Information: It's time for the Vandenreich to start moving and head into the shadows. Two Organizations were left with a poor taste in their mouths from Hulderic's dealings. Visiting the Captial Cities of K-World, Shadow Fall, and visiting the home country, Said to be in the hands of the one who caused the massacre of the Quincy.

Primary Task: Find closure in all three situations without starting a bloodbath. if the situation becomes dire get away at all costs as the Quincy are in no shape for a conflict with these organizations. The Emperor's goal is to visit and see what information can be gathered about Hulderic. To see if they know anything about the Quincy people before this all started. Extra Task: Find a land suitable for those unable to fight among the Quincy. Those who's hearts beg for peace finally over the bloodshed.
