It is for sure that Heinrich wouldn't show the bad sides of his personality to any members of Vanguards. He is very professional when the things come regarding work. Upon applying the man would act collected, polite and peaceful. It is like in any work place that you act differently then in home or with friends. Lets not forget that I doubt that in a short meeting they would completely understand him. If you desire, we can RP the applying through skype. Just let me know ^,^
