Miaka having spent time to improve herself and regain her self after a loss had begun working her way to get things running back on track. Miaka had moved squads after the gotei had a restructuring to fix up the damages caused by conflict and destruction. Miaka was now located within diplomatic affairs. Within in this squad she was now stuck filing paper work and with meetings with other organizations that the gotei has allied with. This can bother her sitting around doing nothing but talking and writing down notes as she still wants to help out other shinigami that have lost her way similar to her littler brother she sent off on a minor mission for the diplomatic affairs. She wants to continue what she was taught as a member of the yazaki, To help grow and enforce the quality of the souls.

Miaka stretched and decided sitting down would not do her body any good and that she needed to at least take a walk for a little while. Miaka had started making it a habit to at least take walks when she could to keep her mind relaxed and keep herself active. She started taking the same route around the seireitei to also monitor things report on anything along the way and to find solutions of thoughts that floated within her mind. The thoughts of her family. Those she lost, those that are still around, and those who still need guidance. To her these were the matters that now weighed the most. Miaka was now in charge of them all so she had to keep maintaining herself at a high level to be able to guide everyone. After all she was a person who kept her duty as a priority.

As miaka walked she greeted all the faces around the seireitei and kept up with any possible problems that cropping up from small minor details like replacing damaged windows, doors, and even minor complaints. Yet, she was keeping track of all the major damage and arising problems that also need to be taken care off. Destroyed areas due to fighting and fighting within squads all problems that miaka kept track of to help improve the wellbeing of the gotei so that it continues to be a home to all the shinigami and vizards that exist in it now.

Miaka stopped to sit on one of the benches in the path that she took. She allowed the breeze of the wind to swing by her long hair and body allowing the wind to lift and pull the hair gently almost as if it was trying to get her to move along with it while she looked at the sky hoping for a better future.

“Today i make my wish. My wish to improve the morale and hopes of those that need it. “

Miaka spoke as she looked to the sky. she was taught when you have a wish allow the wind to carry it. Allow it to travel and carry on to someone else so they could understand and help guide this wish as well. As wishes that remained to one’s self would never be heard nor would anything ever get done about it.

Henrex walked through the path, keeping his entire body covered, as usual, and roamed around, seeing if anything were to happen. He often would walk around the Seireitei alone, or at night, due to him enjoying the peace of the night, rather the noisy commotion in the day. He had his whole body covered by his shihakusho, with black gloves covering his hands, and a black scarf hiding his nose and mouth. Why was he covering himself? He had black, tattoo-like markings on his body...with another secret, in the form of black wing tattoos on his back, very close to his spine. They were, in reality, the sealed form his wings on his back, to conceal them a prevent any possible teasing or becoming the laughing stock of Soul Reapers. He continued to walk down the path, but stopped to appreciate the beautiful, gentle breeze, and he smiled under the scarf. He enjoyed the breezes in the day. He began walking down the path once more, passing a few people, who stared at him in confusion. They were probably wondering how Henrex managed to stay alive, wrapped up like that. He didn't care. He was taking precautions to his own dignity.

"And if they don't like it, too bad."

He wandered down the path more, but quickly hid himself behind a tree. He was startled to see a person sitting on a bench just slightly further down the path. It was a girl! He cursed himself for his luck. It wasn't exactly he was afraid of women, he just didn't enjoy being around them because he was very seclusive, rarely interacting and taking missions on his own. He never knew how to act around people, especially women. He continued to hide, thinking on what he should do.....

The diplomatic division always had a strange vibe in their barracks. At first glance the eye labelled the division as lazy. Only a few walked around with documents and most members of the division were hidden away behind office doors. However a keen ear told a different story. The scribbling of the pen on paper, the hushed conversations over delicate matters. The subtle rushes in busy minds as each saw to his own work.

While it was true that the Diplomatic division was not known for its combat prowess, it would be unjust to label them as lazy people. While the combat divisions sweated out their energy on the training yards, the diplomatic division saw to the more sensitive matters. The aftermath of a battle was seen by this particular division. Unfinished grudges needed to be settled, reparations needed to be made and negotiations for many things such as territory and new engagement rules needed to be made.

