War For Control [ Bolivia - OPEN ]

Bolivia, a South American country with almost 10 million people in their population. While the country may boast a rather significant biodiversity, its land would worth quite a sum to expand one's base especially being some parts of South America being under the control of the Monsuta while the rest are under the hands of Shadowfall. With recent attacks against Monsuta and the Iceland Conflict beginning to die down, it is the best opportunity to take control of a land of their choice while they can without any massive power coming to stop their control over Bolivia, and even if there is an interference in taking over the country, it would less likely be an army just waiting at their doorstep than a single individual. With all plans set in mind, one of the Monsuta's members decided to take action in order to further expand Monsuta's lands and their control to empower the morals and defenses of their people even further. And who would this person be?
She is well-known due to her attack on Chile, being apart of the Elite Division within the Monsuta and acknowledged for her power on that case. Yes, her name is Zwei Yuki, with a title of the 'Imperfect God'. Just from the name alone, one can know that she is of a half-breed German, since Zwei means 'Second' in German, while Yuki means 'Snow' in Japanese, which combined, 'Second Snow' would be meaning of her name. Standing before the country of Bolivia's lands, the first sight of her appearance would be the appearance of a young child, a little girl, to be exact. Standing at about 4 feet and 1 inch tall, the girl dawns a small stature enough for many to really underestimate her capabilities if they were to judge her just by appearance alone. Fashion wasn't really her code either, dressing as plainly as she could, as she wears a plain, white-colored sleeveless jacket with a huge ring-shaped collar outwards from her neck while wearing a simplistic mini-skirt that pairs well with the odd yet average design of her jacket. However, her clothes weren't just the one that stands out, but a giant crossbow, which is her Seishin Buki, hanging behind her back. Namely called Theatí̱s in Greek, but on English terms, it is called The Beholder, and it is 3/4th of her size as well. To compare the weight when lifting Zwei and the crossbow itself, its pretty clear that the difference in weight is vast between the two, being the fact that Zwei's strength is something to look out for when she can, nonchalantly, move and swing around the crossbow as she pleases in combat to the point where she can maneuver in the battlefield effectively without her Seishin Buki hindering her at all in combat.
This time on Bolivia? Unlike the one in Chile, she does not wish for failure this time. Of course, it is not like she cared for Monsuta so much she would die for it, but its because it has potential and benefits if it grew bigger, and to do that? Well, to take over more lands since ever since the Australia War, they have endured massive losses and this was the time to slowly redeem their territory bit by bit. The second had she stepped into the country of Bolivia, she took the grandeur to begin in presenting herself as a new threat to take over this country. As cruel as she may be, there is no reason to kill the innocents and reduce the population either since the civilians would be an important asset in developing this country and its economy, and killing them may or may not cause Bolivia to be of a less effective country to take over. Without wasting much of her time, her crimson red eyes first took a glance of the landscape of the city, to make sure no mishaps may happen once things are well-planned and with that said? Time to control this place and let it belong to Monsuta once and for all.
