Since one of Frost's characters were voted for I'll vote for someone else. I don't know much about what happened I wasn't very active, but I feel like voting for Kamui, maybe because I just am excited for that character to be completed. Even though this character isn't completed they have a lot of importance to a lot of different people and organizations, and seemed on be worked on with great care.

If I am not allowed to vote for a WIP, I'll cast my vote for Matthew, because. I'm mad face if I can't vote for wips.
