- Name: Her name is Jessica Delacroix.
- Titles: When secrecy is required, she usually refers to herself as Vagabond.
- Gender: She is… female. I bet you didn't see that coming!
- Age: She is 84.
- Bloodline: She is pure-blooded.
- Affiliation/Rank: She's rogue.
- Appearance Age: She looks to be about… 24.
- Appearance Description: Jessica has shiny silver hair, neck length, and vividly purple eyes. She lets her hair hang loose, its natural state being tucked behind her ears. She stands relatively tall at a flat 6 feet, and boasts a rather slim build. Her face resembles that of a cats, with high cheekbones and an angular face.
She is a smile that seems almost permanently affixed on her face. Most of the time she wears a brown jacket, armored with High class materials, a gift for herself that she saved up for over her lifetime. The it's not much but it seems to be able to turn a telling blow into a near miss. She'd never admit it, but it has saved her life on occasion. Beneath the jacket, Jessica wears a gray undershirt and designer black jeans. The shirt is unadorned save for a set of holes, kept hidden by the jacket.
Jessica has her fair share of scars, as well. One depicts a blade dragged along the side of her face, and is something that never quite went away. More scars adorn her arms, legs, and lower body. They are the results of many years of combat, time well-spent training in preparation for the day she would avenge the needless slaughter of her family. Jessica was very reckless in her younger years, and her appearance paid for it in time.
Finally, her weapon of choice is a revolver. It normally houses six cartridges, but thanks to the fiat of Quincy ingenuity, Jessica is allowed to reload the weapon simply by focusing reishi into cartridges inside the revolver's magazine. She has two of them, and they are complete opposites of each other. One of them is dark red, made of a material that is slightly reminiscent of onyx, and features harsh edges in its design. It contrasts with her other pistol, colored light blue, and resembles water in the way that the edges of the pistol flow into one another. She dubbed them Crime and Punishment.

- Personality: Jessica is... complex. Her personality features many facets, that may not make sense to the average viewer, but one might be able to notice a pattern if they look closely.
In her early years, Jessica was motivated by one thing: vengeance. She trained relentlessly, taking to isolated places and crushing bits of Hollow bait, then slaughtering anything that came to feast. This earned her the myriads of scars that she features today, and has tempered her inner beast somewhat. Although it's still there, it seems at times that there are two forces vying, raging for control.
Despite the lack of solace inside, she still seems to keep things under control. She moves forward relentlessly, never letting her opponent take a breath. She adapts quickly, never gives a step, doesn't give up until victory is in her grasp.
She, for the most part, prefers to remain alone and silent. If something gets her attention though, she speaks up, showing a charming amount of knowledge about a great many things. She finishes one subject quickly, moves onto another, then another, then another, until there's very little left to talk about. Then takes her leave, stepping out onto the mist for another day.
The reason why she prefers beasts to man, is at a large amount of people she met were very self serving. She found that she can always rely on her self, and never needed to form relationships with other people. When she did, she just got another person to think about when the nights got lonely. So she isolated herself, because she was strong enough to handle it.
Although she's young by Quincy standards, she shows a remarkable level of maturity. Maybe it's the unfortunate circumstances she was forced through as a child(that's another point; despite these conditions, she shows a stunning optimism when it comes to impossible situations.) but it's surprising the viewpoint she has, despite what has been thrown to her.
In the aftermath of her family's assassin's death, she felt hopeless. That was what she felt her reason for life was, the drive for revenge. She didn't know what to do. She dedicated herself to training, becoming stronger, as there was nothing else to be done. Wandered, and hasn't quite been the same since.

- Background: Jessica's story begins when she is very young. She was very weak at this time, as most children are, and was unable to do anything when that ugly beast called Fate, Death, or whatever it chooses to refer to itself as, reared its head.
Her family was very wealthy. They were pureblood Quincy, making their living by selling items to Soul Society(albeit at marked up prices; but they'd never tell) and other Quincy. They were successful, up until the day an assassin hired by a rival company, jealous of their oppositions increasing stock, decided to level things with blood.
