Looking from the window that sat against the side of the large jet-plane, Azure Iramasha began to think of the events that transpired in order to bring both himself and Naomi Miyake to Haiti, specifically Abaka Bay. It was a tiny beach resort that was currently closed due to the groups that were to meet on the shores of the famous beach resort. It was an abnormal reason for the two to come to the now vacant hot-spot, a previous transmission from a member of the infamous group known as K-World had came to Azure earlier that afternoon. It was from a woman, Veras Iramasha. Azure knew of her more than others did, given that she was indeed his half sister. She spoke of talks among the Vanguard and K-World in order to decipher the situation on Earth, figuring out whether they would be willing to work with each other or not. Given the circumstances, Azure took the woman up on her request with a tired plea from Naomi to accompany him to the meeting. She was a worried little girl, really. She only wished to come to make sure Azure would be alright, anything else was moot to her in the speaks that were to soon come.
Climbing from his seat, the man moved his way past Naomi, the slumbering female slumped over in her seat, snoring rather profusely. Upon reaching the back of the plane, the man let out a tiny sigh as he entered the tiny fridge that was accompanied with the private-jet that the Vanguard had inquired from a rather large benefactor. Pulling out a tiny, single dosage bottle, Azure twirled the cap from its container and downed the entire medicine with a single go. It was a deep red liquid, one that Azure had to take constantly day in and day out in order to take care of the pain that was his heartbeat. The medicine itself was meant to regulate the man's heart beat,. if it weren't in place there was always the possibility of entering a state that could cause her heart to simply explode, killing the man instantly. Nevertheless, disposing of the material that once held the medicine, Azure moved farther into the plane in order to notify the pilot of their soon decent to the large, empty beach.
"We'll be flying overhead of the beach in a moment. Ready us for touch down, will you?" The man smiled, jokingly poking fun at the pilot as he returned to his seat, once more watching the blue skies that blasted their way past the two beings within their plane. The expression of joy now turned stoic, thoughts racing through the male's mind as he watched their decent grow ever so closer. K-World had been known for causing issues every once in awhile, but in the end they weren't simply evil. They had a cause and Azure understood that, if compromise could be met then the Vanguard and K-World would be wonderful allies. If not, then talks would cease entirely. The meeting between the siblings would have been for naught all due to the groups not being able to match up with each other in terms of a singular goal. Shaking off the thoughts of yet another enemy for the Vanguard, Azure Iramasha sighed and stood as the plane began to shake ever so slightly. Their decent slowly came to a close as the plane that was once flying through bright blue skies sat against a sandy stretch of land, miles of sand covering everything the eye could see.
Pressing forward, Azure tapped against Naomi's shoulder before removing himself from the plane, taking note to notify her sleepy-self of their final landing on Akaba Bay. Stepping from the last step to the thick sand beneath them all, the man began to make his way slowly to a small sitting area that was set aside from the beach itself. Trees of leafy green and rays of sun washed over the man, his eyes glowing ever so lightly within the sun's light. The heat was bearable, given that the cool breeze began to sweep its way throughout the large area without another thought. It seemed that the setting for their meeting was entirely set, but were they going to come to good terms? Or, would they simply remain enemies due to their radical requests on both ends?
To Azure, it did not matter. He came on his own terms and planned on leaving on them. Sliding his hands within the pockets of the jeans he wore, Azure finally had reached the small sitting arrangement that sat off from the sandy beach. Pulling a chair from its position with his foot, the man sat down without another word. He was ready for the groups to talk, and honestly, he was ready to speak to his sister. Due to their positions and her upbringing, they knew nearly nothing of each other on a personal level. Veras knew that Azure was her brother and vice versa. Their thoughts, feelings, childhoods and anything a sibling would share was completely moot to the two beings. It was an odd idea to think that he had a sister that knew nothing of him. It made him even a bit sad, knowing he couldn't speak with her as if she were truly his sister. It was just another issue that the man would have to deal with during the meeting. Noting the seat that sat beneath him, Azure awaited Veras Iramasha,, lifting his own chair upward against its back legs as he lounged comfortably waiting for the girl.
Truly, the only thing Azure had no control over of within this meeting was Naomi Miyake. She would care little about what he says in regards to Veras and whoever may follow her. Her task was to protect Azure, whether he fought against it or not would be entirely futile. Letting a soft smile form against his lips, Azure looked to the sky as the chair he sat within leaned further and further to his backside. All there was now was to wait, nothing more, nothing less.

...
Brother, huh?
The communication had already been set between The Jade Cross Commander and her half-brother from The Vanguard. They were siblings whom had long since been disbanded from one another. Of course Veras had heard of him from time to time during his escapades in being apart of the Royal Iramasha Family and Vanguard, but she never paid them that much mind. Why was that? Simple: distance.
This distance from her family came after she was left to fend for herself for many years in the human world. Long after mother Harribel and father Ketsu abandoned her, Veras fought with all of her might to become stronger and find purpose. The training was rigid, the loneliness was unbearable and the time seemed to span into an eternity. Yet, through this pain, she found a group that gave her a home and something to otherwise risk her life on. This group -- was The Kokuryuteshi.
