[mod]Having recently been made aware of the contents of this application, it has come to staff's attention that it contains tachyons, an ability explicitly disallowed on site. This application will require reapproval and regrading upon this ability's removal or alteration.[/mod]

Comments/Notes: Having discussed this with S_E as well as looking over it myself, I see absolutely nothing wrong with the mention of tachyons -- as the ability in question states that the wording is through assumption of the character, that they are not actual tachyons, and that the true nature of these "tachyons" is an enigma. Therefore, I'll be reapproving Yuel at the same tier, with the same will skills as before, albeit all Masters (if any) are to be changed to "Elite" as per the Mass Archive.
