Name: Saber Of Solidity
Type: Offense

Appearance: The Saber Of Solidity is a sword that appears as if it is entirely made of steel. From the hilt to the tip of the blade, everything is coated in a dense, silver material that gives it quite the supernatural edge in combat. The reason for this choice is because this reflects the heavy desire within Volund to perfect his weaponry skill.

As, at the root of it, there appears to be a desire to use this as a tool of justice for those who cannot defend themselves. Even past all the flaws within his persona, the light of Cirno seemed to look pass them and bring out this pure desire.
Background Info: There was a man whom requested The Angel Of The Ice bring out the utter most of his swordsmanship for the cause of protecting those whom he cares for. Whether it be family, friend, ally or innocent; the man yearned for a blade which could help him achieve this task. After reading into his soul, Cirno decided to take this task up and forge him The Saber Of Solidity.
Effects: The effects that The Saber Of Solidity induces is stated as below:

Dense Edge: The first special ability that Saber Of Solidity holds is called "Dense Edge". So long as this blade is within five meters of the user, the spiritual energy of the host will become three times denser than normal. This will then turn their energy into a form of thrashing influence on the battlefield. As the potency of his attacks would become enhanced by three times. And, in that respect, most of his assaults would be akin to a wrecking ball smashing against even those of higher tiers than his own.

So, one can even assume that this dense material that blade is made of would make for quite the dangerous sword by itself. As, The Saber Of Solidity is capable of damaging even those of master durability or hierro. It can mow down entire city blocks, beat down foes to a bloody pulp and cause heavy impact strikes to most material that it touches; spiritual or physical alike. Ergo, it can be used to slash through magic based attacks or cut through numerous layers of defense.

Additionally, this density would spread to his body and increase his durability by three times as well. Which, in turn, will then allow him to better bare the brunt of destructive attacks used against him. Since, the opponent would feel a heavy wall standing between them and harming Volund while this blade is active.

This is because the effects of this weapon draw forth from his inner sincerity to drive towards his path of success. Ergo, one of the requirements to wield this blade is that he must never forget two things: to work towards his road to achievement, and to never forget to use this blade for the noblest of intentions.

The former condition is needed due to the fact that this gem was forged from his ambition to obtain accomplishment; even going so far as to endure a more stern and serious attitude towards it. So, from that strong determination is where The Saber Of Solidity draws its effect. If he falls out of this state of focused mind, then it's abilities will waver and begin to fade.

The latter provision is required based on the circumstances around its creation. Since Cirno is an angel, it is only natural that her effects draw from the purest of intents. As, more than anything else, most of her creations siphon mental strength from the users mental state, emotions, values and desires. So, if this weapon is summoned out of wickedness, malice or any selfish or greedy aspirations -- then only 2/3's of it's potency will be of use to Volund.

Additionally, another limitation to this blade is that it must be used for five post. After the fifth post, a two to four post cool down must be enforced in order to prevent his body from sustaining injuries. This is because the energy from the weapon weighs down on his soul and can induce forms of spiritual damage. This can cause him to feel light-headed, induce sensations of pain and make it difficult to summon his ability and slow him down outright.

Material Extraction: The secondary ability that The Saber Of Solidity wields is that it is capable of breaking down and turning into a liquid state of being. Once it is broken down by Volund's will, it can then be recrafted into any weapon, shape or form that the wielder desires. This because Material Extraction taps into the inner knack that Volound possess to create weapons.

And, since this mystic material is quite potent, it should sync well with his prowess. So, in a way, it can be used for him to have a base to forge future equipment from if he is able to study and master the material that this blade is compromised of. This can be used both in combat and casual threads.

It should also be noted that the same limitations of Density Edge apply to Material Extraction. Ergo, he will need to use the utmost of focus and concentration in order to determine what type of tool he'd yearn to forge. Otherwise, it simply won't work.

» The Request: I would like this gem to be a deep dark blue color, and its powers consist in the realm of gaining memories and thoughts of people around the wearer/user. However you limit this is fine by me (certain amount of time around another character to see such visions, or certain actions needs to be done with that character before seeing their memories, etc.) Also if there is a way, I was thinking it could siphon other people's will to either harbor into the gem or use right away, but this time at a cost to the user (As I could imagine this would be an OP ability) You can come up with the cost or drawback, I feel you'd make a fair judgment, plus as creative as I am, I can't seem to think of anything for the life of me right now lol.

To sum things up, foresight in people's memories and thoughts and the ability to drain people's willpower into the gem or into themselves or others.

» The Request: A gem of light blue, clear as crystalline water is what I really think fits Steiner. Furthermore, the power of the gem would be that of simple understanding. Steiner would be able to understand intentions, maybe even use it in a predictive sort of way to allow him to temporarily predict his opponent's movements and to better aid his allies by knowing what they are thinking as they act so that he can throw his weight with their weight. I would assume he would place the gem into Excalibur's (rusted as it may be) hilt or even embed the gem into the sword itself. He desires to help others and strives to be the best person he can be even if that means going against the drives that human's instinctively have.

