First post of the Miniburst is complete. The conflict between Masakaki and Videl has come to a close with Masakaki leaving Videl alive after she had taken the last of her energy to close a rift she had opened earlier in the battle, thus saving the city from potential destruction. This one action was what prompted Masakaki to allow a stronger foe to live, for now.
