Effects: Holding out a hand the user begins the incantation which causes the desired attack to stop in place so long as it meets the energy output the cannon can hold, upon finishing the incantation the user does a motion with their hands causing the technique stopped prior to implode on itself before having a ball formed of the energy now converted into the user's own energy which remains in place for 3 post before vanishing. The Kidou can stop Advanced techniques and below with the speed not making a difference, however techniques with advanced piercing can negate the affect's.

Incantation:Guardian's of power, true seekers of grace, release your power convert them with your gaze.

Effects:Upon the successful conversion, the user can begin too craft the energy into a disk the disk is about 4 feet once the manipulation of energy is done and it begins to spin in place at speeds reaching GM(NO Purpose just for show). Once the incantation is complete or when the user wishes the projectile can move at intended targets at speeds one rank above the speed the attack converted with the Kidou Converion was moving likewise the attack can cut through Advanced defenses too deal slicing damage too targets sometimes cutting limbs. The manipulation process however requires at least one hand out of use and two when moving heavily. The projectile shatters once the connection is shatter via stopping the manipulation process
