Artist: Kingdom Hearts OST - Song: Destiny Islands - Word Count: 302

For once, the girl returned to the water, or more specifically, the beach. It's been a long time since she's been at a place like this, but it was fairly pleasant for her. The girl could be found sitting down at the edge of the waters, toes exposed and wiggling as waves crashed against the shore, water creeping up to just barely cover her feet entirely and some of her legs. She wore a one-piece bathing suit, bright blue in coloration with white dots adorning the entire piece, covering her body for the most part, legs and arms exposed. There was even a hole made just for her tail to escape from and happily slide against the sand from side to side, showing her excitement. Near her waist were a few frills coming from the bathing suit, making it resemble a skirt. It was an outfit she thought cute, and with the blue bow she had tying her hair up into a long ponytail, she thought it was perfect.

She looked almost natural here, like she belongs, horns still visible but the fin-like ears she had were fully extended and exposed, deep blue eyes staring out into the deep blue ocean with little cares in the world. The only part she didn't quite like about this was the fact she asked a certain Hayden to join her, only to get told he was busy. She never understood why he spent so much time training or just doing things and not hanging out with people. The only times she's gotten to just talk to him was when she found him by accident. With a quick shake of her head from side to side, she shook the idea out to focus on the sunny day, rays glimmering off of the water's surface as she relaxed.

THE HONORABLE KNIGHT

ISAO YAMADA
ハイブリッドキング

Song: UNKNOWN - Artist: UNKNOWN - Words: 575

Waves quietly crashed along the surface of the beach as Isao looked upon its deep blue hues, the everchanging water shifting from left to right as he sat against the warm sand. Isao, and more importantly Amaterasu, had thought a break was needed. With schooling at Karakura High School going well and the investigation in his younger sister's death coming to a stand still, Isao believed that he needed to clear his head. Whether that was through a bit of fun or a simple relaxation visit mattered little to him, as long as he was to himself the boy felt relatively serene. He thought, however, this day would be going differently. In fact, he believed there would be more people littering the surface of the forgotten beach due to the warm weather and even warmer waters that it presented. Despite this, there only seemed to be two beings that arrived to the beach. One of these beings obviously, was Isao. The other however was... stunning, it seemed.

Shifting his gaze to the corner of his eyes, the young boy removed the lapping waves from his view as he watched the lone girl move from left to right among the soft sands. She wore a bathing suit, unlike Isao, one with shades of bright blue and white polka dots matching its surface. To adorn the bathing suit with even more cuteness, tiny frills could be seen extending from around her waist, almost as if she wore a two piece skirt.Speaking bluntly was one of Isao's worst qualities, he had trouble even responding to others. Though, thinking was an entirely different situation. Thoughts rushed through his mind as he ogled at the girl without real thought, his seventeen year old brain reverting to its primal state. This only seemed to annoy his younger sister, Ama. Nevertheless, he shook his head free of the thoughts and once more looked among the waves that smashed against his feet.

Isao himself wore a pair if swimming trunks, bland with streaks of white running from left to right. Along with that, his upper body was covered to the brink of suffocation by a tight, white t-shirt. Isao wasn't the strongest and the most well built, exposing himself was the last thing on his mind. He only wished to come to the beach for a bit of relaxation and to free his mind of his vices. Even if he couldn't escape such a thing regularly, he'd try his best now, as he always did.

"Tekku, display a map of the region we're currently located in."

The quiet words that were spoken aloud seemed to ring along the beaches soft surface, the holographic image of a woman forming beside hims as she nodded, then shifting once more into a map that displayed the geographical location of Isao currently, pointing out the near mountainside and the expansive sea before them. According to satellite data, a small village sat nearby that contained a small inn and a diner. This was the perfect place to attend if he felt to remove himself even further. A small meal and sleep sounded wonderful, that is after the blistering sun had set.

For now, however, Isao nodded to motion the map to dissipate, leaving a note of it within the PDA he had created. The ocean was cool, the air was warm and the world around him was serene. It seemed he had gotten the relaxation he had welcomed, even with others around.

