Welp, I enjoyed that post quite a bit. The reason being is because I liked how Goliath was beginning to consider her stance in the world being aligned with Shadow Fall. The reason for this is because Toki was one of the first people she sat down for awhile whom had no ties to that organization, her race or family. So, it gave her an opportunity to gauge what other species were like -- when they weren't dying by her hands or blade.
Therefore, her path is becoming a bit clear and she wants to learn more about other people, the world and herself bit by bit. That much was show through her awkward, but honest attempts to want to understand more about Toki's actions with the whole "being totally thrilled" by flame stick.
While she is a demon, she appears to be one who was simply following the duties she was given by the Asthavon Family. And I like that this mechanical character is attempting to break out of her shell, in a sense, and see something more behind it. I'm a sucker for those kinds of plots and I can't wait to see how she further develops.

I felt this thread needed to conclude. So, I went ahead and had Saiko make her parting words of spite back at Dr.Hebi. She really was organizing things to allow them to kill her towards the end of it. However, she was not expecting Dr.Hebi to stand in the way of that. As, she believes there is no way out in the world due to the vile crimes she had committed and the extent to which she sold her soul to the demons.
It also doesn't help that Saiko believes he is only saving her to fill his own self-serving attitude and belief. There is no other reason to her because nothing that "good" exists in the world. Yes, she believed in beautiful things such as the light she saw in Ash, but even that is finite before it is corrupted and decayed.
So, I feel she has a lot of brooding going on in the last post, but ultimately accepted she had no power and she will wait the three days to see what will happen. She won't be happy about it, though. Which, to me, was surprising when writing. As, Saiko is usually timid and mild mannered, but there was a sense of anger behind her words and that was pretty new.
All in all, I'm looking forward to see where this goes.
