Shin had taken quite a bit of time to arrive here. He heard alot about the Vanguard and who they were but, never really interacted with them. And never formerly met their leader. What was his name again? Avril? Anise? He'd figure it out when he met him anyway. He had some official business to tend with the man as well. With the reformation of the Second Division, one of the primary changes he felt was keeping a strong link with them and the other allies of the Gotei. As the special actions division, he felt they were the best one to oversea this idea of a liaison network he'd develop. Highly skilled, single units that move to and from the organizations, sharing information and giving each access to rapid response QRTs should they need them. If one were in trouble and couldn't immediately seek their allies assistance, a QRT could cut through the red tape of the Central 46 or chain of command the Vanguard used should a quick response if necessary. He arrived in the area, in his full Captain's attire. Since it was official business, he felt this was adequate. He soon approached a sort of messenger or desk personnel.
"May I help you, Captain of the Second Division?
"Yes, I have Gotei business to discuss with your commander."
"I'm sorry but Azure is busy right now. If you like, you can wait or, we can send a message to you when he's available should it take that long."
"I can wait."
So Azure was his name. Shin was close enough he guessed. But, he wasn't able to see him right now. Timing certainly wasn't on his side. He wondered what could be going on that kept their leader unable to see business like this. It made Shin curious that was for sure.

When it came to work Hayden found himself recently taking on an assortment of jobs that he at first thought he wasn’t suited for, between acting as a mediator between factions and groups to having small meetings to help improve certain areas. In that sense he had taken on a more diplomatic side thanks to Azure and well his practical forcement of making Hayden take these missions on, don’t it get wrong though The Fallen Soldier quite liked doing these as it helped people in their own way.He didn’t always need to use his blade to protect people something in which he was beginning to learn from Azure along with the other’s he met within the Vanguard, sometimes he felt like just a bit he had made so friends. Yet, at the same time they are his Colleagues he rarely seem them outside of work.. but now is not the time for depressing matters.
As he exited the office he was called in earlier to handle some business for Azure with some guy named Shin he believed. Hayden was just told to hear him out and then bring it back to Azure or if he thought it was good go ahead and give it some approval. It almost seemed like just a bit Azure was grooming Hayden to take on some higher position in the future and this was just another responsibility he was given to test him. Frankly, he appreciated the trust he put into him- he would not fail his mentor anytime soon. However, as he exited he began to see a man at the desk waiting presuming this was the guy he was to meet.
“You’re Shin right? I’m meeting you on behalf of the Vanguard and Azure- you mind going for a walk with me?” He asked with a small smile instead of wearing his robes today he opted for a less loose pair of robes but his large claymore was still on his back. It was non threatening but a precaution as a soldier of the Vanguard.
“I got this Judy, don’t worry.” He flashed a toothy grin to the woman at the desk who simply nodded. “You first?” He motioned for the man to begin to lead them out the building, he was fully intending to hear what he had to say.