Now, the war had been long past but the scars still remained fresh. The division lacked man power and had everyone working double shifts on a daily basis. Tons of paper work would be filed in and out of the division offices by the hour. The division oversaw to covering up most of the paperwork for the whole of the Gotei. 'But you guys never do anything.' was the famous line everyone liked to use. It was a far more delicate matter, diplomacy that is, but really they were only seen as glorified pencil pushers and desk jockies.

Takiya stopped his scribbling hands. The usually neat and structured writing was losing its form. Slowly he let down his black ball point pen to the side. He closed his eyes and felt the sting from the lack of sleep he had been experiencing. His left hand found a stress point on his temple, slowly rubbing it away. Perhaps it was time for a break. Slowly he stood up, his headpiece moving with him. His dull blue green eyes opened and what they saw was just piles of paperwork. Glorified desk jockey huh?

His chair groaned against the wooden floors and soon his feet found him walking through the corridors of the Diplomatic Division. Through every office door Takiya found one of two things. His sub-ordinates engrossed in their paper work. The other thing he saw was just empty rooms with stacks of un-finished paperwork. 'So he got a promotion, and all his former colleges came back in a box and replaced with paperwork.'

He stepped out from the shaded corridors and into the sunlit courtyard. Here was perhaps one of the few places the war had failed to completely ravage. The grass under his sandal feet were cool and young.

"Yazaki-kun?"

If he remembered correctly that would have been her name. Recently having transferred into his division post war. She sat alone by a shaded stone bench. He knew nothing about her other than what her portfolio read and really in these busy times he had only seen her name. He now stood in front of her, a smile on his face. A warm greeting.

Miaka was enjoying herself and the breeze of the day until someone hardly familiar came over to her. It was the vice captain. The only reason she knew was because she had seen him once or twice when handing in paperwork other than that she knew nothing about him. Miaka thought this could be a good time to finally have a chat with him and learn a little bit about him. The vice captain already had a friendly smile on him.

“Why hello there sir. Vice captain Genji,Takiya if i am correct. How has your day been so far? I would guess similar to mines? Full of nothing but paperwork and dull meetings? I had just decided to take a small break to refresh myself. I Can not allow my body to decompose on itself while i endlessly file paperwork for all the changes going on.”

Miaka spoke with energy but also with signs of boredom when referring to her paperwork. She returned the vice captain’s smile back at him with a similar smile of her own. She understood why it needed to be done yet it felt as an endless mountain one could never climb and stay on top of. Miaka had moved down a bit from the bench to allow more space for her vice captain to sit down if he had chosen to. Miaka continued looking up at the sky.

“So do you believe we can provide a hope and future for those who need it? I want to do everything in my power to provide that. My brother died, my family is all sorta of scattered and i am confused but i want to hold on to the strength to bind us back together. I also want to do the same for the gotei. Even if i can’t do much i want to at least be able to bring joy. Funny isn’t it? Go ahead and laugh if you wish but i am determined”

Miaka Spoke calmly but her words carried her determination and hopes but yet still lacked the full strength needed to carry this belief. Miaka then proceeded to stand up and look around.

“It feels as if i am being spied on, Sigh i just hope it isn’t my younger brother causing more trouble he has grown a lot but can still very childish. I am surprised he did very well in his last mission.”

Miaka looked around to see if she could spot anyone. She could feel someone was close due to using her heat and a sensor to locate people around her. It was normal for people to come walking by but to be still in a single location for this long? It was just strange to her. Miaka headed to where she could feel a her waves of heat locate the person she seemed to be feeling.

Henrex could sense the girl approaching, and he muttered a curse under his breath. He was hoping she wouldn't come over....He leaned against the tree, making it shake as he hit it rather hard. He rubbed the back of his head, which was now throbbing from the whack against the tree. He cursed again, and just leaned back, making sure he was entirely covered and looked up towards the sky, and closed his eyes as a gentle breeze passed over him, causing him to smile under the scarf covering his nose and mouth. He loved days like this, and these were times he liked taking walks on days like this. To truly see the world in it's beauty. He closed his eyes, his smile still on his face as he heard a twig crack and his slowly reached for his sword.

