Operation Name: Reaper Rebirth

Difficulty Of Mission: Captains = Elite Class/ Seated =Advanced
Who Can Join: Gotei 13
Information: It has been decided that members of the Gotei 13 aren't up to par, they are in need of training beyond the regular training. Ibiki Suika will be handled those that wish to learn the art of Hakuda and close range fighting in that method or form. Tsubasa Unabara will handle teaching Hoho and Zanjutsu. These are the lessons they will provide, those willing and brave enough should be prepared for hell. When signing up, please select Ibiki or Tsubasa and we'll go from there.

Primary Task: The primary task for them is to grow and survive the training, as Ibiki and Tsubasa both will be pushing whoever comes to their limits. It's a natural thing to be pushed as hard as you can. While the two's training styles are night and day, it's likely that those who come to learn will learn something new about themselves. As for Ibiki and Tsubasa, their goal is simple to teach and perhaps grow in their own ways. It's time for them to give back to the organization that has become so great for them in more ways then one.



Rewards: Rewards will include a tier upgrade depending on how well you perform, a racial upgrade and lots of character development.

Steven Nuer can train with Ibiki as he has decent skill with weapons already but hasn't learned much hand to hand stuff and he is based on being good all around.
