From out of a shimmering alabaster vortex, a lone figure emerged into a world of honey hues, silver clouds and ocean blue skies. Her hair overflowed with a brilliant silver radiance, while her eyes were as scarlet as blood itself. With three pairs of crimson wings extending from her back, this child-like demoness gave off the impression that she was indeed a demonic angel of some sort. For in the blink of an eye, the darkness of her attire soon was replaced by a simple and long white, sleeveless dress.
Without even shoes on her feet, the nimble child levitated her way towards the gates of the Ākāśa Mandira: Khalaism Temple Of Neoveta. It is here where the nerve center of Khalaism lay. Throughout the air, the rivers and soil of this temple; outright demonic holiness could be felt. It was akin to falling back in a warm pool of water and feeling the waves of cleanliness soothe, cleanse and relax ones body.
But, more than that, a sense of enlightenment and power courses through the veins and seeks to make every Khalaist more knowledgeable and stronger than before. For, throughout the heavens around them, divine energies overflow within this space and seek to guide their spirits towards the highest potential they ascend to the further they attune themselves to their seals of Khalaism.
So, for this reason is why as Neoveta and her disciple traveled further down this long stone road, many men, women and children alike of all races were seen meditating in the sky, the water and on the streets themselves. Some sat, others stood and a few even laid flat down. Others huddled together, while many stood alone. All with smiles across their faces, these people felt whole and connected to something bigger than themselves at this moment and it made them happy.
These were people who were otherwise aimless, lost and caught in the despair and hopelessness of the worlds they were born to. Yet, when they found Khalaism, a higher purpose was birthed into their lives and they found a sense of family, community and love in their hearts and minds by finding this religion, this temple and these people. Much is the same reason why Neoveta herself brought along Taub to this land of meaning, harmony and spiritual wholeness. For he was just as misplaced and forsaken as the former lives that these Khalaist lived as well before their conversion to Khalaism.
Thus, as all of these thoughts, emotions and sentiments were shared in the air through telepathy between Neoveta and these Khalaist, rows of men, women and children started to bow, wave and smile towards their Maga and fellow new brother. They welcomed them both back into the loving arms of their home and wanted them both to feel right at home. In this moment, Taub would then feel quite the sensation pulsating throughout his body that felt -- intertwined -- with the life and people of this region. No more isolation, no more powerlessness and no more despair; he was apart of something greater than himself at this point and connected to their cause.
Nevertheless, expecting The Quincy Khalaist to keep up, the venture towards the central of Khalaism carried on until they ultimately reached to the front gates of temple. These powder white and apricot gates soon gave wave and opened them a world of utmost beauty. For what was behind those walls was as if they had entered a scene straight out of the bible itself.
Lush green gardens spread in every direction, while large oak trees intermixed themselves into the landscape around them. In between these broad gatherings of wood and timber were ocean blue leaks filled with the richest and most enriching water ever known to Demon World.
Yet, as one would pan in further, the most wondrous part of this temple seemed to be the series of royal gold and vivid white buildings that spiraled on endlessly in the distance. The design of these structures seemed to be intermixed between a Feudal Japan-esqe style and a Gothic-style European build. As the roof tops of many these buildings seemed to point in the upwards direction, but there were quite a few castles splashed in this setting of absolute nirvana.
Departing from these details, The Maga of Khalaism itself, Neoveta Asthavon, seemed to give a small, but noticeable across her face as she took in the beauty of this world and stared at the other floating temples that hovered in areas far off in the distance of these puffy alabaster and honey-gold clouds. She was home, at peace and felt happiness seeping into her soul. No matter how many times she visited this place, it always brought great joy to see the temple she built fostering such hopes, dreams, unity and fulfillment to all those who would call it home.
Even as she lay in this state of elation, the formation of new temples and isles could be seen in the distance. It was an ever-expanding realm and it always made room for each and every Khalaist who wished to call this place their home. And, for Taub, it would be no different. For, in a wave of telepathic knowledge, he'd soon come to realize that his own temple island was being forged and he'd always have a place of residence to come back to whenever he ventured forth into Demon World.
So, as Neoveta grabbed his right hand, she'd hold it tightly and stare back into his eyes with that scarlet stare of hers.
"I'd like to welcome you home, fellow brother of Khalaism."
Unlike before, there was no a rigid stance of neutrality in Neoveta in this place of worship. Instead, it appeared as if a sincere and warm glow eased across her face with that soft smile growing ever more content. And, furthermore, she seemed to be ever using her mouth to form words once again. Something in which she had not done in quite some time. That, in itself, is the pull in which this holy land's pull had on spirits. To pull them out of their depths of solitude and into the light of connection and unity. And, to that end, as to did many Khalaist nearby bow their heads to Taub and greeted them as well in line with Neoveta.
"Now, my dear brother, is there anything you wish to explore...? Tell us your story, your purpose and why you desired this place so that we may better serve you."