His fingers slowly curled around the hilt, with him biting his lip rather hard, causing a small trail of blood to flow down his mouth. He slowly stood, not making a single sound as he rose, his hand clamping tighter on the hilt, his fingers turning purple. He slowly began to draw his sword the blade making a slight sound as it was withdrew about an inch from the sheath, causing a black smoke to begin to fill the area, engulfing Henrex and the area he was in. He waited a few more moments, before lunging out, his black eyes showing no mercy, with the possible intent to kill. He stopped his blade mere inches from a red haired woman's throat, the close stop causing a tiny trail of blood to run down her neck. His eyes widened as he stared at her eyes, and she stared right back at him. He clenched his teeth and did not move his sword, in case he needed to attack once more. All he did was stay silent, as he glared at the woman....

Well his mother and friends called him Takiya. His name was Serizawa and his subordinates called him Genji. However he would keep that to himself. However the conversation moved on. How was his day? Filled with paperwork, too much paperwork really. Dull meetings? There had been one earlier this morning but it was better described as intense. Two parties in dispute on who had the claim over a piece of land. Both had valid cases and it was a matter of compromising. The meeting had been enough to dull the body and make it stiff.

"Sometimes, taking a break does help."

Takiya could feel the pain on his lower torsos from having sat down all day. His shoulders seemed to be protesting from the lack of posture change and stretching. A seat space was offered to him but Takiya would not take it. If anything, sitting was the last thing he wanted to do. 16 straight hours sitting on a chair really put things into perspective. If he had a bit of humor inside him he would have turned around to make sure his butt had not turned into a chopping board.

“So do you believe we can provide a hope and future for those who need it? I want to do everything in my power to provide that. My brother died, my family is all sorta of scattered and i am confused but i want to hold on to the strength to bind us back together. I also want to do the same for the gotei. Hmm... He had never been the one for motivational speeches but post war many of his sub-ordinates seem to rely on him for emotional support. He understood the psychology behind it, wanting someone stronger telling them everything would be alright that their decisions were the right ones. It would be a lie if Takiya had not asked the same questions from time to time.

"Hmm, well Yazaki-kun. I will not lie to you and say everything will be okay. For the most part things will be difficult in life. but... things can also get better. For those who gave their lives so that we could live. At least for their sakes, we, together, need to stay strong."

It wasn't quite Takiya's philosophy but there needed be some form of motivation for his division. Takiya didn't blame himself for any of deaths of his division members but he did believe he could have been stronger and protected more. Yet at the same time, those who remained needed to push ahead and stay strong. Takiya was a man of few words, he wasn't exactly sure on what to say to get this young lady through the hardships in her life. It was at that moment she excused herself, a little spy was upon them.

His dull green eyes followed her movements. He did not sense anyone, perhaps from a special clothing or due to the fact he had not been actively looking for someone. However what he felt was different, a sudden lust for blood as a small figure would move to attack the girl. Genji's left hand firmly gripped his Zanpakutō ready to step in if need be.

Miaka was surprised at the swift movements of the person before her. She expected a trouble maker or someone just wanting to cause trouble, but yet before her stood someone who held the intent to kill. She wouldn’t allow someone so small to scare her. To her only the small and weak attack someone who unarmed. The feeling of the dark fumes filled the area and also surrounded the swordman’s body as his blade stood before miaka’s neck. His attack had stopped with such force that she could feel the pressure of his attack slightly cutting her a bit and having a bit of blood fall from her neck. He had caught her with her guard down. She wouldn’t allow this to happen again. Miaka closed her eyes and sighed. Even in the face of danger she held her composure together. Her sigh came from the fact that even now trouble continues so she will have to be a strict example.

She had flames erupt from her body towards the opposing shinigami. As the flames erupted towards them miaka caused the flames wrap around him and crystalize to cause him to lose mobility. Miaka then wrapped her own fist with flames and crystallized it and proceeded to attempt to punch the shinigami in the face. Miaka was annoyed but didn't expect him to listen right away she was ready to crystallize any part of her body to block any of his attacks. Her neck had already been crystallized durring the explosion of flames in case the shinigami attempted to slice her neck.