The Kokuryuteshi promised to give her a family to call her own as she had not known such a thing as a stable family unit for quite some time. So, when offered this deal, she gladly took it upon herself when this organization began recruiting new commanders during the initial construction of it's development. After all -- she had not much to live for prior to that. What, was she suppose to endlessly browse these dull lands until something eventually killed her? No. That wouldn't do.
So, throughout time, she worked on priding her combat skills further for the people whom took her in from this senseless life that she led before. Now she fought for their justice and their will to bring stability, peace and unity back into the world. It was something which filled that void within her heart that her family all but left. Yet, even with that being the case, this organization was one of the keys to finding one of her long last siblings at first -- Akinari.
Akinari, he was her true and only sibling forged from the bastard union of Ketsu and Harribel's love affair. When she discovered him with the resources The Kokuryuteshi had, her heart fluttered with anticipation and happiness. For the first time in so long would she be reunited with her own flesh and blood. They caught up all the things they missed over the decades they had been apart, opened to each other and both gave one another purpose in this world. To live for her brother was Veras's reason to further stride, and to live for his sister was Akinari's.
These siblings became whole and acted as one unit for many centuries to come after. They completed one another and their love is what made the Jade Cross so powerful and strong throughout the years. In spite of that as with all things, nothing good last forever. During the conflict of World War Three, Veras eventually learned that her brother had been killed during a mission to Earth and she was left alone once again.
Despite the vows, promises and warm nights spent to each other saying that they would protect one another spirit no matter what -- Veras failed in living up to her word as an older sister. Thus, from that point onward, The Jade Cross commander simply accepted that not much good would come from anything from her family. If it wasn't neglect, then it would be having something she loved taken away by the world. If something was not taken away or abandoned, then it would simply be met with hostile force. And, given these outcomes in her mind, there was simply no point in reaching out to them unless it was pure business purposes only.
Which -- is what ultimately leads us to the spot where Veras found herself in. Acting a diplomatic on behalf of The Kokuryuteshi in order to test the boundaries between their organization and the Vangaurd. If these talks went swimmingly? Perhaps another large scale battle could be presented and things could be resolved over words and treaties. If not? Then it was better not to think about it. Not since the last major organization clash that was Australia. The world certainly didn't need another disaster like that.
Hence, for those reasons is why both factions were relatively on neutral terms for the time being. It simply wasn't in anyone's interest to have a conflict that size again. If it occurred, then the potential for world war four could indeed be invoked. And, with the wounds still fresh from World War Three in Veras's mind, there was no gain to be had for pushing for something like that. Thus, she came in with an open mind and would attempt to otherwise quell any potential tensions the two organizations may or may not have with one another.
As a result, she would not have as flashy of an entrance as Azure. Instead? She choose to come the more natural and common way these days: teleporation. There was no point in wasting time with aircraft if she had her own personal means of precise travel. This fact is why she pinned down the vantage point in which The Vangaurd Leader stated he was having the meeting. Then, through the various wormholes that The Kokuryuteshi connected to Earth, would she then put in these coordinates in order to make a one-stop vortex emerge in the sands near The Pink Haired Iramasha.
Thus, in a flash of white energy, the blonde haired vixen emerged straight out of the portal from their home world. With the winds thrashing and gusting with The Commanders entrance, the golden locks of her blonde hair blew softly against the breeze as her crimson eyes turned their gaze upon her ditsy-eyed half-sibling. In two blinks of an eye, Veras emerged before her brother. After shutting the distance rather quickly, the elder sister observed her little brother while placing her right hand upon her hip.
As she began tapping her maroon dress and scarlet high-heels, the fellow devil sister felt this was somewhat -- off -- seeing her brother face to face. Usually members of her "great" fathers people had red or black hair. Yet -- this ones was pink. How -- odd. Whatever. It didn't make much of a difference. She just wanted to get this over with and tend back to her business. The longer she stood here, the more chance for complications came. And given her dejected mood as of recently? All she wanted to do was retreat back to her world and sulk for a bit in silence.
So, she'd naturally begin the conversation as any sane person would: with a hello and a handshake.
"Greetings, Azure Iramasha. My name is Veras Luras and I'll be representing The Kokuryuteshi during this conference of ours."
In a firm and neutral voice, The Jade Cross commander spoke with heavy authority and offered her right hand out to Azure to shake. In the mean time, she'd survey the area and sense another power in the distance. However, whoever this feminine spirit happened to be -- was irrelevant. Veras did not come here to speak to anyone else other than her lieutenant, Horus Sariel and her flesh and blood, Azure Iramasha. As far as Lady Veras was concerned? This person didn't exist until she so much as raised an aggressive hand towards her.
"My lieutenant will come soon enough. So do not be alarmed if you sense another presence approaching this vicinity, Azure."
Thus, all that was left to do now was await for her fellow commander in charge to arrive. Hopefully, in Veras's mind, this meeting would be short, quick and to the point so that they may resolve any matters brought to the table in a civil fashion.
