Who Can Join: Second Division/Gotei
Information: This mission is by extension to teach the second division to be deadly. They have lost their fangs and thus are of little danger to those they need to be. The Unabara Clan masters of the kill and death itself are willing to teach those who desire. They may select one of two teachers, Tetsuya is willing to teach those willing to learn the deadly art form and dance of death. Those who desire to learn the steps and build a block for the knowledge they need should go to Tetsuya. Those who wish to die or grow stronger should come to Tsubasa Unabara for training, he may be able to bring them to a new horizon. The training being offered is to those who wish to learn or desire to join the Unabara Family itself. The practices will be held when they are prepared for it.

Primary Task: Learn and grow beneath the tree's of knowledge that Tsubasa and Tetsuya can provide. Surviving is also a wise idea for nothing can be gained if you die. The Unabara training is harsh and deadly, those willing to learn should embrace resolve and attempt to not die.

Extra Task: Those desiring to learn should find something new about themselves, both as a fighter and a person. If this discovery is located they will gain more.

Rewards: They will gain a tier increase in either case, with a larger one coming from Tsubasa's training.

Why are you joining? 2nd div Capt in progress. Is leading/forcing his 2ndlings to train, as well as himself to give himself a standard foundation of skillwork.