Artist: Auditorium - Song: Spring - Word Count: 327

Within a few moments, she heard something to the side of her, ears swiveling over to the source of the sound to spot two people. Or at least what she thought was two people at first, eyes staring. One was a boy, well, teenager standing next to what seemed to be a blue woman? The girl tilting her head curiously, that was an odd sight. Selia had never really gotten to interact much with technology so this was something very interesting for her. This actually spurred her to start scooting closer to where Isao sat. Sliding to the left slowly as the sound of her soft grunts and tail being dragged through the sand was extremely audible to any within the area. After a few moments of scooting, she was seated much closer to the boy, keeping her feet and wiggling toes in the water as she turned her head to him with a toothy grin. Sharp teeth revealed without a care in the world. So far many people have told her not to worry about her scaring others off, so why should she bother trying to hide what she thought made her special?

"Hi there! My name's Selia. Why is the lady really light blue and I can sort of see through her?" With the question asked, the girl tilted her head curiously now, eyes focused not only on him but Tekku. The girl's mind began to run amuck with questions and the such. Was she maybe a ghost? Or worse, an overgrown smurf? The idea of that, smurfs overgrown and running around with others. It was scary for her. She could deal with ghosts, she was technically a ghost herself with the whole Shinigami thing she got herself mixed up with. Despite the obvious curiosity, the draconic tail behind her already began to shift about in the sands, sliding from side to side similar to an animal's when excited, or at the very least, very interested.

THE HONORABLE KNIGHT

ISAO YAMADA
ハイブリッドキング

Song: UNKNOWN - Artist: UNKNOWN - Words: 631

The boy stretched, laying his toughened back against the sand beneath him as he released a stupidly loud yawn. Despite being here on such an occassion, he found little enjoyment in being awake right about now. As said before, the recent investigation into his sister's death, his schooling and studying up at Karakura High School and reworking on Tekku, Isao got nearly no sleep whatsoever. Whether it were short naps ranging from minutes to few hours, or simple days with no sleeping, Isao's sleeping schedule as of late has been rather abrupt and abnormal. Not that such a thing was too odd, not at all really. The boy himself was a bit abnormal, a bit odd and out of place in the normal world. Taking in a large breath, Isao's senses filled with the smell of mineral sand, the stench of the deep sea water and the young girl that tried to make herself only a bit unnoticeable.

The sensation if quiet vibrations shifted through the sands as the girl that previously sat alone made her way over to Isao's position ever so quietly. She didn't wish to look too odd it seemed, but in all honesty her appearance couldn't hide such a trait. Isao had little issues with the way she looked, actually. He found her pretty, a single person that could be pointed out among many for her looks. Nevertheless, he continued to wait for her to finally arrive to where he now laid. Tekku, his holographic PDA image continued to pace around him, shifting her view among the ocean and country side in order to scan and archive all thoughts and interesting points of the surrounding areas. She released a tiny sigh as the girl finally sat only feet from Isao, causing Tekku to become a bit startled.

Hm

The woman's voice was quiet as she watched the girl shift from left to right, speaking abruptly to Isao as if she had known him for years. For Isao, however, it was the first time had had interacted with someone in many weeks, if not months. Schooling was quiet for him, usually keeping to himself when it came to those within his own class. Isao wasn't the best talker, stuttering when it came to interacting with others and overall keeping to himself due to his studys and research on things. So, it only truly became a pain that this girl decided to begin to talk to him. Not only did he have normal issues talking with others, but someone so pretty? It was unimaginable that the boy would ever be noticed by someone so odd, yet beautiful.

Nevertheless, he motioned towards the woman standing beside him as he continued to stare at the sky above him. Tekku let a tiny wave escape her hand as she went back to her previous duty of scanning the two's surroundings. Never did it cease to amaze Isao how powerful the PDA had become in the recent months.

"This i-is Tekku. A creation of mine. She's H-Holographic."

As usual, the boys lips stuttered back and forth as he forced the words from his mouth, the ocean once more lapping waves to the surface of the heated sand. Isao's face became red, as it normally did, as he once again forced his voice to create a flourish of words for the girl to hear out.

"My name is I-Isao. Isao Yamada."

This was almost all the boy could muster in the moment, his arms crossed behind his skull as he once more closed his eyes. It seemed that this day would begin to become a bit interesting, whether that was thanks to the new, beautiful girl, or the jealous spirit within his mind speaking aloud.

'Big Brother, shouldn't you be moving or somethin'? I thought you had something big to be doing Baka.'

