This battle will take place in a space that resembles a common 21th century city. It is roughly the size of New York City and seems to be under stormy clouds. The air is humid, tons of lightning is in the air and the opponents will be dropped off in the center of this endless metrlopis. There are no other known beings in this city beside the combatants; so battle til your hearts content.

«SENDING OUT EVENT NOTICES NOW»
Okay, each of these opponents has 72 hours to make a post. If a post isn't made, then they are both out of the tournament. This is because they've had enough time to communicate and speak up about their positions. If there is something going on that is preventing them from posting, I will overview it if posted in an OOC note in this thread to explain their circumstance.

The sound of thunder booming in the distance every so often lit up the scenery of the city for a few seconds before it would all fade away. It was unnerving, to say the least. This time, the scenery was reminiscent of a city. Man-made buildings arose from the ground while roads and sidewalks covering every area in between. Save for a few parks here and there, it was almost completely constructed by man. Exactly like a city should be. But one thing was off. There were no people to be seen anywhere. Cars were parked on the side of the street here and there but there was no traffic. The dark, storm filled clouds above them didn't help with the ominous scenery either. Hopefully things would work out in this fight, though. If the cars were still filled with gasoline or some other equivalent, then Valentina could use that to her advantage. As a girl whose body was shared with the spirit of a dragon, that could be incredibly useful. Speaking of said dragon, Michael could feel Valentina already theorizing what to do in this scenario. She didn't know who she was fighting, or even if she was going to fight. All three of her battles in this tournament won with her not having to do anything. The opponents simply forfeited. It was as if they had more important things to do, or something.
"Are you prepared?" Michael asked Valentina. The girl didn't even seem to acknowledge what the dragon said. He could feel her mind racing with many theories and ideas. Tricks, distractions, mind games and the like were just some of the basic things Valentina was coming up with. It was the easiest way to deal with someone who was unintelligent. That is, if she was facing someone stupid like that in the first place. Valentina was smart, but she wasn't the smartest compared to some people. Having met Shinigami and Demons who lived for centuries, possibly even millenia, the young redhead felt like she had a long way to go in terms of mental strategies.
Suddenly, however, all of Valentina's mental processes stopped. This piqued Michael's attention, and before he could ask what the girl's plans were, he felt the thoughts from Valentina shift from her mind to his. In an instant, he started paying attention to Valentina's surroundings. They were both waiting for something to tip them off. Their combined heightened senses were helping them both to notice and analyze their surroundings. Currently, they stood on top of buildings that were parallel to each other and almost completely identical as well. If their opponent was to appear anywhere, it would be at the building across from them. At the same time, they might have already vanished to try and get the jump on Valentina. Right now the girl would just have to wait and find out.

It seemed that for all it was worth being sent from one bizarre location to another wasn't exactly what Reigen would call a vacation, or any sort of tournament, especially due to his lack of competition seemingly with his opponents. Seemed most of them had the good idea of bowing out rather than having a tussle with the emerald bastard that he was, but that was no fun... Where's the entertainment to be found in the obvious winner simply having a easy time getting to the top, surely it would be more fun to watch struggle, pain and a bunch of broken bodies... As he easily gets to the top, in reality it was simply the lack of gore that annoyed Reigen, whoever was watching this if anyone clearly wasn't getting their money's worth from the pay-per-view if that is the way such omnipresent crystal hearts do their business of course~Either way he seemed to be jumped to another new area, it seemed like New York? Or at least a city of similar size and structure, quite an impressive area for combat just like the many others that had been formed for this conflict. As he fell a ways to the nearest giant skyscraper Reigen seemed to float as he reached the large platform seemingly entirely intact and still wearing his hat perfectly in place in contrast to the high winds from this height. As he looked around the Demon found that the weather was anything than stellar, thunder and lightning blasting down to crash into anyone who made themselves a big enough target... Fun idea for later but waiting till he lost interest in his opponent would be the first priority. As the suited gentleman searched around him to see who was in his way this week all the could feel was signs of one... No that would be two lives close to him, if this was a handicap match that seemed less than fair, two is certainly not enough~
As he made himself known to the enemy Reigen simply appeared on the side of building opposing his nemesis, he appeared as if out of nowhere simply waving rather childishly as if to mock his enemy. As he cracked his neck and stretched out his limbs after waving over to the female that seemed to be in his way the demonic gentleman looked to a watch to see the time, if it was possible in the current circumstances considering time seemed to be relative in a world not of any laws other than a literal heart thingy making it up. "Huh so I suppose I'll have to count out my own time if I want to know how long this lasts," As he stared his chain rolled out of his jacket to look over to his watch. "I know, if its longer than an hour you get to control the computer for the night... I am still unsure whether to be impressed or confused that you can understand and make money through internet stocks, considering you don't really have eyes..." As he had his conversation with the animate inanimate object Reigen looked over to the girl and simply waved her over rather uncouthly, it seemed he was waiting for her to act so he could get it over with quickly... Or to see whether or not that this girl would have something that could pique his interest... Either way he wasn't going to lose a bet to a chain that managed to make more money than him last week...