» How You Would Share It: By aiding his allies without a word, not just because by aiding them he is helping them win, but because he is helping his friends. And by also being able to read the true intentions of the sinister before they could cause suffering unto others.

RING OF Hadō

Name: Ring OF Hadō
Type: Offense
User Type: Shinigami Exclusive
Appearance: The Ring Of Hadō is a rather piece of equipment. The object is mostly silver in color, but has a heart shaped crystal in the center of it to give it a more diverse look. With that said, it fits right on the ring finger of the hand because it is meant to draw strength from the heart. So, one can almost feel a source of "thumping" presence being lowly emitted from the gem based on that context.
Background Info: There was an un-named Shinigami whom sent a request to The Angel of The Ice. Her lone desire? To attain a gem which could help fortify her Hadō magic. If she could so much as attain that, then perhaps she'd be allotted the strength to defend and help others. So, after receiving this plea, The Angel of The Ice set aside time in order to craft this simple Faith Stone to assist this shinigami in need.

By drawing in from the inner most desires of her heart, and the flow of her spiritual energy, The Ring of Hadō could have then been produced for Momoka. Therefore, with the backdrop to this item now having been covered, below is the single effect that this piece of gemstone power has.
Effects: The effects that The Ring Of Hadō induces is stated as below:

Hadō Break: Hadō Break is the lone ability that The Ring of Hadō possesses. Essentially, what it is designed to do is draw strength from a few resources within. The first is that there is a small core of Cirno's energy and will sealed within the gem. This was done in order to help make the stone potent and guide Momoka's strength.

Second, when activated, The Ring of Hadō is suppose to steadily drain the energy of Momoka's spiritual energy in order to help summon these feats and keep things balanced. Therefore, it is recommended she uses this gem for one to two actions per turn and keep a one post cooldown before using it again.

Now, having said that, Hadō Break must be called for when performing an action which otherwise is going to protect, save or benefit others. Ergo, Momoka would be unable to utilize for her own desires unless it was to better the life of another. This is because the angelic influence of Cirno's Faith Stone draws strength from pure intentions and does not work with selfish desires. If used for a self-serving action, it simply will not activate.

With these requirements out of the way, The Ring Of Hadō will be summoned when that ambition to use Momoka's power for good is met. When that occurs, her body will become engulfed in a pink light which represents the color her spirit generates. In that time, she will then notice that her magical affinity is boasted to levels of mastery.

Why is this so? The reason being is because Cirno's influence is guiding her in order to bring out the desires she has to protect. Therefore, from the potency of her energy having a high effect on her, it is able to be channeled into precise attacks that are capable of damaging even those with master level defenses and powers ranging into the 0 tier range.

So, for instance, Momika could potentially use kido that goes upwards into the 90's because the quality and control of Cirno's energy is equal to that of a shinigami whom has that kind of control over their kido. Therefore, as her influence carries Momoka, it will help bring the strongest magic attacks possible out to help her save the day.

Granted, the higher she goes, the more energy it will zap from her. Ergo, from that illustration, Momoka would certainly feel heavily tired and may have to opt out for two post before being able to use it again. If pushed too hard, her body could begin to fall apart in terms of burning through her spiritual energy, injuries pertaining to headaches, dizziness, broken bones and things of that nature if abused and spammed.

Henceforth, it is recommended she uses The Ring Of Hadō for magic she is already familiar with on HER level and then to use The Ring of Hadō to bring it to higher levels. Otherwise, chances for unstable spells can come about. So it must be used with caution and a controlled mind.
Notes: I am going to require that you make a thread in Cirno's Board in order for this to come into effect. Therefore, I'd either recommend you sign up for the mission below or make a free thread of your own will.

I would like to request a trio of anti-supernatural daggers forged from gems which grow stronger with every supernatural they cut due to their ability to absorb the energy of that supernatural entity. Furthermore, these trench knives can channel Bhairyuu's energies as well, inflicting the target with various effects upon contact.

The names of the daggers are Vrithraghna,Totsuka, and Excalibur, for the first, second and third, respectively. The daggers have a form which is a hybrid between a standard trench knife and a katana (the handle will be that of a trench knife but a little longer and the blade should be curved like that of a katana, but shorter in length.)

Bhairyuu would primarily use the absorbed supernatural power for his own ends such as powering himself up, healing himself, etc but if his allies were to ask really nicely then, he might just be willing to transfer the power of the knives's supernatural victims which they absorb to his allies as needed so that they can continue fighting the good fight.

» The Request: The most useful thing to Yuel at the moment is some sort of gem that, in tandem with the renkinjutsu seals carved into her body, accelerate the process of reishi absorption. This sort of gem honestly accentuates Yuel's abilities the most; the core usage would actually be moreso to give an excuse to Yuel creating something without vast amounts of money.

Through renkinjutsu and adequate energy, she could use available resources from the world around her, extract the elements and form parts and pieces for her inventions. Otherwise, it would be a massive help to her in combat threads, as the primary factor that holds back her fighting potential is the waiting period to absorb reishi into her seals to fend off the attacker.

