. But none the less he wasn’t prepared for who he was meeting during his stay in CAR: His boss Azure Iramasha.
As he walked through the streets to the destination indicated in their emissary he couldn’t help but be wearing a uniform, but it wasn’t that of the Vanguard but that of Vastime; his people’s nation. As he approached the location the outline and eventually features of a very familiar man made itself known to him as his eyebrows furrowed momentarily before relaxing as he approached Azure.
“Azure. I never would have expected to be meeting you.. Here. I’m in for business, meeting the government- what could you be doing out here?”
The male asked the question with genuine interest as he held a binder under his sleek black uniform shoulder, his piercing and intense hazel eyes much different from the one Azure knew when they first met and last talked. The way his More Duck carried him indicated since the last time they talked Hayden had been busy in more ways than one, it was no hidden fact Hayden was being extremely active in Africa so to see him wouldn’t be a surprise but more so Azure.
“Have you had time to read my message to you about my activities here?”

The man stretched, his finger's reaching for the sky as the blistering sun continued to beat at the hard dirt of the Central African Republic. Bringing his arms back to his side, Azure Iramasha let a soft and quiet tch escape his lips. He was growing tired of the heat he had gotten from the last week of work here in Africa. Even though it was all for the greater good, he couldn't help to long for the cool air of Karakura or the gentle breeze of Iramasha Island. Leaning against what seemed to be air itself, Azure's eyes closed momentarily.
The shiny blue eyes sprung to life as his name was spoken. Turning his head to what would be a disappointing sight, the man slumped to a standing position before yawning. Desmond Hayden, the man who not only left the Vanguard but then decided to come back. What the hell was the kid doing here in Africa alongside Azure? Azure came alone more than a week ago, something that he made clear to the Vanguard despite his leave. Hayden shouldn't be in Africa on Vanguard business, not at the moment at least. He made clear to the operatives of The Vanguard to stay until everywhere was ready for an outpost.
Standing fully upward once more, The sharp glare of Azure Iramasha shot towards Hayden, his vision filling with question after question. "I'm here on business for the Vanguard, which everyone at the base already knows about." He stepped forward, his gaze almost disturbing compared to the easy going Hayden. "Which can only mean you're here on personal business."
The Iramasha crossed his arms as he looked to his side, the bustling street beginning to wind down as the hot sun slowly trickled its way downward. Allowing his head to turn back to the Vizard that had just returned to the Vanguard's employment, The Vanguard Leader let his arms fall to his side before questioning the male further.
"No. My phone is off and I've only been turning it on in order to notify the headquarters of my actions. I don't really care about my actions at the moment however. I'm more interested in why you're here, meeting the Government of a Nation, just as I am."
With a final look of what could be described as paranoia, Azure Iramasha brought his arms into a crossed position once more. Everything about this seemed rather fishy to the Vanguard Leader, and depending on the outcome, he'd be going in quite a few directions with the current Vanguard Operative, Desmond Hayden.
Quite a few.

Now this was strange.
Hayden has been active in Africa dating back almost five or so months at this point having spent quite a bit of his time being active in this area, obvious from the improvements he'd be gradually making. But none the less it seemed his leader seemed fishy of him, which to be frank was rather insulting given everything Hayden has done and sacrificed for the organization. But oh well, it wasn’t like he was hiding his actions quite the contrary sometimes.
“I’m meeting them because I offered them a place within the Vastime nation, a developing nation in Africa. Upon seeing what I had to offer they sent me a emissionary to come with them for formal talks. They are weighing the option of joining and I’m here to show them what my people have to offer.”
It was blunt but the truth, he spoke with no indication of malice or evasion from the truth, it seemed he spoke with more confidence as he explaint his to his leader who he still didn’t know why he was here. Perhaps it was for Vangaurdian business but unless it was a global or regional warning Hayden would have missed it due to the time he spent here helping make the transition for the nations he controlled. Yet, his hazel eyes looked at Azure with some questioning stares- it was clear Azure was acting a wee bit hostile to his presence.
“You seemed unsatisfied with my presence, If you are conducting business for the Vanguard I doubt I’m in breach of anything but if I am please pray tell what I am doing wrong.”
It was true, he wasn’t forceabily taking a nation over simply here to explain the benefits of being apart of his union to a nation in hard times that wanted a secure leadership and protection against the rampant Hollow threat in Africa, a problem Hayden personally connected with. He was making a name for himself not in terms of raw power but respect among the people as a man steadfast in his belief he could term this place into something that could stand proudly. Just as Azure held his strong motives Hayden does as well, meaning this could go extremely good or bad.