“who are you and why are you attacking? You do not seem to be familiar. My name is Miaka Yazaki and I am a member of the domestic affairs division. I will not your actions to be tolerated. “

Miaka cleaned out her hair of debris she allowed herself to appear as if she had lowered her guard as she signaled the vice captain to come over and examine what had been going on. So far all miaka wanted to do was stop fighting and have a simple conversation. There sould be no need to fight between fellow shinigami. What the mindset behind this one was unknown but if worse came to worse then she possibly need the vice captain's strenght in restraining this one. Miaka did not want to have to go all out if she didn't have to.

Henrex's eyes remained calm as the woman made her move, which was exerting flames from her body towards, which scorched the scarf around his face, incinerating it completely, to which he responded by leaping backwards, back into the dark mist he had created. He now knew what kind of power this person had. Some sort of...fire manipulation. His eyes widened with shock as the flames around him crystallized. What kind of skill was this? He landed on the ground, still within the confines of his shadowy mist. He began to sheath his sword, his eyes returning to his normal, calm state. He left it just the slightest unsheathed, with the silver blade only inches from the sheath. As the blade remained in this position, the black smoke began to retreat into the sheath, at a fast rate. In mere seconds the smoke had retreated fully within the sheath, and Henrex let his sword drop into the sheath, the handguard making a clanging sound as it collided with the metal sheath.

Henrex looked up at her, his eyes showing no remorse for what he had nearly done, and said nothing. He simply began to walk away, his footsteps making no sound. He walked past this girl, and the guy who was with her, completely silent. He didn't care if they would come after him. He just wanted to get away from people. Why was he so jumpy? He didn't know. He just was jumpy. That's the reason he wanted to get away from people, so that he didn't accidently murder someone from him being jumpy. He was only a few feet away before the girl said something, asking who he was. His actions weren't to be tolerated? Hm. He slowly turned around, his eyes narrow, but were filled with calm, annoyance, and yet....interest. His Cyberbrain booted up, scanning this person...or rather, both of them. Hm.....they were unknown in his Cyberbrain's database, but they seemed to only be carrying their Zanpakutos. His voice was quiet, and shy, as if he were afraid to speak, but he wasn't. He just didn't always like talking.

".....Henrex Astillon, member of the Covert Operations Squad.....sorry about that, I've been jumpy today.....you startled me..."

He looked at the girl, then the man next to her. The girl had a lower and weaker spiritual pressure than the guy next to her, so that person must be at least of the Vice-Captain level of power. If the girl attacked, or is Henrex attacked, that guy would most likely intervene. He simply stood his ground, waiting for what they would say....

Miaka had waited for a response from the vice captain but it seemed as they lost interest or as if once the situation calmed down she could take over as he no longer had to involve himself. The attacking shinigami had put away their weapon so they were now relaxed than before which meant the vice captain could leave without worry. Miaka just allowed the captain to leave as she kept her eyes on the shinigami before her. He had stated his name was Henrex Astillon and that he was a member of the covert operations. Miaka rattled her brain on how his statement, that they had startled him which caused him to attack her as They were the ones in the area to begin with and he was the one in hiding stalking them like creatures of prey. Maybe she missed something but as far as she knew she didn’t trust the shinigami. Miaka noticed that he had a shiness to him which she guessed he was just a younger member and just wasn’t sure on how to act.

Miaka sighed while slowly walking up to Henrex. She compared him to her younger brother both seemingly reckless but strong in their own right. As she walked up she grew ready to react in case something.

“Henrex, Is what you say true? Have you been here the entire time and that our presence had startled you? If so is that an appropriate reason to attack someone? I want you to understand that if anyone was seriously hurt you could have been a lot of trouble. To be honest i Don’t what to do with you and if i should just let all this slide. I am still just very angry with you. “

Miaka Spoke with anger in her voice but she was keeping herself to maintain her normal stern tough but yet caring appearance. She was not about to let this person ruffle her feathers. Miaka was unsure and unaware what Henrex would do but she wanted to be ready in case he decided to attack since he could still be "Started" or just bullsghitting to her.
