Dayalu Seishin
Demon King
Demon King
As this match was about to go under way, Dayalu and his opponent was just arriving upon the battlefield that was meant to be there war ground basically. He wasn't exactly sure what to expect as they arrived in an ocean area, energy formed below his feet to keep him above the level of the sea. In preparation for the battle, Dayalu let his energy flow out around himself, taking into the area. The Demon King, couldn't tell how things were going to go, after all, he had never even heard of his opponent before this, but he knew that they must be worthy to fight on his level, given that they were taking part in this tournament. So he would have to waste no time in trying to pin himself a victory to advance and claim this prize that laid at the very end. He would probably need every weapon and ability within his arsenal to make it happen. As the Davana of Hope, he was certain that everyone involved in this tournament would have the hope of claiming victory, something that could in fact make him a harder opponent, since his energy is fed off of that. With that aside, Dayalu decided that he should at least have the manners to introduce himself before they began.
"Nice to meet you, I am Dayalu Seishin, King of the Sirsa Lands. I wish us both luck, but I have hope that I will pull through this match." He stated to have his introduction, he would then hopefully hear their introduction before they began. Once things commenced, Dayalu would allow the energy that kept him above the water to drop him as he started to sink below, he was well capable of keeping himself alive under water and fighting under it, but he was most curious if the same could said of his opponent, for if they weren't willing to use the ocean to their advantage, then this might be easier than Dayalu expected it to be. He would watch closely at the surface as he drifted closer and closer to the ocean floor. Given how the water felt, Dayalu thought that it was quite refreshing physically at it's current state, after this all, he would hope to say that this was the best of all of the arenas that he had to fight within. With how he was currently drifting, he was not taking the opening moments to go on the offensive, after all a great defensive strategy can turn into a even great offensive one later on.
He always had his abilities for him to use, if he really ever needed them in his current position. While he had made the choice to not go on the offensive, he was hoping that his opponent was going to be doing so. All that was left for Dayalu at the moment was for him to sit back and relax, as the fireworks show was certainly only just beginning, the finale was far off from now.
"I granted them luck, but I did not bestow my hope to them." He stated below the depths.

Re: Dayālu Seishin VS Rachel Dare [Platinum Heart Tournament Arc]

Rachel Dare appeared in midair with no sound, just fading in to existence above the qaint ocean below her. This was a tournament, one of battle where the strange pink haired girl hoped to win. Sparks jumped across the soles of sneakers as she used her energy to keep her afloat in mid air, turning to face her enemy as her cat like ears twitched upon her head. Red furred tail twitching behind her, she listened to the introduction of her enemy, taking a moment before speaking up with her own words. Her voice was completely serious, eyes narrowed as she spoke.
"Hope is of no use on the battlefield, to win one must not hope for victory but to know they will be victorious. One cannot question their capability to win in battle, or they will surely lose, thus hope is a trap for the weak. My name is Rachel Dare, Gateway of dreams.'
Watching as the man dropped swiftly down in to the water below, Rachel let out a soft sight. Sure, she could allow him to drag her in to the water below, and could even adapt her body to deal with the environment, but doing such would put her at a significant disadvantage to the King of the Sirsa Lands. Now, instead she would simply eliminate his hiding place. Raising her hands the moment his body hit the water, she immediately dropped a small, yellow cube in to the depths. As it entered the water, the creation of dream energy shot outwards, a shielding device meant to kept whatever was in within it. Expanding to a great distance, Dayalu Seishin was now most definitely within the powerful shield's trapping. Next, ten small black cubes appeared in her hands, again creations of her dream energy, and she scattered them in to the shield's interior, letting them fall to the ocean floor, a smirk appearing on her face as they did. For once they hit the ocean floor a great whirring noise would sound, and it would seem as if the sea was quickly lowering in depth. What was happening? It was quite simple honestly, water was simply two hydrogen atoms bonded to an oxygen atom. The black boxes she had tossed in to the water below were quickly forcing the water through a process known as electrolysis, the process of separating the hydrogen and oxygen atoms of water molecules, and insane speeds. Within a mere half a minute, the ten devices would have completely emptied the huge ocean of water, and with the barrier surrounding Dayalu, he would be stuck in their with extremely large concentrations of oxygen and hydrogen surrounding him.
Surging upwards in to the air on electrical currents, as if a bolt of lightning, Rachel looked down upon the King with a look of pity. Should the shield still be intact, Rachel would produce one more object, a small firework. Pointing it downward, she lit the fuse, letting it fly off towards the shield, and upon entering it would go off. With this explosion happening inside a highly confined area fillled with hydrogen, it was quite obvious what was going to happen. Hydrogen explodes. So, with a tremendous bang, all the hydrogen let loose by the electrolysis let forth a combined explosive force within the shielding, one that should contain the being known as Dayalu Seishin. Given the sheer amount of hydrogen within the area, the King of the Sirsa Lands should at least sustain significant injuries if he had survived the explosion.
Despite this Rachel knew she could not relax against her opponent, and so she kept herself alert far above the sea, waiting for a single sign of Dayalu Seishin's continued fighting presence.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
"Of course it is. Are YOU going to question beholder's artistic sense?"

[adm]I'm leaving a warning in this thread for Zero. If he does not post by the 15th of July, I will declare this match won by Rachel. The reason for this is because we are progressing forward with the event and are trying to move to the second phase. Therefore, we can't allow threads to stall out. So please try to hurry. [/adm]