She lost it all that day. The home she was intended to grow up in was lost in a roaring blaze, and all inside save her were murdered. Although the fortune remained to her, she was not able to inherit it. It remained locked away(until she came of age, naturally) and thus was forced out to the streets. The police never found her, assumed she has perished in the flames, and closed the case after months of chasing circumstantial leads. In the end, it was declared to be an accident, and that was the end of that.
She grew up alone, for the most part. Others came and went in her life, and she met some friends, but they were never really interested in her. She made a living by petty theft, selling off the loot to the highest bidder, then skipping town before trouble found her.
She did retain one thing that reminded her of the past, an old pistol, left to her. It was in the safe deposit box, along with a strange symbol, branded in iron. It seemed to resonate with her, so she kept the cross with her, not knowing that was the last bit of legacy left for the Delacroix family.
Everything did change, after a while. She came of age, came of an incredibly peculiar power; she found that she could see the spirits of those deceased. (Her family had long since moved on, homie don't play dat.) She met a wayward soul of a Quincy, who told her what she was, (since her family was saving it for a day when it was evident that she unlocked her powers) and offered to train her the best he could. She accepted.
It went like that for a while. For the longest time she stayed in that town, learned more about herself and her heritage, and unlocked powers she'd never dreamed of.
Her spiritual weapon was unlike many others. It manifested in the form of that old pistol her father kept in the safe deposit box; when she finally unlocked the ability to perform it, the pistol disappeared and two of them, perfectly mismatching, appeared in her hands.
From that day, she vowed to never let another thing like what had happened to her take place. She roamed the world in penitence for her early misdeeds, after the spirit taught her all he could(and moved on). After a while, she could no longer assist those in need, and left civilization for a quieter place.
Jessica found it in the form of a forgotten temple. She braved the depths, defeated traps its guardians, long since deceased, had laid in wait, and found a box, untouched by the passage of time. Inside was the Sanrei Glove, and instructions on how to use it. She wasn't ready to perform the week-long ritual yet, so the glove was stored away until such time passed as she was ready.
She trained inside the temple for ten years, foraging from the surroundings, and slaughtering Hollows that came to investigate the rising spiritual pressure. After time, it became evident that she would have to emerge, and so left from her isolation and returned to the world. It had changed as it was meant to, new things had been invented, new ways of thinking and new laws, although she never really paid much attention to those, anyways.
She found a proper Quincy, a mixedblood, who invited her along with him. She accepted once more, still seeking vengeance for the murderer who brought eradication upon her name.
After two years of travelling with him, Jessica was ready for the Sanrei Glove. She had bantered with the man, learned about the Quincy tradition, and gotten a proper education from society. She underwent the trial through the man's supervision, and succeeded. They parted ways after that, and after twelve years, she began the trail to retribution.
It took her thirty years. The assassin was a slippery one, and only after joining a secret society whose creed involved things that resounded within her, did she find him.
The man was already middle-aged when he did the deed. And forty-two years hadn't been kind to him. He was in his late eighties, collapsed on a deathbed, when she walked in, Quincy weapon in hand. She entered that night in a fury, prepared to kill him and avenge what had been done so long ago.
But it wasn't to be. She entered, and saw the way his wife and children gripped his hands so tightly, and rage left her. Jessica couldn't kill their children's father in front of him, not while he was so close to death. It'd be robbing them of a decent upbringing, and despite those pent-up feelings locked up inside, she wasn't that type of person.
She still watched him breath his last, and departed in sorrow. But with a glimmer of hope shining over the horizon, she isolated herself again and trained against an army of Hollow. She abused bait to do it, but her power multiplied exponentially. She learned the secrets of Blut, forming a working relationship with it. And for twenty-four more years she trained in isolation, until she hit a wall that she was unable to get past.
For the first time in almost a century, Jessica found reason to breath again.