Large blue eyes stared upwards towards Tekku. A creation? Holographic? None of that really seemed to click within the girl's head as her eyes continued to stare between the two of them, glancing left and right. This was odd. Well, everything's been odd for her as of late. She began to notice many of the feature on Isao changing, his face going red, lips stuttering as it seemed like just speaking became challenging for him. That proves it. The overgrown smurf has taken Isao hostage and he was afraid of speaking... Or at least, that was a scenario in her head. She always knew it better to ask first before just jumping into accusations that large and wild. She scooted just a bit closer, definately in the distance that it'd be considered friendly as she leaned closer and closer to Isao.

Their faces were only inches away as her eyes squinted. "...Your face is red. Are you sick?" She plopped back down in her normal seat once she was done examining him, pulling her feet away from the lapping waves in order for her to cross her legs underneath her. Her tail still visibly swishing along the ground more and more. With the question asked about Isao's health, she instantly turned towards the Holographic woman, extending a hand and poking her index finger outwards, leaning closer and closer and trying to touch her. This was the one way to prove it, if he was being hostage by a smurf or if this was some holographic person thingy. Either way, it seemed the girl held little regard for something called personal space, perhaps never properly taught to her.

"If she's a Holographic thingy then I shouldn't be able to touch her right? I'm gonna poke her!" She quickly leaned over, finger aiming to jab her right where her butt would be, mostly due to that being the easiest place for her to aim for considering she was sitting down, and the woman, or at least, hologram of a woman, was standing up and pacing about. Apparently too focused on the surroundings to actually speak for herself. Or say hi. She never did like people that ignored others or were rude, they just made others feel sad when they did that. And Selia most definitely felt a little bit sad that this overgrown smurf was taking someone hostage and didn't even have the nerve to introduce herself.

THE HONORABLE KNIGHT

ISAO YAMADA
ハイブリッドキング

Song: UNKNOWN - Artist: UNKNOWN - Words: 729

The girl beside him, Selia if he could recall correctly, knew nothing of the normal boundaries a normal person usually held. Given Isao wasn't the most normal of people, it didn't happen to change his outer human tendances. Having his space felt good, especially when it came to wanting to study or research a material or concept. Selia only seemed to invade this in anyway she felt was possible. Whether it was meant to happen or not mattered little to Isao, he felt uncomfortable. A shell was normally torn wrapped around the boy's outer surface, a protective layer of oddity to keep others from speaking to him. Quiet responses, little effort and mostly looking as if he weren't paying attention. Everything in his power looked like it would be useless against the confusing maiden. Taking the air in once more, Isao released a breath of air loudly and abruptly, his eyes shifting to the girl's figure once more.

"You aren't fr-" Being cut off rather abruptly, Isao looked upward as the girl's face now seemed to be mere centimeters from his own. The red blush that once flushed through his cheeks had grown deeper in color, spreading across to the entirey of his face. This was the first time, someone other than Ama, had been so close to his face, let alone his body as a whole. Strands of purple hair slowly dripped from the woman's head as she looked intently at the surface of his face. Stuttering rather abruptly, a sharp retort spread through the young male's mind as he watched the girl above him.

'What are you staring at, weirdo? Tell you're fine. Don't fixate on her face. Baka.'

Ama was heartless, the image of her arms crossing and a slight pout of anger on her fact could be the one thing that came to Isao's mind. She was such an odd younger sister, whether it was a simple man, woman or creature, she never really felt fine with Isao interacting with them in such a way. It was a pain that he had to deal with now that the girl was forever bound to his soul. There was no escaping the harsh words that came from the boy's younger sister, he would forever hear such a threatening tone.

"I'm q-quite alright, it's nothing." Upon the girl moving, Isao scrambled to a sitting position to bury his hands among his swimming trunk pockets. Turning away from Selia, Isao pondered on the thoughts the girl had expressed, speaking outwardly of Tekku as if she had the right to. As if she actually knew the PDA like she created the very being. She didn't, Isao couldn't fathom others creating such a being unless it was Shadin Yuudeshi himself. Sucking against the pearly whites among his mouth, he listened to the girl squirm among the hot sand, pressing the Tekku issue with little care.