» How You Would Share It: As aforementioned this is mainly to give an excuse to Yuel having more inventions. Before, it was to be dependent on some sort of funding, which was to be designated by either of the three parties: The Yayjuu, after the "Summoning a Vasto Lorde " thread where she was to become more acquainted with the organisation through Shadin, The Mafia, through Augustine in the "The Gem in a Sea of Rough thread, or through the Vanguard via her multiple connections with its members.

Since there was a severe slowing or utter stop in the threads connecting her to either of the three organisations, the creation of her inventions explained by funding is no longer valid. Making it herself with a reishi gem would drastically help, and these inventions could offer some help to those around her, depending on the situation and how she grows as a character.

Quite possibly, should she walk the path of a protagonist, it could be used as a force of good, and as a resident of Karakura, for herself and close ones, she would likely fight for the affiliated organisations within anyways. For sake of dual purpose, the gem could be embedded in some sort of sword as Yuel is likely to go down the path of a swordsman, but it'd be more convenient if the item could be worn, like some sort of pendant or bracelet, etc.

Thread Delivery [Optional]: It's most probable that Yuel would gain this through the "Where Do I Stand" thread in the Hero Quest Mission. In fact, depending on what Yuel finds in that thread, Cirno could decide to offer this item or refuse to.

RECEPTIVE HEART

Custom Iramasha Gem

Name: Receptive Heart
Type: Other
User Type: Character Exclusive
Appearance: The Receptive Heart takes the shape of a cube. However, most of the pieces do not appear to be connected. Rather, it appears as if there are multiple gems levitating and locked into place. This is meant to otherwise symbolize the openness that the object has based upon the desires of Lex's mind.

As, within the depth of his soul appeared to lay a want to absolve the will and thoughts of others into his embodiment. Therefore, it was only befitting that such an abstract concept would spawn an abstract object.
Background Info: The Receptive Heart was intended to be one of the Faith Stones which were brought to life by Lex's desire to find his light within. Therefore, Cirno took it upon herself in order to extract that ambition from his spirit and form it into a gem which reflected his ambitions. Hence, The Receptive Heart was forged and it's abilities will be described in the next section after this.
Effects: The effects that Receptive Heart induces is stated as below:

Clear Mind: Clear Mind is the ability to comprehend the thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions of others. However, given the extent of this ability, it comes as no surprise that there are major stipulations to it. The first being that it cannot be forced in any form or shape what-so-ever. Therefore, in order for this to activate, the private owner of this character must allow for Lex to enter into their characters mind.

Secondly, in character, he must make them aware that he is attempting to probe into their mind. Whether it be through a sixth sense made aware to the character, verbally telling them or sending some form of telepathic message; this acknowledgement must come. The reason for this is because they must accept his bond into their heart and allow him permission to perceive their inner most essence.

So, having said that, The Receptive Mind has an area of range which can extend up to one thousand meters. Which means that Lex can amass multiple minds and spirits, provided they are open to his incursions of the mind. There is no real cooldown or limit to the ability because it is a relatively loose ability that does not drain much energy.

The only noticeable drawback and limitation that it has is that it would probably be less effective when his mind is stressed, his body is injured or he is otherwise distracted. The reason for that is because it does take mental focus to maintain the wavelength, and if he is under siege, chances are he won't be focused on attempting to understand a person.

Transparent Force: This is the secondary ability of The Receptive Heart. In order for it to activate, it must have made a bond with another character or NPC through Clear Mind in a prior post. Once this requirement has been met, their wills will be conjoined as one and can be converted into a tangible energy source.

Overtime, Lex can store quantities of desire, ambition and will into this gem in order to help him in times of need. However, this must be done in thread and it's something that is actively focused on by both parties usually. As, since this stone is a reflection of Lex himself, it can store upwards of 3/4's of power equivalent to Lex's power. Hence, if he was 0-5, then the energy in the gem would be equivalent to an additional source of power on par with a 1-5. Ergo, at the time of this gem's creation, it would be comparable in energy to a 1-5.

Now, this leads into something else: the intended effects of the gem. The effects that Transparent Force has is that it acts as an energy core of sorts. It is suppose to be a back-up source of energy in the event that Lex is unable to use his energy, or he finds himself in a tough spot where more power is required. If the situation is for the betterment of others, and the bond is made with another character, then it is possible for him to call upon this power and use it to help him achieve more power.

Then, this ability can be used in order to help recover quantities of his energy that is lost, recover upwards of thirty percent of his injuries with a one time healing usage and allot him a 1.5x augmentation boost in his overall stats for a duration of time equal to three post. After that, they will tapper off for three post, reactivate and can be used two times after that before it burns out. (Note: the healing is only usable for the first activation and is not active after that. I also went in three's with this because of the whole fact of this gem using 3/4th's of his power.)

Additionally, this energy can be replicated in others for a duration of three post. Replicas of the gem will be made by those who have bonds to Lex and they will receive similar cubes which leviate around their body. Ergo, they will feel these effects as well, but only for three post before it dissolves. And, unlike Lex, they do not have the ability to repeat the ability three times per thread. They get a one time usage and that is it until the next thread they interact with Lex in.