- Human Skills: Living Off Her Wits Alone: Jessica spent many years in isolation. To find food and water in even the harshest of places is a simple task, and she's very nearly perfected the art of roasting a lizard in the least amount of effort. In addition, she has a keen eye for finding targets that aren't paying close attention to their coin purse.

- Quincy Items: Hollow Bait, unused Seele Scheiders (from her second Quincy trainer), Heizen containers, Granate, and Einweben.
- Quincy Cross: A Celtic cross, which the flow of time has been unkind to. It is battered and weathered, scratched with numerous cuts, and has many indentations from blunt force applied to it, through Jessica.
- Sanrei Glove: A fingerless black glove, with white lines flowing throughout it, reminiscent of something out of a digital simulation. It has likewise been fighting furiously with time, but seems to have escaped most of what Jessica's cross went through.
- Other Skills:
Blut - Jessica possesses the ability to use Blut. By forcing Reishi into her veins, Jessica can significantly boost her defensive and offensive capabilities. Due to the unique way she developed this ability and her natural taking to it, she has also developed two secondary abilities that go hand in hand .
Blut Ansgar: This is Jessica's secondary Blut ability. She has the unique ability to channel electricity into not only her attacks but her body as well. In addition to increasing her speed dramatically, Blut Ansgar has a secondary effect of allowing any kind of electricity she has already summoned to enter and mix with the Reishi cartridges she has already chambered in Crime and Punishment. It increases damage and multiplies the speed at which her Reishi cartridges travel by two times its normal speed. It has a piercing effect as well, but this is ability is a double edged sword as without special care, she can very easily do massive damage to herself. The only way for her to naturally mitigate this damage she does to herself is through another ability she has developed.
Restaurierung: This is another ability Jessica has developed through time training in response to the sudden appearance of Blut Ansgar. It allows her to use electricity as a health battery, to put it in simple terms. By activating this ability, she can use of electrical energy generated by a Blut Ansgar, and other forms of electricity albeit less effectively, to heal her own wounds and those of others. It works by super charging the natural healing process, by a factor of 100 or more, depending on how proficient she becomes in its use. The weakness of this ability is that it requires a great deal of concentration. Failure to retain your concentration may result in a number of effects, but most commonly, the electrical energy she is manipulating in the target or herself is released, which ends up causing more harm than good. It would be like hooking yourself up to the national power grid and expecting nothing to go wrong.
Blut Vene: This is a standard ability that most Quincy possess, the sub ability of Blut that allows the Quincy to increase their defensive ability by a high amount. Jessica has the same ability which manifests into a dark red covering over her skin. She uses it in situations where her natural speed is not enough to protect her. It also has the ability to stop bleeding, even on a massive scale. This works well with Restaurierung, in that it becomes very difficult to kill her if you leave her to die from her wounds.
Blut Arterie:This is the other Blut ability that most Quincy possess. Jessica uses it to increase the damage of her shots by another factor, by using it in conjunction with Blut Ansgar. This is the only way for virtually ensure that her shots to penetrate any target that she chooses. While its destructive power is great, it also is dangerous to use because of the extra strain it places on her body. Blut Arterie also increases the electrical energy she channels at one time which makes it much easier for her to harm herself if she's not careful.
Ransōtengai: The ability for a Quincy to manipulate their body using nothing but their mind despite any kind of paralytic, failing limb, or other effect that impedes movement. The user creates Reishi lines and controls their body as though one would pull the strings of a puppet.
Super Speed: Jessica has a fine control over her Reiatsu. By manipulating her spiritual pressure, Jessica is able to increase the speed by a great amount. She manifest as power number of ways; to name just three, she can activated as part of an hand to hand attack, as an overall increase in her speed, or in conjunction with Hirenkyaku. This allows her to completely disappear from view if your opponents aren't paying close enough attention. The more she uses this in general ability, the greater the strain place under body. Along the lines of her Blut Ansgar ability, if she's not careful she can cause harm to herself.