"You do know that I'm a simple image, correct?" Shaking her head at the tiny girl, Tekku shifted her stance and stood cross-armed, staring Selia down as he prodded at her back side. With fingers slowly oozing through her electronic appearance, Tekku blushed at the thought of another being touching what could be considered such a private part. "Refrain from such actions, please. My name is Tekku, a digital assistance that is projected through holographic imaging upon helping Isao."

"Told you s-so." Standing from his seating arrangements, Isao looked at Selia and let a small wave escape his hand, turning from the girl and walking to the distant road among the beach's outskirts. "I'll be taking my leave, n-now." The boy was hungry and intended on fixing that issue. Noting the diner that was rather closed by, Tekku spoke loudly to the boy that walked away from the two. Something about the mile or so he would have to walk to the location. It mattered little to Isao, he was hungry.

Motioning to the girl that sat by herself once more, Isao let out a rather loud scream as he finally arrived at the asphalts surface. "If y-you happen to be hungry, I know of a-a village nearby." Rather out of character for him, he motioned towards the village's area within the mountains, his eyes closing as he sighed. He knew the girl wouldn't be leaving, so he may as well be the nice guy and allow her to bring herself along.

Artist: Kingdom Hearts 2.5 OST - Song: Lazy Afternoons - Word Count: 693

This girl, so friendly and odd, seemed to know nothing of privacy. Of respecting personal space, and only seemed to further prove this with her actions. At the very least, it became obvious that she never once meant any of it to be rude or disrespectful. Simply curious, wanting to learn more the only way she knew, face-first. With hearing that Isao was fine, the goofy smile that seemed to always find the way to her lips plastered itself there once more. Happy, at least for the moment. She was a bit too distracted by Isao himself to quite notice what happened with the Hologram.

She heard the giant blue smurf speak, voice ringing out as Selia's attention quickly snapped to her, eyes widening further at the sight before her, finger seemingly phasing through the image's form. Something to be expected by anyone smart, but Selia was never known for quite exactly being smart. With the request to stop, the girl slowly nodded, finger pulled away as she rested her hands on her lap, fingertips even playing with the frills of her swimsuit to give her something to do so she didn't keep poking or other forms of physical actions. It was obvious to her know that Tekku was in fact, not a giant smurf keeping him hostage. She was exactly what Isao had described her as, a creation, a hologram, something that can't be touched directly.

Things seemed fine for her now, or at least, for the moment. Hearing him already say that he had to leave. Deep blue eyes watching as he shifted away from her and even stood up, walking away step by step, leaving imprints on the sand of where he was, Tekku following and listing off a distance? Selia thought this... Well. A little saddening. Already being left alone oh so soon after meeting someone new, thoughts filling her head up. She seemed ready to follow until noticing that he didn't even glance back at her while saying he had to go, off and away as if he was in a major hurry.

Selia was left on the beach, tail resting against the sand as her gaze fell to the water once again, such like before. Taking deep breaths as fingers slid over into the sand and began to shift it around, sticking her toes out into the water once more, letting cool waves wash over them. She would normally chase but... There wasn't really much said or done towards her that made her feel wanted or liked, or even just tolerated. The Hologram seemed annoyed and the boy acted all weird and funny near her. She swore she heard something, before suddenly spinning in place to see Isao turning around to yell out at her.

The fin-esque ears expanded, picking up on the sound of... An invitation? An offer to join him with going somewhere. Instantly the large smile returned, Selia scrambling out of the sand, feet kicking against the sand and waves, tail swishing out behind her in a wide ark as she stumbled towards her sandals. Quickly placing her small feet into them and flip flopping over to Isao, wet feet leading to funny squish noises from the sandals as she neared him. Slowly skidding to a stop the best she could, landing herself right besides him as her tail swayed behind her, sliding from left to right along the ground again and again, quickly turning to look up at him.

"I have some money in a pocket! My swimsuit has a lot of little pockets in it that can be sealed so I have seashells and cool rocks and then my money! Though it makes me feel really heavy." As if to show this off, she reached underneath the frills to in fact reveal zippers and now more noticeable bulges, the pockets with various items in them. One was opened to show a few very small seashells, all able to fit in Isao's palm without an issue. Following the rule of look don't touch which she shouldn't know at all, she zipped it back up. "Come on, let's go! Does the village have ice cream there? What about cheeseburgers?"