Around Zwei's body, white liquid-like material began oozing out of her like tap water, and that is because of her Dark Matter ability. Not the ability to manipulate the Dark Matter that the universe has, but a matter that did not exist until it was created by Zwei herself, which means such ability is only tied uniquely to her existence only. Once she had built it up to a sufficient volume that she desires, she began forming a baseball-sized orb that floats above her palm. While physically, it doesn't look that harmless at all and would seem like that it would only deal a damage as little as a scratch, however, at this point, they'll know why she was entitled the Imperfect God in the first place. Pitching the orb across the air and above the skies of Bolivia, the first thing that would happen would that the orb would begin to compress its size further smaller than it should be as if everything is forcefully crushed into the size of a pin, and the second the compressing force loosens, all of the pressure and energy compressed into that size would explode into a massive burst of energy, creating a massive explosion and shockwave above the skies of the country, Bolivia. And the effects of that explosion? The power of the entire country suddenly went short and completely cut off, forcing the entire country to run out of power, together with electronic devices and televisions being short-circuited and burnt to crisp of its inside. How did it happen? During the compression of the orb, not just the Dark Matter's orb itself is being compressed, but the air particles and even the slightest of electrons would be forced into it above the air. Since oxygen has electron and has no charges, its impossible to create electrical charges, right? Well, wrong. Since her Dark Matter does not abide by the rules set by the world around her as her existence alone had already defied the logic, which means she can throw the balance of electrons within the air that is compressed within the orb, knocking off an electron or two away from the elements such as nitrogen, to produce even the weakest charge from a single particle and this is performed by making use all of the compressed pressure within the orb. When the compression form looses itself? All of the electron particles would burst outwards from its confined space, thus creating a rather effective friction to produce a weak electromagnetic burst, or for short, E.M.P, to short-circuit all forms of electricity within the country itself. With the Dark Matter that accompanies the explosion? It would further bolster the effects of the electromagnetic burst and even forces generators, wind turbines and even solar panels to stop working completely, and itself alone has enough explosive force to cover the entire country. That, itself, can induce mass panic to the civilians and begin their evacuation to other countries for protection, and even caused the military forces of the country, Bolivia, to take action against the likes of Zwei but in all honesty though, as much as she would like to be flattered by the bravery of the 'Bolivians', their presented military forces are quite weak compared to Chile, something that she needs to note down in order to further improve the defenses and their army once she has the control over this country.
Despite knowing that she is an immortal 'creature' that they cannot hope to even lay a finger on, yet they began pointing their weapons, bringing in their tanks, and even military choppers, all against a being with an appearance of a child. Though, it does seem that appearance no longer matters in this war considering the damage that she has done to their electrical supplies, no mercy would be shown to a 'monster', it seems. Well, nevertheless, their action was futile against a being that cannot die. The second their military army put up a fight and pulled their triggers, each of their tank shells, bullets and missiles, once it reaches Zwei? Sure, they would hit and any explosive rounds would have exploded right at her face, just as planned, right? Unfortunately, no. Facing the likes of her Dark Matter, all of the burst of explosion and bullets would surround her like a wall of shield, compressed into many pellet-sized orb of a mixture of bullets and the flames from the explosions of the tank shells and missiles, and shot right back into a beam at every human soldiers, tanks and military choppers with enough force to cleanly slice them into half without mercy, and without using much of an effort, a majority of Bolivia's military forces that was thrown at her would obliterated in a split second. The military's assault against her was simply redirected back at them with a simple reason; the modification of her Dark Matter's properties to create a wall of gravitational field around her, and anything that got close to it would detonate, sure, however, the burst of flames from the explosion would halt from approaching Zwei, and by her own will, would allow her to compress these flames and any hostile objects into a single point and redirect with the total amount of force that the military throws at her via compressing into a small orb and fire them into a beam. Hardly an effort was made yet this is as far as the army could do. Such disappointment.
The power that she presents was barely enough to make up for her title either, but the scale of her E.M.P attack by using so little energy was enough to prove even a part of it, making her a rather formidable opponent at first glance of her capability. With that set straight, Zwei never left a single glance at the evacuating civilians, that when once the entire country clears out, she'll proceed in producing a large barrier across the horizon to finally secure this country, build its defenses from the ground and make this country officially the belonging of the Monsuta. Otherwise, while they continue to evacuate, Zwei stood there, with her arms crossed in case of any interference of any hostile beings that may stop at nothing to prevent her from taking control of this country that is rightfully the property of Monsuta. Again, she does not go by the title of 'the Imperfect God' for nothing and has enough power to be treated as a formidable opponent and a huge threat to deal with if provoked. For now, Zwei intends to take control of this place peacefully and without any means of hostility against anyone except those who wishes to 'take' her head or preferably, using violence against her. Words may mean nothing to those who sees her as a potential threat but if they use violence to 'protect' this country, they are no different than herself except Zwei, at least, does not use a method as lowly as obliterating the entire population for the sake of controlling the country's land. Now, what shall they do at this point is up to those who witnessed this attack; either they do not meddle with her control of this country, fight her or talk out of it. There's no beating around the bush, because she has no time for such waste of time and prefers people to get straight to the point.
